location of the hotel is good as the main public transport are very near just 3 min walk. Further the cruise terminal is also quite near just 10 min walk.

Excellent stay in A by Adina! Very nice location close to CBD. We can reach famous tourist spots just by public transport. Clean room and friendly staff too!

Full of dust, hotel service is poor, no slippers. I booked king bed, but the hotel offered me 2 beds and zip together. There is construction nearby the hotel (which is not notice via Trip.com). I asked to change to other location or refund, they changed to other Hotel which distance about 1.5km from the A By Adina. The new hotel also dusty, no slippers. I paid my room for 5 night via Trip.com, but the hotel still double charge me again. I called the hotel number on May 21st, the hotel told me they will refund to me immediately, however, I wait until May 22nd, still not yet refund me. I left Australia to Nee Zealand on a May 22nd, so I can’t contact to hotel, the only I option I can do now is to contact my issuer bank to reject the charge from the hotel. This is very bad experience, and I will never come back again to this hotel.

A by Adina is a luxury hotel located on the main street of Sydney, which is easily accessible by both the trains and trams. I arrived at the hotel early and was allowed to check in earlier than the usual check-in time. Check in was at the sky lobby on the top floor offering beautiful views of the entire CBD area of Sydney. Overall beautiful stay at A by Adina.

Very great location in the city center with many restaurants nearby and metro station right opposite. Great facilities and housekeeping!

Very good location. Unfortunately, the “Curator” service is not that helpful as expected. It took too long (about 45 minutes) for the delivery of a few flippers after calling for the requests.

Great location in city. Nice environment Fancy and new creative design hotel! It was a birthday trip to Sydney, this hotel were very lovely that provide balloons and sparkling wine ❤️

Stayed on a Sunday & Monday night for a birthday celebration. Dean & Nancy cocktail bar was closed (open only Wednesday to Saturday). We wanted to swim in the pool but the water didn't seem to be heated to 24 degrees, as we were told it would be. Room very comfortable and modern, but could do a bit better with cleanliness. Housekeeping didn't replenish tea/coffee/dishwashing liquid. Also the body wash container in the shower was empty, which was a bit inconvenient, as we had to step out of the shower and grab some from the one in the sink. We had two separate reservations over the two nights. We asked at check-in to link the two reservations, so we could stay in the same room, which was acknowledged. But then on the second day, upon returning to the hotel after having gone out for late breakfast, the access card wasn't working, so we had to go to reception again and do the check-in. Would have been nice to have done both on the first day, or at least being told that we had to get our keys re-activated on the second day.

Nice service apartment in the middle of the CBD. Pool was cold maybe summer better . Gym open 24hrs

Great location. Great room and modern layout. Ideal for tourists that enjoy Sydney’s CBD vibe!

Expected much better. A little noisy from street traffic, stay in higher floors. Rooms look nice and clean but reception service can be improved.

Great location, quality materials used in decoration and setup. Well maintained and super clean. Excellent and comfortable stay for exploring CBD.
