I stayed here for 1 night last week while I was in Bristol for business. I would definitely stay here again. Pros: -Check-in took about 2 minutes tops (quick!) and the staff was super friendly -Room was clean -2 free bottles of Aquafina water -Bed was comfortable -Full sized couch in the room -Large Flatscreen TV (if I had to guess, approx. 50 inches) Cons: -Some highway noise, but nothing major. Rooms are perpendicular to the highway, not facing it -Bathroom a little tight space wise Bonus: Hotel has a full-service bar and restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. I didn't get a chance to check it out, but it looked pretty nice. Restaurant open til 11. Bar open til midnight.

We are Marriott rewards members and have never stayed at a Delta Hotel. From the minute we walked in the staff was friendly and the lobby was very nice and clean. Our room was very nice and larger than expected. We had a king room and a full size sofa , huge flat screen etc. The bed was very comfortable ( slept well). The room and bathroom were clean. We had dinner and drinks at the bar. Bar staff very friendly and good drinks. Food was good. We definitely would stay here again and look forward to staying at other Delta by Marriott Hotels. We did see a lot of negative reviews, we did not experience any of them! Happy Marriott Members! Charlie and Denise

On a long road trip we decided to stop for the night at this hotel. I called to ask if they had space and was advised they had two rooms available. We checked in absolutely exhausted and got to our room around 11:30 AM. We fell asleep so quickly. At 2:30 AM we were woken up to a maintenance man in our room. Standing in our room for god knows how long. I immediately called the front desk and was advised that it was routine maintenance. Imagine that at 2:30 AM while we are sound asleep in a room we paid for. We asked to see a manager, there was none on duty. We asked the next day and again there was non on duty. We asked for a refund we were told NO. We called corporate, they haven't called us back. This hotel seems like it houses locals for long term stays. This does not feel like a safe hotel. There are other hotels in the area, seek them before you go to this place . This place does not care about their guests and their safety and privacy.

I booked a room here for my mom late at night during a long roadtrip so she can get some sleep. They gave her a room that was not cleaned, with the tv still on! Not sure if the room was just never cleaned or if someone was already occupying the room, either way unacceptable, especially for a woman traveling alone. She went to the front desk and they let her know it was the last room available. The front desk person advised her to contact our third-party booking agency to get a refund. Multiple calls, emails, and a week later, they denied the claim. The one night stay was not expensive so it was not a huge loss but beware when booking late at night. Would recommend you stay somewhere else.

I will start by saying the staff is very friendly. That’s about the only positive. This hotel is in a very undesirable part of town - our mistake for choosing. We left after two nights and forfeited the cost of our 3rd night. There is one functioning elevator, which is a nightmare. It also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The room was damp feeling and the air is just awful. You cannot access all floors by stairs - huge safety hazard. Additionally, we noticed one evening the pool gate completely wide open and individuals coming in from the parking lot to use the pool - another major safety concern. There is no way I would let my children walk around this hotel alone. Meth is very prominent in this area. Just trust me and avoid this area. It’s sad because this hotel could be so much better.

We're Marriott loyalists, and this was our first stay at a Delta brand. Our impression is the overall quality and amenities for this brand are what we'd call a Courtyard plus. Was just an overnight stay. Pro's: - Friendly front desk staff. - Room was clean and nice furnished. Other notes: - The building is close to I-81 and oriented perpendicular to the freeway. Although our room was about as far from the freeway as possible, yet a fair amount of highway noise can be heard in the room. Suspect all rooms are similar based on the geometry of the building. - We are new to the Delta Pantry as the elite status perk. For those unfamiliar, it's grab and go packaged food. Fine for a snack.

Bed slept good. On eighth floor, put cooler in closet and next morning there were ants on the cooler. I thought that was odd. I told guy when we were checking out. He said he’d tell maintenance. Pet friendly. Manager can’t control this but a dog pooped in the hallway on our floor and another one had diarrhea in the lobby that the manager had to clean up all in the same night. The place looks new and modern. No free coffee in the lobby area. Our check in person gave minimal information, we found out check out time was 12 because it was posted on the door. Next morning hotel staff was just letting themselves in , instead of knocking, when we hadn’t checked out yet. In retrospect we would have stayed at the Courtyard next door.

Beautiful, clean, comfy beds, newly renovated- this was a really nice surprise. Great updated rooms, lobby is beautiful, small carry out cafe , and sit- down dinner was great at the restaurant. What a great place! Hoping they expand the Delta brand!👍🏼
