Lovely room friendly staff very close to town centre but also far enough away so nice and quiet at night, slept really well

everything is so good about this hotel and room is soo big and i would like to come over again next time!

The hotel is clean, and the staffs are very nice. It is closed to Cabot Circus.

the location of the hotel is very good, walking distance to bus stops, Thai message, ******, park, amusement park etc

Nice hotel, the windows and curtains were good enough to make the room suitably dark and quiet for a comfortable night's sleep. Staff were friendly, and the luggage storage worked well.

Everything is great besides Abit run out in room furniture n the sound proof from not very good.

It was a marvelous stay.

It is so convenience ! But the hotel is quite old, and smell quite bAd.

The hotel is in perfect location for travel. And the room is nice and well-presented.

Hotel was ok but added water and boiled kettle in the morning, wondered why twice the milk curdled so made green tea. It tasted awful and burned my throat so I tasted a small bit of water from the kettle and it was acid. Someone had obviously descaled it and not rinsed it out . Reported it to the front desk saying we felt bad and they just laughed and would not take it seriously, really not good enough.

The view from my room was exceptional. The room was comfortable and had a smart TV. Nice bath but unfortunately the pool was closed. The location was brilliant,really central.

Room loomed a bit old but great location, great value and lovely staff. Recommended!

The hotel under maintenance although the staff are very cooperative a helpful.
