Very disappointed as slippers and toothpaste are not provided even if we wan to purchase it.

Good to stay , but i am unlucky can’t get connecting room, however, it has stated subject to confirmation during check in

Situated centrally but accessible for cars, the Delta Hotel works fine for a stopover night prior to a flight Being part of Marriott Bonvoy means the recently refurbished hotel has higher standards than others: spacious shiny lobby, seating areas, well-served restaurants and all the extra amenities. Unlike many other places working by the clock, the restaurant received our late arrival and food order, enjoyed over watching Match of the Day. The staff were particularly impressive. Important to me it had a terrace to the restaurant on the first floor. It looks over nothing much but urban concrete and the roundabout but it allows me to have my smoke respectfully! The room is spacious, has a personalised TV welcoming the guests by name but its smart features unfortunately didn’t work (yet) so no Netflix for us that night! Thank God, there was not just the Holy Bible but also the Book of Mormons on the right hand bedside table! The location is ideal for anyone travelling by coach in Bristol. The staff were so friendly and the room was fantastic. It had everything I needed - hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, an iron/ironing board. It was a quiet and peaceful hotel too. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Huge, clean room with fresh renovation, good quality shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom, delicious breakfast with a huge choice of food. At breakfast I really liked that guests are shown to their table and you do not have to look for a table yourself with a full plate of food in your hands. At the reception we were met by wonderful Amelia and her colleague Sut, they were very friendly, quickly formed the check-in and gave my son welcome sweets, which he was incredibly happy about. Love Bristol. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their work.

We stayed in a standard double room. It was spacious and clean. The location is quite central close to the shops. If you are driving, the hotel does not have a car park. But there is a multistorey NCP car park right next to the hotel at extra cost.

well equipped and decorated room with clean condition, the air-conditioner function well on heat up the room. Very close to public carpark and shopping mall.

The location of the hotel is superb. It’s 5 minutes from Cabot Circus and 15-20 minute walk to the old city. I would recommend to stay here for that. The service was also good and the receptionists were accommodating. A downside for me is that I didn’t have WiFi in my room and when I was ringing the concierge, no one answered the phone. The hotel has a gym with complete equipment. Well maintained and clean; however, it’s COLD inside. During cold weather, maybe they should put some kind of heating just to warm the space up.

Great location. Was very cold so pack PJs and hot water bottle if travelling in winter. Old style a/c heatee in room. Corriders were freezing. Good breakfast selection and lounge was worth paying extra for. Great service.

I had a wonderful stay in the Delta hotel. The staff was friendly. My bed was extremely comfy and my pillows were great.
