設施完善,地點很方便。很容易找到,check in自助形式,幾點可以check in . 房間舒服安靜。 附近有間酒吧很好,酒類完整。最後還送湯 我很喜歡這個行程。

Perfekte Lage um die Innenstadt zu erkunden. Personal war freundlich. Zimmer waren modern mit guter Klimaanlage und das größte und bequemste Bett dass ich jemals in einem Hotel gefunden hab. Frühstück war ausreichend. Nicht überwältigend aber für den Start in den Tag mehr als ok. Kaution bei 3 Nächte mit über 400 Euro doch recht hoch. zu beachten wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Öffentlich Parken vor Ort war nicht möglich und die Parkpreise des Hotels sind doch relativ hoch, auch im Umfeld Zone A und B sind die Preise für Parken nicht grade billig. Am Samstag und Sonntag ist Parken in Zone B aber kostenlos, das hat für uns das Problem zufriedenstellend gelöst. An und für sich ein sehr schönes Hotel dass seinen Sternen durchaus gerecht wird.

Hotel znajduje się w bardzo spokojnej lokalizacji dobrze skomunikowanej z centrum miasta. Osobiście ujął mnie niebanalny pomysł na wystrój nawiązujący do słynnej bitwy pod Sławkowem. Kolejną zaletą są bardzo smaczne regionalne śniadania z panoramą Brna w tle. Dzięki kompetentnemu personelowi oraz ogromnie miłej i fachowej obsłudze gość naprawdę może poczuć się jak w domu. Polecam ten hotel każdemu podróżnikowi przemierzającemu Morawy.

We stayed for one night in the room 325. Very decent rooms: everything was clean, spacious rooms with a great wifi signal. Special thanks for a fan that made our night fresher 🙂 it was also quiet which was important Also breakfasts were diverse and actually tasty 👍

Room 002. At the back of the property, on the ground floor, looking out over the carpark. Whilst a room overlooking the street may have been nice, I was only sleeping in the room as I was on a business trip and out all day. Rather surprised there was no tea / coffee / kettle in the room facilities in the room. Despite hanging my towels in the radiator every day, they were changed for fresh everyday... The room was quite dim, being as the window looked out onto the carpark and was surrounded by other 4 -and 5-story properties. The furniture was a little ”old” and warn, and the wardrobe needed a firm push to close. There was also a mildly damp / musty smell in the wardrobe... I got the feeling that Rm002 was an overflow room and not used that often as it was not on a oar with the phots of other rooms that I had seen on line prior to booking! However, the breakfast was good, the reception staff excellent and the location very good. Good bars / restaurants close by and only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Brno, World I stay again? Yes, for the location, but I'd ask NOT to be in Rm002 but to be in one of the upper floors. WARNING - Taxis: Got a taxi from the Railway Station to the hotel. Hailed at a rank etc etc. Charged CZK 500- for the trip which was excessive. No meter in the cab, cash only and no receipt... The cab that the hotel ordered for me to take me back to the station was CZK 200-, accepted card payment and gave a receipt. That is not a reflection on the hotel but be aware!

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.
