We spent 4 nights there paying £353. We had to use the same towels every day and nobody emptied our bin in our whole stay. We shared bathroom with the other room in our floor who stayed there 2 days. Well, the bathroom wasn't cleaned until the last day and it only was cleaned because we asked for it. When the other guest checked-out they left dirty towels in the bathroom, and we had to use it with all the things they left behind in there. The staff left their room opened without cleaning it until 9:00pm, with plates with rest of breakfast on the bed what it is not nice to see for other guest. No manager no owners there, only 2 employees who didn't care too much about us to be comfortable there. One of them spending the vast majority of his shift looking at his phone. The morning we checked out the manager was there and we told him our issues, and he responded us that he will communicate with us later by phone. They only offer us a 10% discount for having to use the same towel the 4 days but said nothing about not having clean bathroom everyday. We replied him asking for bigger discount for not having clean bathroom everyday and he told us that they are a small guesthouse and don't clean bathroom everyday, that shocked us. £90 average per day and we don't get clean shared bathroom everyday?? We believed that it wasn't true and we told him. He insisted that cleaning bathroom everyday is not a service that they provide and he raised the discount from £35 to £50, an amount we still considered low considering the poor service we got. £90 per day in low season it's a high price so we expected a service according to the price and we got worse service than in a cheap hostel. We kept telling him that £50 discount it is not enough for us and we didn't want to carry on with that endless discussion, he should know what to do as we know what to do Since then we don't have any more news from them nor having any money back
