The hotel is really quiet, feels like it's tucked away in a forest. The exterior of the building is fantastic, very old and charming, but the facilities inside are excellent. The parking lot is huge, and best of all, parking is free – that's a major plus!

The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—leading to great sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and it was easy to get around from the location. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Best decision we made as we were heading to Blackpool. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, though typical English breakfast, can be boring after the first night.

Love this hotel lots of parking and super friendly staff very clean and amazing food has gym with pool free charging for my car which is very good rooms are the best

Our initial room was very dusty and had a smell of cigarette, my wife made a complaint and reception staff were very helpful, they came to our room and witnessed the dust and changed us to another room with a free dinner although we did insist that we did not mind to pay we did not want them to feel as if we were taking the micky but we have a little that very sensitive.

the bedroom for a 4persons of family is quite small, the beds are just like a standard twin beds room.

We are from Wales, and came to Preston for a family wedding. This was such a nice stay, it felt like home. The workers were lovely and friendly, the rooms were immaculate and the pool was to die for. It was a great stay, and I would recommend to anyone.

Was perfect for me . Had a charger for EV and a quiet room . Did not explore much of the other facilities as was just a night stay

Wonderful hotel. Our room was a suite and well appointed and comfortable. Spund proofing seemed good, as we had a very peaceful night. Hotel facilities were great. Lovely pool and bar area. All.staff were fabulous and made us feel really looked after. We will be back.

Booked for one night & due to circumstances ended up checking in on 3 consecutive nights. As a lady solo traveller I felt so safe and completely at ease here. Unfortunately as it wasn’t a planned trip I didn’t have swimming costume with me to make use of their facilities. Parking is lovely & close to hotel. Whole hotel spotless & beds comfiest I’ve ever slept in while travelling. Breakfast, loads of choice & although buffet style all very fresh. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Super the bar served fresh food until late as I was later checking in on all nights. If I’m in the area I would gladly stay here again & happily recommend to other travellers 😊
