This is fantastic hotel and the decor is absolutely superb, the bedroom was luxurious and bed huge and comfy, the shower was absolutely fantastic, the staff can not do enough for you. The grounds are secluded garden that has a bathing pool (not heated ) in the centre but the garden is extremely well maintained and they have several patios with very comfy seating and there is a canal at the end of the garden.
They also have a wellness centre and a jacuzzi which we didnt try on our stay

The faciity was wonderful as well as the grounds. I travel worldwide frequently and this was one of my best experiences. The "manager" was top notch. I wish I could remember his name(big guy that lived in a few places such as South Africa) but he was so helpful when we had a situation outside of the hotel. I would stay here again given the chance.

I've traveled a lot, and this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The property was gorgeous, the location was fantastic, and the staff was lovely and helpful! I would absolutely stay there again!

The beds are bigger than king size, and very comfortable. The decorations are making the room feel more like "home" than the usual hotel room "emptiness", which we enjoyed. The details and taste are just beyond anything we have ever experienced, and the big garden with the pool is probably unique for Bruges, or in any city for that matter. Definitely one of the best hotels we have ever visited.

Fabulous hotel with friendly staff. I stayed in the Eclectic Suite which was a large beautifully decorated room that even had a fireplace! Location is perfect, within walking distance to the main square, museums, restaurants & shopping. In searching for a place to stay for my trip, I actually chose Bruges over Brussels when I discovered this beautiful hotel. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and contributed to my perfect stay.

Wonderful details show up everywhere in this finely decorated small luxury hotel. Only 3 minute walk to the heart of Bruges, but an oasis of quiet the moment you stepped in the hotel. Grounds were amazing with well groomed grass, plenty of seating around the expansive space and it backed up into the oldest canal in Bruges. Stayed in the Cloister Suite which was beautiful and spacious. Bed linens were super soft to the touch and a very comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. Only the IPad in the room failed to keep charge, thereby making it's duties (lights, heat, etc.) nearly impossible to work. Breakfast was nothing spectacular- expensive and not alot of choices. Drinks were delicious, highly recommend the Passion Fruit Martini taken outside near the large bubbling pond and birds chirping in the trees. All in all , a great stay, which will have us coming back for sure.

If you like authenticity, you are here in the right place. The decor and a**osphere are unique. It's like coming home in the middle of the centre of Bruges. The garden is magical.The staff is super friendly and very helpful . Definitely try the breakfast, it's a wonderful experience .

Absolutely gorgeous Hotel. It feels really intimate. The rooms are stunning and very decadent. The hotel has an open kitchen which you can go into and help yourself to some treats. The staff are amazing and even helped us to carry out a big surprise for my husband. Absolutely loved our stay and would go back to Bruges just to stay there again. Loved it!!

we enjoyed the exquisite interior of the house and suite, the warm welcome and the perfect staff who made it all a super visit! we certainly intend to come back! Especially it is in the centre of Bruges, so easy. We enjoyed the garden while drinking our apéro but next time we'll use the spa and the pond.
