A nice locatiom close to important communication hubs

Overall good and location also good

Conveneintly located opposite the MIDI train station, 2 min walk only. Water dispenser at lobby, no bottled water in the room. Family room was ensuite two bedrooms and bath, good for family with children.

the hotel was clean and tidy. Complete with all facilities and the view from balcony was superb.

I requested for a refund of one of my two bookings which I made by mistake. Upon reaching the hotel, managemnt told us that they have approved the cancellation and refund. We were told to contact Trip.com so that the refund can be made. Please act on it. Thank you.

Excellent inside the hotel. However, the location is not good, except if you are using the main rail station opposite frequently during your stay.

If you are taking Eurostar to Brussels this would be a good choice, it is just 5 minutes away from the station, and it is a 25-minute walk to city centre where most tourist attractions are. The hotel is very environmentally friendly, no bottles of water in the room but you can take your own bottle to refill water from the Brita machine in the lobby, and if you need tooth brushes and slippers you can speak to reception.

Good location , clean rooms, but horrible parking lot and very expensive, difficult I can try this hotel again .

Good and nice hotel near MIDI station. Hotel reception was really friendly. Stayed here for 3 nights. Great location. 15-20 minutes walk to Brussels city.

Though very close to the main station, the neighborhood is a little “weird” to say the least. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you, guys. :)

Services are excellent, large room and good breakfast.

Location was a big let down but not because of the the hotel…it was because of the train station near the hotel and the poor upkeep of it. The hotel is very neat and super safe (I think because of the area it is in) nothing to complain about there. I love the fact that it was close to the station though, just don’t like the area.
