Ulasan Aris Grand Place Hotel

A fabulous centrally located hotel, one street back from the Grand Place. The hotel has a stylish bustling coffee shop which is sectioned off in the morning for B&B guests. The room was basic but very clean with comfortable beds and a lovely bright modern bathroom. The view was of a corregated roof but I wasnt there for the view and found it quite amusing. Mark was fabulous on reception who I really enjoyed talking to. It was a perfect hotel for a city break and I would stay here again.

Great location, just an alley away from Grand Place and it's only a straight road down from the train station. The lobby is a shared lobby with a cafe which is is always busy, haven't got a chance to dine there. Free luggage storage service is a plus point. Will definitely return to stay there again 🥰

Good near to grand place but no car uber or taxi allowed to go near to hotel si have to bring big and heavy luggage together. Room is spacious and fully equiped. Quite satisfied. Cafe at hotel lobby is available with varities of foods and easy accessible to near train station grand place.

Services and locations are good. The hotel is close to The Grand Place and Brussels Central Station which only need few minutes walk. The staff are nice to explain everything. It needs to cross the cafe in lobby to take elevator. *The toilet has a big different from the photos provided. * but the room is quite clean and don’t have dust.

Location was great and staff too. Highly recommend if you are visiting Brussels.

Perfect location to most attractions ~ in the middle of the Grand Place! (Approx 7mins walk from Brussels Centraal station). Stayed over for inky one night. The staff at the counter was friendly and caring. Even reminded me to be wary of pick-pockets. The room was very clean with decent sized. Bathroom comes with tub. Right at the lobby there was this cafe where it seems popular. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to try it. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent location, everything you need next door (sightseeing or food) . Clean room, helpful and very friendly staff. We would book it again.

Room was quite small and the lift was small as well

Friendly reception staff, quiet room and bathroom with bath as requested. Excellent breakfast and I will return again, maybe in 2024 for my next Annual Meeting.

we have booked this hotel but when we arrived for check in, we were told that our room was in their sister hotel nearby which is called “Hotel Alma Grand Place”. but the reason for the change was not advised. That hotel was spacious and cozy but we were given a room for the disabled. they provided shampoo, body wash and soap from Rituals which is a big plus. i guess the same is also provided in this hotel. btw the beds are super long.

The hotel is amazing. Location is great and the cafe at the lobby is really nice. The receptionist Sarah gave us an upgrade, maps and recommendations. Will definitely recommend the hotel.

The location is great! Close to everything (the shop, the train station, the tourist spots) recomended to all =)
