Ulasan White Fort Hotel

The receptionist  with sunglass is super impolite and unprofessional. He level of customer service is -1. I came in with a friend who was helping out and I did my checkin, I never knew visitors aren’t allowed in the room. He rudely sought on us tell us don’t you know visitors are not allowed chasing my friend out and offering to cancel instead of politely tell us there rules.  There is zero amenities, no kettle nor coffee yet they charge same price like the hotels offering those services.  The washroom have a very bad smell and the shower fixtures are extremely unhygienic.  If you’re a sensitive person, this is a hell for you as you will be exposed to containers of disease.

Poor service dirty lobby and dirty toilets plus the receptionist was so rude on upon multiple requests he still refused to provide us with the service. He also bluntly asked me if I don’t like it you leave. Would never recommend very poorly handled service.

Bad smell in room and weird scratchy noise coming from closet area - not sure if it was a rodent inside but did stay to find out. I left 4 hours after checking in .

The television was not working and the washroom also need little maintenance

It was good stay there. We enjoyed there. Room was good,clean and quite. Staff was good, kind and helpful.

According to price hotel was good. But services are not so upto the marn

Noisy old bedsheets friendly staff

Each an everything is not suitable to stay at the hotel. . Dirty, broken fittings, broken and manual key lock, no suitable accessories to use, even no sufficient light. There are many things undescribable but very bad.

It is a manageable space if you loong for an economical thing close to metro

Fthe room was good but not tidy, also they just give a towel which is only one small towel.. The left tissues only there I ask tissue but they don't give a new all used.. That's the first time I experience unlike other hotel they're always give the new tissue and all amenities are in there.. Thanks..

Stay away from here, it’s just like a stinky apartment building in India.

For the price it was ok.
