Corrected and professionalized version: Hotel Avenue Louise, Brussels The Hotel Avenue Louise is located in the Louise neighborhood of Brussels, close to the High Street and within walking distance of public transportation. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which are ongoing eSptember/October 2023. We stayed in room 128, which is a small, basic room in the rear of the building. At first glance, the room appeared to have been recently renovated. However, we later experienced some issues with the room quality, which I brought to the attention of the friendly receptionist. She was sincerely apologetic and immediately offered to move us to another room, explaining that some rooms have not yet been renovated. I chose to stay in the same room, and I appreciated that she understood my complaint. As compensation, we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which we were very grateful for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, and it was perfect for a good night's sleep. Lovely Breakfast with a good variety of breakfast items. I am confident that after the renovations are complete, the Hotel Avenue Louise will be a great choice for a stay in Brussels

We had a really nice overnight stay. It’s in a nice area, just off the avenue Louise with shops, restaurants and cafés within a few minutes walk. We had a triple room with 3 single beds but still plenty of space. It was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. We also appreciated having the use of a car park (although it was a very tight squeeze even in my small car!) Only slight negative would be noisy neighbours. Not the hotel’s fault but the soundproofing could be better. Overall, I’d recommend this for it’s pleasant location, friendly staff and cleanliness and would definitely stay again if I was to return to Brussels.

Bilik-bilik adalah saiz yang baik. Luas dan selesa. Bagus kerana mereka mempunyai penghawa dingin untuk gelombang haba! Saluran Inggeris terhad. Secara keseluruhan agak bersih dengan kopi dan teh dan cerek. Tetapi permukaan meja tidak bersih..Lap snd tisu basah saya hitam. Lobi mempunyai suasana pesta yang menarik dan ia adalah minggu esok. Kami menyukai tempat itu kerana kami melancong dengan kanak-kanak dewasa tetapi jika kami datang dengan anak berusia 9 tahun kami, itu tidak sesuai. Jauh dari tempat yang besar tetapi kami memandu jadi ok. Jauh sekali berjalan kaki.

Grande albergo cinque stelle superior in avenue Luise . È dotato di tutti i confort, il personale è gentilissimo e molto professionale. Camere ampie, pulite, confortevoli. La colazione è abbondante è molto varia. La posizione è fantastica, a dieci minuti a piedi da tutto.

За €65 мы получили небольшую комнату, с удобной кроватью, невероятно приятными одеялами, кондиционером, чистым санузлом, да к тому же pet-friendly. Самостоятельный чек-ин и чек-аут , буквально за 1 минуту. Хорошая шумоизоляция, соседей не слышно. Внизу есть очень классное кафе-пекарня для завтрака, с замечательным хозяином и вкусной выпечкой! Расположен достаточно далеко и от вокзалов (центрального и южного), и от исторического центра. Везде надо минут 20-25 идти...

JAM's front-desk staff is off-the-chart excellent. We had a snafu in our reservations and they helped us to clear it up. The lobby decor is so funky cool as are the rooms. The room staff was very attentive. The restaurant is 5 stars! We ate almost everything on the menu. It is on a major tram line. I will stay at JAM my next visit to Brussels.

B And B Brussels is pretty much what i want in a hotel It's a refinished brand name hotel that has a bit of a hostel vibe. It is stripped back in a good way. The bed is great. The bathroom is good hotel standard. The towels are big, fluffy and clean. There are no wardrobes. Who cares? There are hangers on a rail. There is a small wall safe. There are two coffee mugs and a good espresso machine down the hall. So much better than instant in the room. The iron and ironing board is also down the hall, fine, i don't often use ironing boards. This makes sense. There is no phone. Contact reception using WhatsApp. Easy peasy. The Wifi is free and good. There is parking, gym, and nightly cinema. Good standard breakfast buffet. Good location. I'll be back. I'm a happy guest.

4 of us stayed here in a quad room which was surprisingly very spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance from Bruxelles-Midi Brussel-Zuid train station and bus depot where we caught the Flixibus. At the time the hotel was surrounded in scaffolding and looked like a building site but on entry the inside was clean although slightly cluttered as there was a lot in such a small reception. As you entered, a massive information stand stood separating the reception from the narrow breakfast area. The wooden reception area looked welcoming as lots of plants around and interesting pictures on the wall. Check in was quick & easy. The smallest and oddest lift and I've ever been in took us 2 at a time to the narrow corridors where we found our room. As we entered the room, there was a single bed to the left and the bathroom on the right. Long side the bed was a mirror and at the end of the bed was a chair, a large 5-headed lamp and a desk that held a fridge on one side with a flat screen TV above the desk. The TV could not be properly viewed from the single bed as it was in line with it so it would have probably been best viewed if the TV was placed in the corner for all sleeping areas to view. In front of the desk was a large L-shaped settee which was also wrongly set up to watch the TV as half of the settee meant you had your back to the TV. The settee was used as a bed and situated by a coffee table under a large window that had a city view. To the left of the settee was the large double bed with a headboard that had built in bedside drawers with bedside lamps on each one. Opposite the settee was a large, old-fashioned double wardrobe. There was another window in the room that was small and showed a small balcony which you couldn't access. The mosaic bathroom has 2 sinks with a glass shelf and a large mirror above plus a hairdryer next to them. There was also a bath with a shower hose attached to the bath taps and another small window viewing the inaccessible balcony. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and basic with a coffee and vending machine and all with table settings for 2. At the end of the breakfast area was a large garden with some artistic statues and at the beginning was a small lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table. The hotel was also located within walking distance to the main shopping, restaurants, bars and club areas.

Hotel Siru is bijzonder goed gelegen voor wie in de kantoren rond het Noord-station moet zijn of voor wie Brussel wil verkennen. De toegangsdeur is defect en dus moet men binnengaan via het hotel ernaast. De mensen aan het onthaal zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De lift is klein en verouderd. In de traphal is de signalisatie onduidelijk… De kamer is op zich ok: klein en net, maar ook met een degelijk bed, bureautje, stopcontacten en USB-poorten voor bv. het opladen van een gsm, grote kast. De WiFi-verbinding is slecht en valt geregeld uit. Het verduisteringsgordijn is net te klein waardoor je de kamer eigenlijk niet kan verduisteren. Op de deur zitten vieze lijmsporen en een evacuatieplan ontbreekt. Er is koffie en water op de kamer. De badkamer met toilet, lavabo en douche is ook klein. Er zijn handdoeken, zeepjes enz. De douche loopt echter nauwelijks tot niet door en is afgeboord met gladde tegeltjes met vervuilde voegen (w.o. ook schimmels). Ook het toilet spoelt moeilijk door. Jammer genoeg is er ‘s nachts heel veel lawaai: straatlawaai vanop het plein, maar ook veel storende geluiden uit de bovenliggende badkamers en douches. Ik vermoed dat hier ook nogal wat mensen logeren die naar de luchthaven moeten want vanaf 4.30 u. hoor je mensen de kamer en de gang verlaten…. Vaak met slaande deuren. Het ontbijt is ok: goede koffie (maar slechts een machine…) en fruitsap, voldoende keuze aan brood en beleg, roerei, worstjes, kaas, charcuterie en zelfs fruitsla. Als het druk is, worden de tafels echter niet vlug genoeg afgeruimd waardoor je vaak aan een tafeltje moet zitten waarop de kruimels, vuile kopjes en bestek van vroegere gasten bleven staan. Ik kan dit hotel m.a.w. niet aanbevelen. Het aantal negatieve punten is nl. te groot. En dus zijn prijs en geboden kwaliteit zeker niet in evenwicht. Hier kom ik alvast niet meer terug.
