Really excellent option for our city break. The location is really convenient for the Grand Place, while a metro stop is right next door. The staff were polite, endured our broken French and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and well stocked. There’s also a free fuseball table that can be used, although it could use some TLC.

magnificent watertight , average price , very centric, breakfast without much luxury, but well to undertake a day of walking, typical French, with sandwich, cruasant, scrambled eggs , bacon , juice and coffee,with less than 4 nights , there is no cleaning service , but also not necessary,if I return it will be a good option to repeat hotel.

We slept there for five quiet nights and found the staff polite and helpful. The double room and bathroom were clean, and the kitchenette was reasonably well equipped, with everything in working order. The accommodation did not have air conditioning, although the fan was adequate. Other positives include the great location near the metro and other public transport, restaurants, shops, tourist sites and 24-hour on-site service. The communal areas were clean and useful, including after checkout. Suggestions: A notice in the room regarding disposal of the rubbish since the cleaners come weekly. The landline did not work in our room. I would stay there again since the price was also reasonable and the internet was reliable.

The staffs are friendly for non-native French speakers. There is also clean in-room kitchenware available. However, you’ll need to pull the door heavily to make sure the automatic lock works.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et parfaitement bien aménagées. Le personnel est am très accueillant, souriant, à l'écoute... Bref un véritable bonheur !! Juste à côté du métro et le magnifique parc de cinquantenaire à à peine 10 minutes de marche, sans compter le square très joli juste en face de l'hôtel Une très bonne adresse que je recommande sans hésitations !

Great location, just few minutes to the subway, local grocery store (Delhaize), 10 min to the Brussels Park and Royal Palace. Terrassa apartment was awesome - very bright, high ceilings. Comfy. All you need for a long or short stay. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Very convenient for someone who doesn't like to go to restaurants 3 times a day... Huge thanks to the personnel for being so helpful and attentive. We'll be back!

Stayed here for a long weekend. Comfortable bed, good-size room. Some of the rooms face the back which is better - a garden view and peaceful. However, the room was let down by poor maintenance. The kitchenette was odd: on the one hand, well equipped with kettle, 2-ring hob, microwave and dishwasher, but on the other almost nothing to use! One frying pan, no saucepans. Mismatched crockery and glassware, not much of it, and some chipped. No chopping board, grater or anything else useful. The roller door over the kitchenette was broken and jammed at head height, so the cupboard doors couldn't open more than about 45 degrees. Worst of all, nothing to make coffee in! The carpet was badly stained in several places but overall the room was adequately clean. The door handle fell off as soon as we walked in, and several lights didn't work. Despite all that, the location (edge of pleasant residential area and with good transport links) and the comfortable bed makes this a 3-star review.

We rented 'Rock n Roll' room for 2 people, as well as the 'Salsa Suite' for our son and his family for 6 people. Total of 8 people. We LOVED the apartment. (the room for 2) Clean, in great shape, comfortable beds and linens. Very large room. Kitchenette sufficient. Air conditioning! Updated everything. Bathroom in great condition. The Salsa suite king bed was OK. They brought in 2 roll-away beds for extra kids. High ceilings and lots of class. Quiet. Your own private garden and patio through the kitchen french doors as well as stairs from the upstairs bedroom to the garden. No A/C but had portable fans. Huge apartment. Has a washing machine. Location near Maalbeek and Art Loi metro lines. Easy walk to downtown or the EU area (Schuman). Grocery stores nearby. Staff vey friendly, flexible. Made our stay very comfortable. We will stay there again on our next visit.
