The location is very good, right next to the grand place. However, the rooms are old and need to be updated. The sink in the bathroom and the woodwork had cracks. The corridors were dark and dingy. The lamps or coffee machine have to be disconnected to be able to charge one’s devices. There are no adapters or usb ports. The day we arrived, the bell boy was on holiday, so there was no one to help with the bags. The front office staff, other than the most junior of them, seemed totally disinterested. The room was hot in the night and the aircon panel did not work. When we told the front office staff that the air conditioning didn’t work adequately, they didn’t even acknowledge what we were saying, let alone offer any explanation or apology. The breakfast was fine, but the staff again showed very little interest in even asking if we wanted a cooked breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend.

Location was good, room size is perfect for our small family. Love the services that the hotel provides, super fast and efficient, and fuss free. Hotel even provide lounge area, where hotel guests can go there for a small drink and some appetiser for free. I think every hotel should have such service provided, it is just super nice and welcoming back to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and hotel staff was even offering us in house umbrella for us to use, and we returned it once we are back at the hotel. Room was a tab bit dark at some corners, but otherwise all is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Brussels.

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

I was whisked away to old world opulence as I walked into Le Plaza. The ornate chandelier, intricate carpet, and polished seating created a luxurious atmosphere. I was greeted by a friendly night front desk staff member named Ashley. He checked me in quickly and let me know that I could order something to eat if I was hungry. The elevator ride up to my room was a delight. The hallway was decorated in a vintage style, and my room, 534, felt like a miniature villa. The bathroom was gorgeous, and it had all the amenities I needed. It was a bit of a mix of vintage and modern, with a flat screen TV. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of natural light, and I woke up feeling luxurious every morning. The food at Le Plaza was delicious. I had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The service was also excellent. I never had to wait long for anything, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. I injured myself during my stay, and Ashley and the other night staff member, Luis, were very helpful. They gave me first aid supplies and helped me get ice for my injury. I was very grateful for their help. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Le Plaza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. The location of the hotel is great. It's in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions The hotel offers a variety of room types, so you can find the perfect one for your needs. The hotel has a variety of dining options, so you can find something to suit your taste. I hope this helps!

Conveniently located in the walking distance from the Royal Palace, majority of museums and in close proximity to major shopping streets, this hotel is rather remarkable for the opulence and luxury of its rooms. Of all Thon hotels we've stayed at, Stanhope was arguably the most luxurious one. Friendly and discreet personnel, clean and comfortable rooms, high-end cosmetics and amazing beds - all those things make us wish to return. The breakfast was good (albeit not as good as at Thon at avenue Louise) - we were missing on variety of juices and smoothies as well as offer of cheeses and meats. All in all, it is indeed an oasis of luxury in Brussels and we would be looking forward to staying here again.

A warm and very clean no-frills hotel close to the centre of Bruges. Great location close to many restaurants and a short walk from the main square. Friendly helpful staff. Basic room layout, plastic sinks etc. but clean and warm. Nice bar and breakfast option. Parking in adjacent underground public car park, with lift access to hotel courtyard. A good city centre option for a short stay.

Location was a big let down but not because of the the hotel…it was because of the train station near the hotel and the poor upkeep of it. The hotel is very neat and super safe (I think because of the area it is in) nothing to complain about there. I love the fact that it was close to the station though, just don’t like the area.

Probably the worse experience check-in so far! We arrived early and asked politely to the staff what time is the check-in, this particular staff name Tobe M. was very rude and responded at 3pm. So we went around town and came back at 2:50pm to check-in, this staff was very unfriendly saying it was not 3:00pm yet, eventually he let us in. But overall the check-in experience was such a nightmare. Breakfast was good though.

Stayed here with my Dad while visiting Brussels for a few days. The hotel is located right in the centre of Brussels and is walking distance from Grand Place. The area is surrounded with shops and restaurants also. We arrived early on the first day and they allowed us to check in early which was nice. City tax wasn't too expensive and we paid it then and there. Staff were nice at reception also and the lobby was decorated nicely and very clean. We had Room 210 as far as I remember. The carpets in the hallway and the room were very outdated and had a lot of stains. Also, the bathroom door in the room didn't lock, but this was sorted out the next day. Other than those issues, the room was nice. We had a balcony but not a great view since we were low down. We were facing into an apartment block unfortunately. The beds were comfortable and the batbrrom was clean also. There was a TV and hair dryer too but that's about the only amenities. No kettle or anything like that. The housekeeping staff were very nice too, and did a great job cleaning up our room. The buffet breakfast is served on the 7th floor and has a beautiful view out onto the city. The breakfast selection is great also with bacon, eggs, frankfurters, mushrooms, beans, cereal, bread, fruits, waffles, pastries, cold meats, cheese, hot drinks, juices etc. The place was clean and the waiting staff were friendly too. Very impressed with that part. I do have another small complaint though... when we asked the receptionist for some water (to bring up to the room, as this is common to ask for in any hotel I've agreed in previous), he told me to go across the road to the shop which I found a bit rude. Other than that, and the outdated room, we did enjoy our stay and it was reasonably priced too for its excellent location. I do recommend to anyone on a budget.

I booked Hotel des Galeries based on a recommendation of someone in my circle who is very discerning. It took me a while to find the hotel as my taxi had to drop me a block away since the hotel is in a pedestrian area (no cars after 11 am). I had to call reception to guide me. I was getting a bit frazzled as I couldn’t find it and other reasons. The receptionist was great, guiding me to hotel and sorting out my problems. The room was tastefully decorated, simple, and had a super comfortable bed. The breakfast room was bathed in light. While the breakfast buffet was not extremely abundant, what was served was very good, healthy and tasty.

I stayed in this hostel for 3 nights with my friends. The hostel is located right in the city center, which is probably the biggest advantage of this Hotel. Great location for seeing almost all the sights in Brussels. The staff is nice and helpful. The room was small but clean. We had a room for 4 people with two bunk beds that could be covered, so you had a sense of privacy. We had a bathroom in the room. The bathroom was also clean and nice. Every time we returned in the evening, the room was tidy. The only minus I give wifi, which did not work for me during almost my entire stay. Overall, I can rate my stay at Safestay Brussels very positively. The biggest plus I give a relatively low price depending on the location of the hotel. The only downside for me is the poor internet connection.

Hotel ini tidak besar, berjalan menuruni cerun keluar dari stesen pusat, hanya di sekitar dataran. Walaupun jaraknya beberapa ratus meter dari stesen, bandar lama itu diturap dengan kepingan kecil kerikil dan batu bata. Terdapat cerun kecil untuk mendaki kembali ke Stesen Sentral. Ia akan menjadi sukar untuk kanak-kanak perempuan membawa beg pakaian 24 inci. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai lif, bilik tidak besar, terdapat peti keselamatan kecil, abang meja depan akan menyelesaikan masalah, tetapi ia tidak begitu bersemangat, mungkin ia adalah gaya di sana.

Very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel - excellent location, it is a 3 minute walk to Grand Place with restaurants, bars, waffle and ice-cream shops etc. nearby. Customer service is another highlight - I left my wedding ring and a cardigan in the room and Nicolas went to the room to look for them for me right away when I called, and kept them safely until I went to pick up that afternoon. All good!

Lokasinya sangat bagus! Betul-betul di Dataran Brussels! Bos juga sangat baik. Apabila kami dua gadis datang untuk mendaftar masuk, mereka memberi saya bilik berkembar (walaupun saya tinggal bersendirian) dan mengajar kami cara menggunakan mesin kopi profesional di bar. Biliknya bersih dan kemas, dan bilik air agak lama tetapi tidak menjejaskan penggunaan. Semasa wabak, restoran hotel tidak akan dibuka kepada orang ramai. Anda boleh memesan bawa pulang atau membelinya semula untuk dimakan di restoran. Harga keseluruhan ialah 55 Euro semalam, yang merupakan tawaran yang bagus.
