"The hotel information on Trip.com was incorrect. When I arrived, the front desk said that the executive double room did not include a kitchen. The hotel front desk and Trip.com customer service had a good attitude and actively solved the problem for me. Finally, I changed to a room with a kitchen. The room was large enough and the kitchen had basic configurations, which was perfect. There are two large supermarkets within ten minutes nearby, and you can reach the subway station or bus No. 29 directly to the Grand Place in Brussels within three minutes."

"Fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was beautiful. The room was quite spacious, and a big plus was having a microwave and sparkling water machine. The only downside is that it seems to be an old building conversion, so there's a slight creaking sound when walking on the hallway floor. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

The bathroom is open-plan and without a door, which is suitable for couples. However, the air conditioning and elevator were not working. The AC wasn't an issue as the weather was pleasant, but going up and down to the 4th floor with luggage without an elevator could be a problem."

The dirty sheets were still on top, and blood stains were clearly visible on the thin sheets😒 Because when I arrived at the hotel, it was already after 11 o'clock in the middle of the night and I saw the dirty bed again, ugh😮💨 I originally thought that this hotel would give people like us who are on a business trip a friendly feeling, but it was really a poor choice."

"The air conditioning has been generally out of order for a long time, according to the brief explanation given at the front desk. The room was stifling, over 30 degrees Celsius, and there wasn't even a backup fan. No apologies were offered, and they didn't seem too bothered by the situation. We had booked four rooms to be close to RTBF the next morning. Our French guests had a terrible night because it was impossible to open the windows due to the excessive noise from the road. It's a shame because the rooms themselves were very spacious."
