"The hotel information on Trip.com was incorrect. When I arrived, the front desk said that the executive double room did not include a kitchen. The hotel front desk and Trip.com customer service had a good attitude and actively solved the problem for me. Finally, I changed to a room with a kitchen. The room was large enough and the kitchen had basic configurations, which was perfect. There are two large supermarkets within ten minutes nearby, and you can reach the subway station or bus No. 29 directly to the Grand Place in Brussels within three minutes."

"We enjoyed our stay but, unfortunately we think we should report three major problems future guests dhould be aware of. The air conditioning in our room was out of order. We reported the problem promptly because we were aware of the approaching heat wave but we received a reply only the day before we checked out. The message said the AC repair was scheduled for the day after our departure! We are used to hot nights but two of our 7 nights in the hotel room, during the heat wave, were unbearable. The safe in our room was also out of order and fitted with a message apologising for the inconvenience. Last but not least the main entrance of the hotel was always open with nobody checking at the reception. An electrical cord prevented the door from closing. All this didn't spoil our vacation but are sure the structure could provide a better and safer service in the future"

"Probably the worst 5 star hotel I have experienced in a long time, hygiene. The dirty sheets were still on top, and blood stains were clearly visible on the thin sheets😒 Because when I arrived at the hotel, it was already after 11 o'clock in the middle of the night and I saw the dirty bed again, ugh😮💨 I originally thought that this hotel would give people like us who are on a business trip a friendly feeling, but it was really a poor choice."

"There was a large construction site in the back yard of the hotel, which was not mentioned in the hotel description. Unfortunately, you could hear the construction site. The rooms were also a bit noisy. In the bathroom, the tile in the shower was broken in the middle and there was a half hole, which was a risk of injury. You also couldn't close the bathroom door because you couldn't get it open. The wellness area was nicely decorated, but on the first evening there were lots of white pieces (no idea what they were) on the floor in the pool. The whirlpool function stirred up all the water and eventually they were washed out. Many people use the sauna without a towel, which is why the wood is a bit "shriveled". But it was nicely done. At breakfast, when it was very busy, the man often couldn't keep up with clearing up all the things. Then you really have to wait longer for new juices, croissants, toast, fruit and scrambled eggs to arrive. You could make real Belgian waffles yourself, though. The liquid dough is next to the device and you can just pour it in, close the device and turn it over. Otherwise the staff is really nice and helpful and it is also really clean."

"The front desk service is very good. There is someone on duty 24 hours a day. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage. On the first day you checked in, the drain in the shower room was blocked. The floor was slippery when you first entered, and I almost fell. My toilet was flooded with water, and the water overflowed into the room. It was too late, and there was no phone in the room. I complained to the front desk the next day, saying that there were no repairmen on Sundays, and they asked me to change rooms in the evening. It was a bit of an experience for two nights. Bad. The attitude of the service staff is quite good. However, this European hotel had a problem that day and it was not solved on the same day. It was a bit annoying that it had to be solved after 15:00 the next day."

"The location is near the Brussels- Midi train station. Very convenient and walkable distance. The hotel is a typical 4 star standard hotel. So you don't need to worry about their service. The room is clean and quite big in general. Breakfast buffet has enough variety but to be honest with the price of 23 euro is a bit high. The jacuzzi is well-known but I didn't have time to try it out. There's a gym room in the hotel. Hotel service person is friendly. You can store luggage safely in this hotel. They have a big storage room and double check properly the tags when you redeem your luggage. So that you won't be worrying about someone taking your luggage ."
