Hotel berhampiran Citymall di Bucaramanga

Reserved a room here with Booking.com. Found out at check-out that the ”Total Price” that Booking.com quoted did not include taxes. Hmm....what does total mean? Other than that, the hotel itself doesn't normally provide wash cloths. We were lucky that our maid was able to find a couple. If you want a towel for the pool and the towel girl is busy giving a massage, you will have to track down a restaurant employee at the rooftop bar who will then find a towel for you. The fabric from one of the umbrellas over the poolside tables had partially blown off and remained like that exposing the metal ribs. It's a wonder that the wind did not lift it off completely and deposit it on the street 12 stories below. This condition remained like this for the remainder of our stay. All things considered, it is an older 3.5 star hotel. I would look for another place to stay if in the area again.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in order to catch a plane the next day, so I didn't have too much expectation. However, it is a comfortable and quiet place even though it is on a busy street and with a lot of guests during the Holy Week. The room has a big space for me to put my luggage and move around (ususally it is placed with unnecessary furniture). It doesn't use carpet which I feel very clean and fresh. Staff are very lovely and helpful, which excess the 3.5 hotel service. 2 things I would like to mention for improvement. The breakfast seating was a little chaotic. When I went back to my table after taking some more food, someone took over my table already. I think Hilton should be experience enough to have system to avoid it. Another thing is the hot chocolate. I ordered one cup at night in the restaurant. It was tasteless. I mean, it was a little sweet, thick and brown, that's it. There's no taste of chocolate at all. Next morning, I found that it's same as the one in the free breakfast. Shouldn't a better quality can be served for a cup of 6,000 cop hot chocolate in Hilton? Especially in Colombia where you can get good hot chocolate in local cafes. Anyways, it's a great stay, Breakfast area is small but it has a lot of choices and the food is fresh and delicious. Everywhere is super clean. There are also many restaurants around and it's easy to get food at night.

REserve vía TRIP.COM y cancelé 2 noches, las cuales, cuando llegué al hotel a media noche, se me quería obligar nuevamente a cancelar porque la plataforma no les había cancelado. A pesar de tener ellos la información sobre la reserva y en este caso tener conmigo el número del booking hecho por el mismo hotel, mas la transferencia de la Tarjeta de Crédito, fue casi que imposible el reclamo con las personas del Desk. Considero que no es rsponsabilidad del huesped el manejo y las relaciones con las plataformas, así que si no quieren un dolor de cabeza, NO ES UNA OPCION PARA RESERVAR VIA WEB. Importante señalar que después de casi 2 horas de reclamo (a media noche que llegué), se me dejó ingresar previa advertencia sobre el tema del pago antes de salir del mismo, eso si, me mandaron tal véz a una de las peores habitaciones del hotel (lo cual verifiqué con las mucamas) la 413, por castigo???? por reclamar algo que considero justo??? En fin, realmente da pena por la cadena hotelera que sucedan esas cosas.....

Las habitaciones cuentan con buenas instalaciones. Me dejó un poco sorprendido que no hubiera Jabón liquido para el cuerpo ni shampoo para una habitación de 4 huéspedes. Otra cosa wue me pareció incomoda fue la capacidad del restaurante, pues se debe hacer fila para entrar ya que tiene un espacio muy limitado para la cantidad de huéspedes que tiene. Ahora el lobby, el restaurante, la piscina y el gimnasio quedan todos en el mismo piso (nivel 7) El hotel no cuenta con acceso directo desde la calle, simplemente tiene unos asesores como acceso, se debe entrar al parqueadero del centro comercial y el único acceso es por el subnivel 2 o 3.

酒店服務一般，花園很美麗，房間非常細，離景點亦比較近，沒有自己的停車場，停車用額外收費，距離景點非常近，早餐也很不錯！

Bueno, el hotel cuenta con instalaciones que aunque ya tengan in tiempo están bien sostenidas. El buffer está excelente en ek sentido que hay comida suficiente y además cuenta con un salón y terraza con suficientes mesas para sentar a los huéspedes. El bar está ubicado en ka parte superior de edificio sonse se divisa un excelente paisaje de la ciudad. La piscina queda allí también que apropósito bo es muy grande lo que limita la capacidad para ingresar personas, en mi caso particular, mis hijas tienen amigas allí en la ciudad y desafortunadamente no pudieron disfrutar se la piscina porque ellas no se registraban en el hotel, habíamos rentado 2 habitaciones y mi esposa y yo no íbamos hacer uso de la piscina lo que contaba que el turno lo podríamos ceder a dos visitantes, en fin, ese es uno de los puntos que no me gustó, una política sin base hacia los huéspedes, lo otro es el costo de los licores y general del bar, me parece un poco ridículo, pues se asemeja al de los lounge de los aeropuertos europeos.
