OH MY GOSH!! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! When I booked I figured it was cheap and cheerful so honestly wasn't expecting much but this hotel is so beautiful. The decor is fabulous, the rooms are spotless and the staff are very very friendly and speak amazing English. We came here for 2 nights and 3 days as a short trip but got so much more then what we had expected. The food was tasty, the drinks are cheap and the hotel is in a brilliant location. The exchange rate here is INSANE so it works out to be super cheap. We took Uber mostly which was averaging about £4-£8 we went into the town which was cute but we went on a Sunday so didn't do much exploring just had lunch and a couple drinks. The hotel is so much more up market then what I expected. And it's worth even more money then I paid (approx £65 per night- for a basic room for x2 adults) The quality of service deserves MUCH more. The food was lovely and had plenty of options. They measure the drinks but for the price you can't complain. Funnily enough spirits are cheaper then wine ?? The hotel is literally 20 minutes from the airport so can't complain about that, I fact I can't complain about anything! The only downside is the pool is a bit crap and not really for chilling as it's apart of the gym so it's mainly to do laps. The sauna and steam rooms are lovely and there is plenty of outside space I would 100% recommend to anyone and I would happily come back again.

It was a magical experience and I am so happy that I lived, in this place, one of the most wonderful moments of my life. The room was wonderful and is one of the most beautiful hotel rooms in Bucharest. All this sense of tranquility and good taste is due to the location of the hotel, the staff that makes sure everything is perfect and the entire team that works there.

Great services and overall a good experience for our guests. We had an event and Caro Hotel helped us with all the details for our guests, they felt excellent with all the complex facilities. I would recommend.

Hotel is very nice, reception staff were friendly and very helpful (Mr Daniel). Room was spotless and large, breakfast was of very varied and of very good quality and staff helpful and prompt. I could not give five stars because of the fitness center, seems it is operated by an outsourced company. Staff at the gym/pool extremely aggressive and rude. If this hotel advertises itself to have a spa service included, they should pay better attention in instructing pool/gym staff to be more customer centric. I will come again that’s for sure. Thanks again to all hotel staff.

We eat at Glucoza garden … we saw a wood pizza oven and thinking that we’ll eat a good pizza we ordered two… big mistake. We whatch a football match and the oven was just next to the tv. We wait to see how they put the pizza in to the oven. After a while we just got our pizza from somehere behind us( think was the main restaurant). They gave us FROZEN PIZZA!!!! Terrible! In our room witch was a double room for me and my wife we had just one small towel and one big towel. The air conditioning sistem was very noisy! Not worth the money and not mentioned the frozen pizza…

Nice and clean rooms, very good restaurant and excellent services. World Class fitnes area + swimming pool is a big plus. Big parking place. Easy access to Bucharest center/Herastrau park/etc. Many options to organize events for business and private.

I consider this hotel and it s garden a hidden gem- it s standards are international and the atmosphere every time is just perfect. Great place to enjoy with friends and with family. The wine bar has a nice selection and we had an excellent waiter named Joseph, who really understood customer service.

Perfect location, super breakfast and very polite and good trained personal. Also the swimming pool looks very good, the rooms are very confortable. What I like the most in the rooms is the sound system,a very rare experience. I believe that is the best option in the North area of Bucharest

I have great experiences every time I accommodate at Caro Hotel during my business trips in Bucharest! Such a great location having excellent facilities like: generous nature green environment around, cozy rooms, special breakfast and restaurant services, great people who enjoy their work for clients satisfaction, modern conference centre, relaxing wellness and spa center and many more other exciting opportunities. This is THE PLACE!

My husband and I have been guests at this awesome hotel for over 30 years. Generally, we come to this hotel twice a year for at least two weeks. This statement alone says a lot about this hotel. This year we stayed at the hotel in May for a month, and again in July for another month enjoying our retirement time. For us, the hotel is like, an oasis where you leave our daily problems outside of the premises. The moment we pass the gate, we sense the good energy. The surroundings are full of vegetation, and the landscape is well-maintained and the lake is another plus. The moment we enter the reception area we sense the warm welcome without even interacting with the staff due to, in my opinion, well-done interior design. All the staff are very polite, courteous, professional, and willing to go sometimes out of their way to solve any problems that may arise. The rooms are clean and comfy. To name a few of the staff members I will start with the bell boys Marius and Ionut. Then the reception team especially Mr. Bogdan Creanga I believe is the supervisor, who has all the qualities for this position, then the receptionist Ligia, Anca, Vlad, Florentina, and many others. The housekeepers, Silvia, Aura, Costina, and the newly hired housekeeper from Sri Lanka are also a very hardworking team and always have a smile on their faces. In the restaurant La Vitrine and the bar, Glucoza restaurant bar has. a great atmosphere nice music, the food is excellent ( they have a very good and talented cook) the staff is polite, courteous, and professional and all the time they exceed our expectations. To name a few Mr. Dan Donca , Mr. Rotaru Mihai, Ionut , Geoge Arius, Valentina. Another plus of staying at this hotel is you can enjoy the Wellness Club ( gym area, full-size pool ), and they have a very good gym trainer. and what we like the most is the steam room, dry, and Himalayan salt saunas.
