We stay here when on business in Budapest, and usually don't have problems but staying in 315 recently we were put next to people having a party in 317, it was really noisy, some kind of last night in Budapest flight crew thing. Why would you put business people next to party people? It just made no sense. We got moved for the night to a quieter suite on same floor, 323, which was great but the next day the front desk ”miscommunicated” us to the breakfast area to collect our breakfast boxes. Its puzzling. Overall the staff are super friendly and things usually go without a hitch and on that basis I would recommend. I really hope standards aren't slipping as it would be a shame.

Stayed 5 nights for a conference with 3 other colleagues. Quaint hotel that looks its age. Had very friendly and helpful staff handling check in/out. Had taken a suite, but it was rather small. Main door opened into an anteroom with 2 internal doors - 1 of which led into bedroom (just enough space for a double bed with 2 small side tables). The other door led into a small living room (space for dressing table, couch, TV, and a small round table with a chair). Bathroom is a little dim. Breakfast buffet had standard ham and cheese cuts, scrambled eggs, breads, cereals, fruits - repeated daily. Noticed the staff change the cutlery after each dinner, but the placemats on the table is not changed. Location is excellent with nearby train and bus station leading to all major attractions. Also have supermarkets nearby.

The hotel located very close to the places where we had meetings. Very close to the fortress walls, 5 min from the Fishermen's Bastion, in a discreet, quiet area. The extremely professional staff, extremely polite, provided all the directions for orientation. Very good sleep after a long day, clean rooms - of course it is cleaned daily being a deserved 4-star hotel. I appreciate the safe parking, both the outdoor and the underground one. The fresh air that comes through the windows at night for a very good night's sleep.

位置很好 在四季旁邊 出門就是時尚街 但這裏的店真的不好逛 沒什麼買的 離摩天輪也很近 設施不錯 本來想住洲際 覺得洲際裝修有點老 還是選的凱賓斯基 就是這個價格不包早餐 感覺有點小貴

Definitely one of the best hotel that I have been stayed …5stars hotel with 5 stars service and the bed is super comfortable…. Everything is just too awesome … remember to included your breakfast so that u can have your meal in the world number one cafe New York cafe which is just at the hotel itself , book the hotel and you can skip the queue. New York cafe queue never ending as I see

Highlights of Zenit Palace, Budapest: - Very well located - a minute’s walk from the central square, multiple shopping/dining options and from the Danube’s banks – it’s in the midst of a throbbing & lively area. The iconic tram route #2 is also a minute away. - Spacious, very well-appointed rooms in a heritage building. The rooms are very clean & well-maintained and have good views of the adjoining areas. The building itself is very charming with a beautiful & naturally lit foyer, which lends a very open & grand look to the lobby. The hotel also had a functional business lounge, which is a very practical & useful feature. - Excellent service & hospitality by the reception & front desk – we had to cancel our first night’s reservation at the last minute (as our inbound flight to Budapest was canceled by LH) and we subsequently extended it by a night – they (the front desk team led by Maryam) was very accommodating and considerate. The first night’s charges were waived off considering circumstances in which we had to cancel/reschedule of booking – but this sheer gesture won us over - Breakfast was very good but could do with a few more options for vegetarians. The same goes for the restaurant, while we didn’t patronize it, it seemed to have very limited options for vegetarians Final words: An excellent place to stay in Budapest – very well located, spacious & well-appointed rooms, charming property, decent breakfast options, excellent staff and all of this at a fair price.

Our daughter booked us this hotel as part of a 3 night trip to Budapest as a Christmas gift. After visiting Budapest herself, she thought we’d love it so booked us the trip. I don’t normally write reviews, but I thought the hotel had been served an injustice with lots of the other reviews we’d read. We’d read lots that said it was in an awful and unsafe area. The hotel is on a side street, in a city away from the centre, no different to any side street in a city we’d seen before. We saw one homeless person in a doorway, and sometimes people gathered chatting outside the Spar shop at the top of the road, and the other shops…not much of a problem. We didn’t feel unsafe or find the street to be noisy. You are a little bit out of the centre, but the bus stop and metro are conveniently located just around the corner. We used the bus which was very cheap, or free, as sometimes we were just waved on. Once inside our room we heard very little noise, from within the hotel itself, or from the road outside…only the occasional siren. The towels and sheet’s were good, and the room clean, pillows also nice quality and extras in the wardrobe. Room a comfortable temperature. The beds are low to the ground, and the mattresses firmer than we are used to, but after a 12 hour day sightseeing, and a few cocktails/beers we slept reasonably well. Little ******s with the room, a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice for a morning cuppa before heading out. There is a small bar in the reception area where you could get coffee though, and plenty of cafes on the main street. The hairdryer overheated quite quickly and cut out. But only minor issues. The staff were not particularly chatty (us Brits love a chat!) however, helpful and courteous when needed. All in all a good stay and a good base to explore…what do you do from a hotel room? For us to sleep and shower 🤷🏻‍♀️ Budapest is an amazing city, so much to see and do, we absolutely loved exploring, enjoy!

At this price it would be really difficult to beat this hotel. Even though the rooms are a little old-fashioned, everything was clean, the view was great and there was air conditioning. It is in quiet area and beds are really comfortable so we got a good night sleep. If you are looking for a hotel at a reasonable price and dont mind walking a bit to get to the city center it is a really good choice.

The Clark Hotel is located at Buda, which's very close to the cable car station of the Castle. It's also approachable for other sightseeing places in Buda. However, there's maintenance work nearby, so that the view from the room is not perfect. The check-in process is quite fast and efficient. Overall, the staff are friendly, except few cleaners who seem to be very cool and ignorant. I like the design of the Hotel which's very modern and posh. My room is on the 7th floor where there's a big balcony. If you have friends coming in the evening, all of you could enjoy the stunning night view of the City. The room is quite spacious that you have enough space for enjoying. Indeed, there're many other hotels choices for you to decide, although the Clark is obviously an ideal one.
