Spent 3 days without heating, and I was frozen as if i slept on the street, i told them the first day about that they sent aomeone to check it and he did nothing...also for 2 days they didnt put toilet paper, i had always to go to the reception and ask for one, staff are friendly the location is good, but i won't book at this hitel again.

Good location,perfect for 2/3 nights,the room is big,and it is very close to eveything

Big room with a large desk, 2 chairs, wardrobe and all basics you need. But, the bathroom facilities were not very satisfactory because the sink was very small and the shower system was very strange to open and close the water.

I love the location of the hotel, near to train station..I like the buffet breakfast. Would definitely book again if I will be back in Budapest ☺️

The stay was alright—nothing exciting but good value for the money. The room was basic, and the cleanliness could have been better. A decent option if you're on a budget.

It was a okay stay for an okay price. Wouldn’t expect more from the price like that. Location is good, easy to get access to the center

It's an old number. Uncomfortable bed. Bad bathroom. Tired towels and bedding. Large room with high ceilings. Good service. Beautiful courtyard

Worst service I've ever experienced. Better to avoid this hotel at any cost, there are lots of options around. Location is the only good thing about it. Now about bad. I have booked a twin room for 2 nights two weeks in advance. Hotel has confirmed the booking. When we arrived late in the evening, they gave us a key from a different type of room - it was a room for staff (even the key was attached to the same string, which was worn by all hotel workers). Next morning we started to complain, asking to change the room. First the receptionist Zalan told us they'll put us in the room we have booked after 3 PM, but later said they were fully booked. The room 105, where we had to spend both nights, was next to reception, so guests put their luggage in front of our door, sometimes no free space even to open it. Very dirty inside - spots on the carpet, dusty windows, entrance door in white paint. The worst was the shower - there was no tap like in the pictures. Every 10 seconds you have to press a button to start water supply. In the room there was no drinking water, no kettle, only one glass, no soap or any other amenities.

Het was een fijne ervaring en op deze manier wil ik vaker hier verblijven.

Расположение нормальное, 20 минут пешком до центра. Рядом остановка двухэтажного автобуса. Номер маленький, обычный. Теперь расскажу огромный минус. Очень сильная слышимость, стены тонкие, как будто в соседней комнате. С одной стороны был ребенок и он плакал, с другой кто-то смотрел очень громко телевизор. В последнюю ночь тв работал до 2 ночи, там смотрели хорорр, было жутко и страшно от криков. Я побоялась одна идти к соседям, мало ли кто там живет. Два часа мучалась, потом просто постучала в стену и звук убавили. Еще здание на ремонте, всё в строительных лесах. В общем удобства на минимуме, но чисто и девушка на ресепшен была милой. Жаль что за тишиной не следят

蘇斯44號，酒店各方面都很差。 這次入住體驗極差，我們一家三口訂的三人間三張單床，入住時間是5月4日-6日。 首先，我們下午一點到達酒店，前台説酒店衹允許下午兩點以後辦理入住，我們等到兩點開始排隊辦理入住，可並沒有及時拿到房卡入住，理由就是請繼續等，房間還沒有打掃好。等到房間打掃好拿到鑰匙，進入房間發現給我們的並不是三張分開的單人床，而是一個雙床，一個單床。跟前台説換成三張單床的房間，服務員又説，會安排人把雙床給分開。聽她這麼説了，放下行李我們就出去逛景點了。 等晚上，我們玩回來進房間一看，床還是原來的樣子，根本沒有服務員來分床整理，去找前台，前台很敷衍的説，她告訴過服務員，之後聳聳肩，就不説話，一副愛答不理的神情。 然後回房間，感覺房間很熱，有空調可房間裏沒有配空調遙控器，去找前台要遙控器，前台又説空調壞了，不能用。簡直是無語死了。 明明在辦入住時看到每個房間放房卡的格子裏，都是一副房卡配空調遙控器擺在格子裏的。酒店擺明就是不想給空調遙控器，要省電。行徑特別的摳搜! 然後跟前台溝通，説既然空調壞了，那就給換房間，這時前台特別不情願的把空調遙控器給我，説讓我試試，也許也能用，這不是成心麼。有空調不讓客人用，説各種理由，太差勁。實際情況是，房間空調根本沒有壞，可以正常運轉製冷，説白了酒店就是不想讓客人用空調。 摳搜行徑二: 浴室淋浴🚿，需要手動按壓開關出水，短時間自動停水，而且一次出水時間不超過半分鐘，洗個頭發，中間都要閉眼睛按壓好幾次出水鈕。洗個澡，太費勁了，這又不是搞軍訓，節約用水不是這麼搞的。而且浴室裏沒有配任何洗漱用品，都要用自己的。 摳搜行徑三: 房間裏也是啥也沒有，電水壺沒有，礦泉水沒有，茶包更是沒有。除了床和一奈奈大的電視，無任何客用品。大歐洲就這麼扣兒麼!顛覆了認知。 酒店設施老舊，老舊木質窗户，睡覺翻身床吱吱響，很影響一家人休息。 建議大家不要訂這家酒店，除了位置好，其他都很差勁，酒店服務員幹什麼都透着一股不耐煩的樣子。請大家避坑!!!
