酒店硬件和服務都很完美，擁有無敵的海景很漂亮，酒店設施也很新很到位，不過房間的層高很低是硬傷，給人一種壓迫感。

早餐沒有上海的半島好吃，但是勝在景色無敵。地理位置真的非常優越，還是值得一住的。服務方面非常好，因為是和先生度蜜月，發了郵件給酒店還為我們準備了香檳和蛋糕。btw，送的巧克力蛋糕很好吃！

家庭海景房升級到行政海景套可還行。來伊斯坦堡必須得住半島，硬件新，服務好，泳池大

我們訂的房間是1912年的老房子改造的，開窗即是海峽。房間特別安靜。房間的格局和設施非常好。總之，伊斯坦堡最好的酒店之一。非常適合渡假。

This is a luxury hotel. It is beautiful, safe and the staff are very nice. However, our room is over a bar or nightclub that plays club music until 1:30 pm. The hotel says they have the right and there is nothing they can do. We paid top $ for a luxury hotel and this doesn’t cut it. These rooms shouldn’t be sold or deeply discounted. At a minimum guests should receive free breakfast and earplugs. This is not what you expect for a luxury high end expensive hotel. The Peninsula needs to disclose this issue and avoid adding guests to this room without offering a deep discount.

I loved the service at the Paninsula Hotel Istanbul, and special thanks to Mr. Gurkem, but Mrs. Deniz was very bad in dealing with us. It is preferable to appoint better employees to serve customers so that the team can start serving customers. It is difficult to appoint such employees and not allow them to accept them to the customer.

This is a newer hotel along the Bosphorus. It is located perfectly near shops, restaurants and very close to the Modern Museum. Our room was wonderful. We got a room that faced the Bosphorus. I would highly recommend a room with this view. It was such a beautiful peaceful place in a very busy and populated city. The restaurant downstairs was great - it’s a must to sit outside. Wonderful having breakfast in the morning before the Bosphorus strait is busy with boats. We used the spa and all our treatments were wonderful. We went to Cappadocia for a few days and when we returned to the Peninsula they had made a chocolate hot air balloon for us! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Istanbul!

Fantastic hotel. The location,service, amenities food and drink were all top notch. Situated right on the Bospheres River with views of the mosques and water, we could not have asked for a better place. Started every day with a super breakfast on the outside deck on the waterfront. Great spot to begin walking tours of the of city. The level of service here is outstanding-even after we left! My wife left her insulin in the fridge and the called us after check out and had it delivered to the airport! Luxurious rooms, with every amenity you can imagine. Great spa and massage too! One of our all time favorites.

This is an amazing hotel offering out of this world service and facilities. The location is spot on and allows an easy walk to the most historic sights across the water. It's prime private waterfront location are a definite plus and the daily breakfast outside on the waterfront the highlight of the day. The guest rooms are very Peninsula and offer the latest high-tech facilities. Service is very discreet so don't expect the usual housekeeping trolleys in the corridors. Rooms are serviced without you knowing it! We stayed as a family of four a total of 6 nights and the Rooms and F&B teams knew our preferences and used our names throughout our stay. It's a very impressive property and our staying experience will rank this hotel right up there with some of the best hotels in the world.
