The location is perfect! But, it's an old hotel, so don't expect anything. Breakfast is acceptable. My room was small and dusty. The pillowcase wasn't clean, so I asked to change. First they said they don't have any, but then changed the pillow (seemed like it was taken from another room). The reception is nice.

The room itself and the location is pretty good. But the receptionist is quite cold.

Very spacious room good for multiple people to stay together

The accommodation is close to several supermarkets. It's about a 1.5km walk to catch the 100E bus to the airport. The breakfast exceeded expectations.

Disappointing stay – several issues were not properly addressed Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as I had expected. 1. The shower hose was leaking, and I reported the problem immediately. However, no action was taken to fix it during my stay. 2. I requested room cleaning, but it seemed that only the trash bin was emptied. The floor was not cleaned, the bed linens were not changed, and the towels were not replaced. 3. The air conditioner suddenly turned off by itself and could not be turned back on for quite some time. As the weather was quite hot, this was particularly inconvenient and concerning. 4. Overall, it seems that the rooms should be checked more thoroughly and regularly to make sure that basic facilities are working properly and that requested housekeeping is actually carried out. I hope the management will pay more attention to room maintenance and housekeeping, as these are basic aspects of a comfortable stay.

The location is super convenient, right by the M exit of the M2 MRT line! Excellent value for money, and the breakfast was delicious.

Overall Enjoyed staying at this place. Cozy and safe and located in the centre. easy access to almost all the tourist attractions. A bit noisy at night but I could rest without any problems. The hotel entrance is difficult to find. It is between the bank and burger king Cleanliness Not sure what kind of daily cleaning was available but I could get fresh towels and I could ask to empty the bin. They are very nice but I asked to hoover the room, which wasn’t available… Facilities Shower pressure is good. Hot water is hot enough to relax. For the kettle, it is not set in the room. You need to ask at the reception desk.

Old hotel in old neighbourhood. Metro and bustops very near and convenient. Hotel room big but lack facilities. Value for money. Has lift convenient.

Excellent location and we were very impressed with everything, couldn’t find any negatives over 4 days and breakfast had enough choice. Will definitely use again

Not bad. Subway station, bus station, and tram station are right in front. You have to ask for the heater remote control.

This was a beautiful little place and my room was massive. The reception staff were nice and friendly - all in all awesome 🤩
