Hotel di Budapest

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Budapest Keleti train station, making it easy to travel around the city. It’s only about five tram stops to the city centre, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If you get a room facing the main road, you’ll also enjoy a great view of the train station. However, there are some downsides. The air conditioning doesn’t work during autumn and winter, so the only option for ventilation is to open the window. Unfortunately, the hotel is extremely noisy since it’s right next to a main road where police and ambulance sirens go off very frequently, making it hard to rest. Additionally, luggage storage isn’t free—you have to pay by the hour, which feels a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a great choice for location and convenience, but not ideal if you’re looking for peace and quiet or comfort in cooler seasons.

Delightful little hotel in a quiet but easily accessible area of Budapest. Rooms were clean, nice and warm. Heating could be adjusted to your own preference. Paid for Breakfast consisted of a Coffee of choice and two delicious warm croissants. There is a private courtyard for Al fresco drinking or chilling out. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Very warm ambient with the green colour deco wall . Free cookies and candy at 3 pm in the lobby . Conveniently located near to the metro station and only 400 m from the famous New York cafe . The only bad experience was picked pocket near the hotel. Lost a power bank and a cashmere scarf .

I extended my stay for one more day, really enjoyed here. The hotel staff are so polite and assisted me in everything I needed.

Die Wohnanlage befindet sich an der Ecke zweier ruhiger Seitengassen. Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn-Station Blaha-Lujsa-ter als auch der Ostbahnhof Keleti sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Neubau mit Fertigstellung 2026 ist naturgemäß noch nicht abgenutzt, sehr sauber gehalten und war wohl zur Vermietung der Appartements vorgesehen, und die Appartements, die noch ohne Mieter sind, werden wie Hotelzimmer an Touristen vergeben. Das gebuchte Frühstück für zwei Personen und zwei Tage war bei der Ankunft bereits vorhanden und portionsmäßig leider nicht sehr üppig bzw. bereits am ersten Tag verputzt. Da wurde aber auch noch mit zwei weiteren Portionen für den nächsten Tag gerechnet... Na ja, ein bisschen Diät schadet auch nicht! Was praktisch nicht vorhanden war, war das WLAN, das nur minutenweise verband und dann wieder trennte. Die Ausstattung war eher spartanisch, was auf den vorgesehenen Verwendungszweck der dauerhaften Vermietung zurückzuführen ist - die zukünftigen Mieter sollen halt die Wohnung nach deren Geschmack einrichten können. Die recht große Wohnküche, geschätzte 25 Quadratmeter, wirkte dadurch nicht gerade einladend. Dafür war das Schlafzimmer mit dem unbedingt erforderlichen Mindestabstand des Doppelbettes zu den Wänden sehr heimelig. Das Badezimmer wies einen in die Badewanne eingebauten Duschbrausekopf auf - für jeden Duscher, der das Badezimmer nicht unter Wasser setzen will, eine echte Herausforderung. NIcht vergessen werden darf der kleine Balkon, der zwei Personen ausreichend Platz zum Genießen der Frischluft bietet - aber auch Wäsche und Regenschirm werden dort trocken. In Anbetracht vieler alter, kleiner und abgewohnter Hotelzimmer auf jeden Fall eine empfehlenswerte Bereicherung, aber einem echten Vier-Sterne-Hotel nicht vorzuziehen.

My recent stay at Bristol Budapest Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. I arrived at around 02:00, and despite the late hour, check-in was completely seamless. The staff were clearly expecting me; this made the whole process quick and effortless; exactly what you want after a long journey. The room itself was immaculately clean and very well presented. I appreciated the small touches; like the fridge stocked with a bottle of water, which can be replenished simply by taking it down to reception. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, high-quality linen that made for a great night’s sleep. There was also a good tea and coffee setup in the room; a welcome addition. Even though my room faced the street, I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise at all; something that really stood out. The bathroom was spacious enough, with plenty of clean towels and some lovely complimentary toiletries. At one point I needed an iron and ironing board; reception provided both immediately without any fuss; which summed up the efficiency of the service throughout my stay. Breakfast was a real highlight. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, but I genuinely don’t understand why. The selection was extensive; covering both continental and hot options. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted great, and was constantly replenished and well maintained. It was easily one of the best parts of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; always with a smile. That level of hospitality made a big difference. Overall, this is a solid and reliable option for anyone visiting Budapest; I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an amazing location. [Hotel Name] exceeded my expectations. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet at night. Excellent service from the moment we arrived. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. 10/10!

The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of classic architecture and modern design, with elegant decor and a peaceful atmosphere throughout. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city looking for comfort, charm, and top-notch service.

Location is not exactly in the heart of the city, but it is not far away. Very clean and I personally love the facility and design of the hotel, the cherry on top is the heart warming service, overall definitely worth the price if you want a comfy and classy place to stay it's the one, but if you want a room with river view, maybe go with Intercontinental or marriot but their appearance does not look to nice

Lovely hotel, appears to be quite new. The atrium makes it nice and light. Reception staff were efficient. Our room was quite big, with a window and a kettle was provided - a bonus as far as we're concerned. The fridge was useful, too. Our room was serviced when we went for breakfast, but we didn't put the sign on the door to ask not to be disturbed - all of our things were still all over the place and I like to tidy up before the cleaner comes into the room. Breakfast was adequate, although a larger or second toaster would be a bonus. It was a long wait whilst several guests made their toast. The coffee was warm, not hot. The location is great. It's very close to the Metro, the trams, and buses. A two stop journey on the Metro gets you to the airport express bus. It's easy to get around. I would stay at the Atrium again if I returned to Budapest.
