Hotel di Budapest

The room was very clean and cozy. There is AC, a kettle, a small refrigerator, hair dryer and towels in my room, which come very handy. It is right next to the main station and there is a big mall 10 mins away from the hotel. Some minor issues I had are that the WiFi connection is quite poor. There was a day when i couldn’t use the WiFi on both my phone and laptop, so im pretty sure it’s their Wifi problem. Also, they gave me two identical room cards but for 3 times I could not open my room door with either of them, and I needed to fix it at the reception. One more downside is that they don’t have a microwave, so you can’t heat up your food. These small things annoyed me even though the hotel was pretty and clean.

Nice modern hotel with all amenities. Great location. We enjoyed the cleanliness and noise isolation. The night was very quiet. We would definitely recommend this hotel. We choose the hotel especially for the location and because it allows pets. The pet fee is quite high. Most hotels we visit charge less, in some hotels the pet is free. But we were asked if we would like to have pet stuff put into our room (we don't know what that includes). We declined as we brought everything with us, but I guess that is nice for large dogs, as bringing their dog bed is more of a challenge.

Hotel was OK. I booked bigger room and was nice. Breakfast also OK. I read some negative reviews and is true, the bathroom need update. Also environment in hotel have some limits, eq. dirty elevator. Many info what is prohibited is doing unfriendly feeling. Eq. they gave me sign paper, where was indicated ”food from restaurant is prohibited to bring to the room - if explored, will be fined by 8 EUR”. Later I understand - the meaning was food from breakfast, but statement like that can make misunderstanding - could be better explained. Generally I liked hotel, also was walkable to city center.

Overall Enjoyed staying at this place. Cozy and safe and located in the centre. easy access to almost all the tourist attractions. A bit noisy at night but I could rest without any problems. The hotel entrance is difficult to find. It is between the bank and burger king Cleanliness Not sure what kind of daily cleaning was available but I could get fresh towels and I could ask to empty the bin. They are very nice but I asked to hoover the room, which wasn’t available… Facilities Shower pressure is good. Hot water is hot enough to relax. For the kettle, it is not set in the room. You need to ask at the reception desk.

The hotel is very well located. Close to multiple transport means and routes which take you everywhere in the beautiful budapest. Walking distance from interesting and lively places like ferneciak, 7th district, calvin ter, etc. Hotel is in a beautiful building, nicely renovated, very clean and with super friendly staff. Reasonable price for the quality and the service. The bar at the lobby offers very nice local wine with a smile...

Excellent Hotel, very clean, wonderful Breakfast. Very helpful Staff, especially Monika on Reception. Even surprised us on our Wedding Anniversary with sparkling wine and chocolates, Thankyou. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Budapest.

Conveniently located and easy accessible with Tram. I'd like to acknowledge and commend the service delivery of front desk staff - Ms Sophia for extending extra care and diligently handled all the hotel guests. Always potray herself professionally and also elevate the service and check in experince. Good work!

We booked the deluxe room but got an upgrade to junior suite. The room was very spacious and clean. it is a quiet and comfortable place to stay. the staff was very friendly. breakfast was ok but a bit pricey for what it is. overall i can recoomend this hotel.

My recent stay at Bristol Budapest Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. I arrived at around 02:00, and despite the late hour, check-in was completely seamless. The staff were clearly expecting me; this made the whole process quick and effortless; exactly what you want after a long journey. The room itself was immaculately clean and very well presented. I appreciated the small touches; like the fridge stocked with a bottle of water, which can be replenished simply by taking it down to reception. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, high-quality linen that made for a great night’s sleep. There was also a good tea and coffee setup in the room; a welcome addition. Even though my room faced the street, I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise at all; something that really stood out. The bathroom was spacious enough, with plenty of clean towels and some lovely complimentary toiletries. At one point I needed an iron and ironing board; reception provided both immediately without any fuss; which summed up the efficiency of the service throughout my stay. Breakfast was a real highlight. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, but I genuinely don’t understand why. The selection was extensive; covering both continental and hot options. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted great, and was constantly replenished and well maintained. It was easily one of the best parts of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; always with a smile. That level of hospitality made a big difference. Overall, this is a solid and reliable option for anyone visiting Budapest; I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is a standard mid range hotel, fine if you come with no high expectations. Good points include the modern, clean appearance, decent sized rooms and helpful reception staff. On the down side, the single lift is a major problem, particularly at breakfast time (I walked up to the 4th floor twice...), and the entrance is off a rather gloomy unlit street. Otherwise the location is not bad: rather far from the centre (20+ mins walk) but convenient for Keleti station (10 mins walk). There are also decent supermarkets on the nearby square.
