My girlfriend and I spent a weekend there. The staff were kind and helpful, the location was convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Excellent value for money!

The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is quite comfortable and the AC saved me from a sleepless night. I was coming to Budapest for work and could unfortunatley not work from the hotelroom due to persisent wifi issues. I also had to pay 10 eur for keeping me small luggage at the hotel before my evening flight! Both issues really bothered me as both should be industry standard by now! For my next business trip I will not choose this hotel again.

Conveniently located and easy accessible with Tram. I'd like to acknowledge and commend the service delivery of front desk staff - Ms Sophia for extending extra care and diligently handled all the hotel guests. Always potray herself professionally and also elevate the service and check in experince. Good work!

Stayed for 5 nights at the peak season and experienced the heat wave temperature. Temperature broke new record hight at 40 degrees in Budapest during my visit, and the AC in the room is not cool enough even I turned it on full blast. Apart from that, the hotel is fine. Good location, easy traffic to most tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet was good, but the same options every day. The check in team were helpful, the taxi they booked for me to the airport is fast and efficient. Thank you.

It is a beautiful hotel. The service was excellent, especially for Balint’s and Boglarka’s (front desk) help and support. The location is not too close to attractions, but metro, trams and buses are around the corner. The trains station is also nearby. There are multiple groceries around the hotel. The price of the breakfast offered by the hotel was also reasonable when comparing a breakfast taken in a regular cafe restaurant. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Budapest again.

We booked the deluxe room but got an upgrade to junior suite. The room was very spacious and clean. it is a quiet and comfortable place to stay. the staff was very friendly. breakfast was ok but a bit pricey for what it is. overall i can recoomend this hotel.

My recent stay at Bristol Budapest Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. I arrived at around 02:00, and despite the late hour, check-in was completely seamless. The staff were clearly expecting me; this made the whole process quick and effortless; exactly what you want after a long journey. The room itself was immaculately clean and very well presented. I appreciated the small touches; like the fridge stocked with a bottle of water, which can be replenished simply by taking it down to reception. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, high-quality linen that made for a great night’s sleep. There was also a good tea and coffee setup in the room; a welcome addition. Even though my room faced the street, I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise at all; something that really stood out. The bathroom was spacious enough, with plenty of clean towels and some lovely complimentary toiletries. At one point I needed an iron and ironing board; reception provided both immediately without any fuss; which summed up the efficiency of the service throughout my stay. Breakfast was a real highlight. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, but I genuinely don’t understand why. The selection was extensive; covering both continental and hot options. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted great, and was constantly replenished and well maintained. It was easily one of the best parts of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; always with a smile. That level of hospitality made a big difference. Overall, this is a solid and reliable option for anyone visiting Budapest; I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Well the place is okay okay , breakfast was average, the reception was helpful. But still not that satisfied.
