Transport infrastructure: Decent. There's are bus stops within 5 mins of the hotel that will grant you swift access to Kelenfold Terminus where you can access pretty much anywhere from. On site parking for multiple vehicles and or coaches.(4/5) Facilities: Good. swimming pool, jacuzzi, bio and Finnis steam rooms. Aromatherapy room, salt cave, hamam style steam room (wasn't working during my visit) infrared sauna. At least 3 squash courts. Weights room with cardio equipment. Lifts. 2 lane bowling alley. A bar (only open from Tuesday to Saturday. Small garden area with a water fountain. Restaurant. (3.5/5) Room: Bad. The bed was comfortable. It was big enough to cope with my size. Room safe and mini bar fridge both present. Very basic toilitress and Rubin branded containers. Shower cubicle. Missing a sealant at the bottom of the glass door. So water floodsthe room everytime you have a shower. Which would then flood into the carpet of the room and leave the place smelling damp. When reported to staff. They offer extra towels and say ”these block the leak use them as it's the same in all of the rooms” can I see another room type please. No (1/5) Staff: Very good and very bad. The room was next door to the housekeepers office which means there was constant footfall and buggy outside at all times. The good thing though is if you need an extra towel or set of bathrobes. Instant replacement. Rooms were turned down daily but not vacuumed daily without a request. Any cutlery you brought from outside of the room was left for you to return yourself. Restaurant staff were polight and patient. Bar staff if you get to meet ”Pieter” (sorry if that's not how you spell your name buddy) he's a really cool guy and into rugby. His English is really good. He has a great sense of humour a d he works hard to keep the vibes going in a great direction. Reception - Daniel was fantastic. He had great local knowledge and stacks if information regarding sightseeing and tourist stuffs. Restaurant: very good. The cooked food was always prepared very well the grilled chicken was almost perfect the risotto was creamey and paired fantastically with a Hungarian white wine. An omelette in the morning is how I test the kitchens and the delivered everytime (not always with the correct ingredients but . . Language barrier maybe?) Cons: The day I booked directly with the hotel for the best deal. I found x2 other sites with better offers. I emailed and no response was received. I had to call them to chase a response after the transfer had been confirmed and evidenced via my bank at which point they confirmed payment had been received. No response to my room queries or dietary requests until after payment had been confirmed. Upon arrival no discussion price variation just a reminder convo regarding room payment triple checked. The hotel is conveniently located very close to public transportation. The tram is right across the street and the Metro station just a short walk away. You can also walk across to the other side of town where all the stores and restaurants are by using the Chain Bridge. However the bridge was closed for pedestrians last month, not sure if it is now open. Our room was a good size and we had a beautiful view of the Danube river and the Parliament. The small balcony outside our window needed to be cleaned though, as there were spider webs everywhere. Realized that after I stuck my head outside to look at the view.. You can also look outside the window in the hallway when you get off the elevators. It has a nice view of the castle at night. Bathroom was fine, there was a nice bathtub with a nice shower but I found the bathtub very high and it took me extra effort to climb in and out. Never had that problem before but for some reason this tub was not easy to climb into. The breakfast had many yummy choices. There were not many changes in what they offered everyday, but still they had many choices and also many different coffees you could prepare on the machine. Front desk staff were cordial and one young man in particular was very helpful with everything that we needed. I don't remember his name but he was in his 30s I believe with a goatie. All in all we enjoyed our stay! The only thing we wished is that this hotel had a pool, but oh well!

Hotel was heel schoon, vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt waar je van alles kon krijgen. Wij waren er gedurende het EK 2024 en elke wedstrijd werd uitgezonden in de lobby. Locatie: qua afstand vd stad was het wel wat verder. Maar bepaalde bezienswaardigheden waren weer heel dicht bij zoals de kettingbrug. Er is een klein supermarktje in de straat em op loop afstand is er fashion street. Enige minpunt dat de deken even groot was als het bed ipv een maatje groter. Als je je dus omdraaide had je een blote rug.

Excellent new hotel in a new area, interesting area to visit also next to a river park area and many restaurants choices outside the hotel. Staff at the hotel are attentive. Fast journey to and from Budapest Airport.

This hotel is right across the Danube river from the parliament building. It is a beautiful site at night with all the lights. The hotel sits on the street that goes along the river. And the hotel is up-to-date and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.  There is public transportation that runs in front of the hotel. The metro station is about a five minute walk.

Apartment central. Room was nice. Reception staff not the most friendliest. The beds in the apartment are 2 single beds on wheels not ideal for married couples who are having a weekend away and wanna cuddle up at night. Glasses provided and there was another guests crisps in cupboard. These should be binned as open and unhygienic eating crisps someone has had their hands in. Rooms cleaned daily. A few times maids came in when we were in our single beds. Took towel and never replaced them, had to get out shower to go down and get new towels. It is quite noisy as apartment is on main road. There is blinds on the windows. There is brown curtains but they don’t fit the window so the sun shines in and wakes you up. No chance of a long lie. Beware of street taxis - they will try rip you off when you have been drinking alcohol. I’d download bolt - just like Uber. Kebab shop a few doors down - lovely food Spar straight across the road. Close to some fab bars. Unsure if we would stay here again.

STAY HERE! Made a mistake on my booking by getting the mixed dorm however I wanted a female room, they changed it at reception without hassle and no extra charge (€27 for 3 nights) the room is very clean, the beds are comfy and you get a privacy curtain, light, plug and hangers in your little pod. There’s a few showers, hairdryer and toilets next to the room and a place to get ready in the morning (very clean) there is a bar downstairs with tvs and also serving good food, there’s chill places to sit outside the room and a rooftop. - 1 min walk to a shop - In the centre, short walks to landmarks - A bus to the airport 10 minute walk away - Bolt, buses and trams to get everywhere Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay experience, surprisingly it has a well equipped gym for no reason to skip workout! Free parking! Clean room at detail, overall satisfied, definitely will come back again! Breakfast was acceptable but could be better

Currently here at the moment and tbh I’m disappointed! Not like the reviews say. It’s a good 45 min walk to the centre of Budepest. The breakfast is lack lustre at most! Luke warm hot drinks, only one side of the toaster works and very basic buffet. Rooms have no tv, or hairdryers! The amenities it says are here simply aren’t, rooftop bar closed, pasta shop never open, spar next door is very limited hours and the staff are rude. If your wanting somewhere to stay with things around it don’t stay here it feels like your in the middle of no where. Nothing much around it so do expect to be walking quite a way to get to anything. I comply understand it’s geared towards student but even these must be bored to tears with the lack of amenities around the hotel, not even anywhere to grab a bite to eat within a good 10 min walk. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not On a plus note the reception staff are lovely

The room I had at the hotel was good value for money and clean. It was also very quiet at night time and, after a day out walking and seeing the sights of the old city, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax. There are buses just around the corner that link to the city centre, and the nearest Metro is not far. The shuttle service the hotel uses is very reliable. The hotel staff will either book up a transfer with them beforehand or customers can do it themselves from an easily located desk at the airport. I found the wi-fi in the room was quite fast and always usable.
