(you should definitely read it!) I don't know where to start. We encountered problems from the moment we first entered the hotel. We pulled the car in front of the building and came to the reception to check in. We gave our passports and said we wanted to pay by credit card. In the city's largest hotel with 15 floors, the POS device was not working and they asked for cash payment. We did not accept cash payment and said we would pay later. We stayed as 4 people in 2 rooms. Our rooms had towels for one person, toilet paper for one person, water etc. So everything was missing. There was no safe to put our valuables. Toilets smelled. (some of the toilet bowl smells moldy) And more, Meanwhile, I realized that my bag was lost and I went back to the reception. I told them to watch the security cameras, the bag was last at the reception, and they told me that the security cameras were NOT WORKING. It's a huge, formal, corporate hotel and the security cameras don't work. It's like a joke, there is no record if you are killed :) Oh, by the way, we were lucky :) the POS device started working, they were able to receive the payment by card. Anyway, we said there was nothing important in the bag and returned to our room. The next morning, we went to breakfast and it was a disgrace, I didn't even go to breakfast the other days. They don't even have olives, they just put 3 types of jam, that's all. While my brother (he is 10 years old and does not speak English) was sitting in the room and I was on the toilet, the room was entered for cleaning. I came out of the toilet and met the cleaning ladies. I asked them for a sign saying "clean the room or do not disturb" to hang on the door of the room. I conveyed my request for this sign and safe to the reception. They said that both of them were in the rooms or they would provide them. It was not available for 4 full days. We were disturbed while sleeping every morning. Moreover, the cleaning was also very bad, everything was missing and dirty. THEY SELL IT BECAUSE THE HOTEL HAS AN INDOOR POOL, BUT THE POOL WAS CLOSED DURING OUR STAY. IT WAS NOT CLEAR WHEN IT WILL OPEN. If the pool is closed, why are you charging for the pool, then give a discount. On our last day, we came to the room at 6 in the evening and saw one towel in each room. We are 4 people in total but we have 2 towels. I called the reception and asked for a towel. Since he arrived exactly 2 hours later, we left the room before 2 people could take a shower. On the last day we checked out, when I gave the room cards to the reception, they asked me, "Did you like our hotel?" and I said, "No, I did not like it, I will write it in the comments." I left and went to my car in the parking lot. The parking lot barriers are opened if you call the reception and ask if you can open the barrier. I drove to the exit and called the reception, but my phone was not answered for 10 minutes. I waited in front of the barrier for 10 minutes. I was treated like this because I

For this price per night, this is for sure my the worst experience ever. No hot water when we arrived at accommodation. Trash can was not empty from the previous guest. "The kitchen" had no tools at all. I saw only one plate, two forks, two knifes and ONE spoon. There was only 2 glasses for wines and thats it. When we wanted to go to the spa, saunas were not working, temperature in the swimming pool was to low and they gave us 2 bath coats that were really old and torn apart.

Staff at the reception were good as usual! Had to pay with cash! Stressful from the start. I’m so sorry about this experience with my room. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and this use to be a good place. Was really looking forward to coming back but… What happened? The room was in horrible shape! Bathroom ceiling was stained green and was dripping from the light socket. And the smell… No power in the bedroom, peeling wallpaper and generally run-down. Sweetest receptionist brought us a piece of cake and some fruit for the inconvenience. (According to her from the management) They offered us a new room at 8 pm, but that was too late as we were going out for dinner and leaving the day after. Asked before, they didn’t have other rooms available. Not coming back, that’s for sure!

Rude front desk staff. Tacky neighbourhood. Outside there is a constant flow of people to and from the beach. Also, the traffic noise is quite bad. Opposite a huge building site where another edifice is going to go up. The kind of hotel you’d like to spend your holiday at? Think again.

Parking is a nightmare and expensive. Traffic is horrendous. Construction makes getting around even harder and ruins the views / experience. Rooms are dated. A/C only works ok. Beach is extremely crowded. Bazaar next door is so tacky. Skip Budva

Very good hotel with nice service and professional staff always available to help you resolve uncomfortable situations easy to find easy to stay in a good a strategic position the view on the spa and restaurat simple amazing the room was much larger and comfortable than average thank you all staff tre canne

Do not eat here!! Visited the restaurant with outstanding views to have the worst dining experience of our holiday! My whit fish tagliatelle was cold and not as described on the menu. I told the waiter who promptly took it back to the kitchen, it was returned piping hot but was sooo salty couldn’t eat it! The 3 others ordered bbq ribs, looked delicious on the menu picture which showed a rack of chargrilled ribs. They were served one large, white rib with soggy potato wedges underneath. When we pointed out the difference with photo, response was that’s how we cook them!! Asked them to discount bill as they weren’t edible and they refused. Said we could have free deserts!! Couldn’t get out quick enough….4 star, more like no stars!!

We went there 3 friends and restaurat waitirs is really rude. We ask take tips from credit card and his don’t accept it then we try order some things they are start to rude attidue and don’t give more service to us but we saw they continue to with other table’s it’s unacceptable

We stayed at here for a short trip to visit Budva, a really friendly staff and clean and modern hotel with a great location on the middle of the seaside *****, Old Town a 10 min walk and the beach is right next ro the hotel. Parking is available securely if you have a hire car and there is a infinity pool and spa for those on a health kick.
