Nice quiet hotel in a fun district of BA. Room was OK size - we had a balcony but hardly used it as it rained a lot! Bed was good size and comfy; shower very powerful and plentiful hot water. Breakfast was OK and the evening restaurant was lively and food/wine was good. Matthias in Reception was very helpful and professional. Overall a nice change from the big downtown global chain hotels.

Lovely hotel but I left yesterday accidentally leaving a cardigan and sweatshirt in my room when I checked out , since yesterday I have been emailing them and today with no reply . They have countless ways of contacting them online but I have had no response, hopefully they will see this email as it’s frustrating they do t reply

The location is perfect, we could walk everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed (recommendations, transportation, etc) always on point. I would stay here again on my next visit to Buenos Aires

Great area, good hotel. Old building so there are some plumbing issues. No pressure from sink or shower at times and brown water coming out of both at times also. Property is very quick at fixing the issues. Also, asked for late checkout and due to availability was denied. However staff desk did tell us they’d hold our luggage while we roamed around the area until our ride to the airport came. Overall a good hotel for a budget in Buenos Aires. Not to mention right next door to the 2-star Michelin restaurant Parilla Don Julio. Book months in advance if you want to go! I highly recommend it! Messi eats there!

This was a fantastic hotel! It's a modern, sleek, and comfortable hotel in the upbeat, bustling, active, and hipster neighborhood of Palermo. The location is a short walk to great restaurants, bars, and shopping, and is a very safe area. The beds are comfortable and the shower is warm with fantastic water pressure and great toiletries as well. The hotel staff is beyond helpful and attentive and the hotel restaurant/bar is fantastic with a great breakfast selection and a very good bar for the evening.

Very nice, updated hotel. Good amenities. Great breakfast included! Good location and value. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. We didn’t use the pool as it was chilly during our visit. The room was clean and spacious with anything we might need for our stay.

The Pleno is in an excellent location. We could walk to many restaurants and bars and did a lot of sightseeing by foot. The staff were wonderful. We booked football and a tango show through them and everything was looked after and they explained everything very well. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fruit and coffee. The breakfast staff were also attentive and looked after us well.
