Ulasan Bahrain Airport Hotel Airside Hotel for Transiting and Departing Passengers Only

This hotel is right in the airport and across from some gates. It is perfect for a long layover. It was easy to find and easy to check in. The room itself was comfortable and I would stay here again if I have a night layover.

The hotel was extremely clean and modern, definitely worth it, however the service is non existent. I am from the UK and booked this hotel for a transiting flight, on the hotel website I was able to book the exact times I required the room (hour by hour) and on trip.com It was the standard check-in 2pm and exit 12pm the next day which does not work. After booking I emailed the hotel twice with no response to date and it’s been 3 weeks. When arriving at the hotel I had to wait 5 hours before I could have access to my room and I only stayed until my flight departure time which was a total of 10 hours out of the 22 hours which the room was booked for. In this case, not value for money. The service needs to improve, either have an instant chat or respond to email in a timely manner. There is a premium number which I did not ring since it would have cost a fortune!

Customer service was very good and friendly and room was nice would definitely recommend

Staff was friendly and helpful. I had booked a sleeping pad for a long layover. It is actually a great idea but: unfortunately there are other travellers you do think everybody else is interested in their private telephone conversations etc. it was getting really noisy. Maybe just some signs would be helpful. It really destroyed my experience

I am UAE resident and first time here in Bahrain. My visa status needs to be change with an AtoA process, and having a 24 hours stay inside the Airport was so difficult and uncomfortable. Thank you so much to the helpful receptionist Sir Nikko and Ms. Teresia, you made my stay in Bahrain comfortable.

It's a one of a kind experience and did not regret trying it. I'm traveling from Cairo to Australia and since it's a long trip I need to have a break. I was thinking if I will go to the lounge or get a room for three hours. The gentleman in reception convince me and keen to do showroom of all the availability at that time along with the prices. And I decided to book a compact room, cubby but everything was there.I had a good nap and refresh for the next journey. They alert a wake up call just for me to catch the boarding and guide me on my designated gate. Great job for Airport Hotel team specially Nikko and Avishake in the front desk.

Very misleading advertisement! We aimed to have a very comfortable flight by booking 15hrs for 3 people. Paid 60bd non refundable and guess what? We are not allowed to go in the hotel because apparently we need to be checked in! Maybe next time try to give proper details on your ads, better yet make the booking refundable at least!

We slept in the pod, due to a 21-hour layover. this was a health and a lifesaver for us. The pods are not in great shape, our television did not work, and we had to change to another as the engineer could not figure out why the lights were not working. also, there are only three showers and it seems that if someone uses one, you need to go request a replacement towel. Nevertheless, they were clean and convenient if somewhat pricy.

Visited this place in person while catching a flight out of BAH. Walked into the lobby and the receptionist refused to make eye contact even though I was obviously approaching him from a distance. Only when I spoke did he respond but in a pretty condescending manner. "Its not there right??" were his exact words to my one-liner question. I was shocked that this is the level of interpersonal engagement at Bahrain Airport Hotel. Was hoping that this would be the place to catch some winks during future transits so am disappointed but frankly more shocked than anything else. Place looks pleasant enough though.

If no stars was an option then I would of definitely done it. Absolutely shocking customer service, rude staff…..save your money and go to pearl lounge. We stayed 5 mins and left after paying…… they booked us pods when we booked a room…. Offered to pay the difference to a room if the was a mix up… but the awful service we got was buy a new room when the place is empty. Looked at the shower room and towels were mini …. STAY AWAY. I hate giving a bad review but this was my worst experience travelling around …. So rude.
