Hotel berhampiran Qawra Tower di Bugibba

Having stayed in several hotels in the area (Dolmen, Seaview, Topaz), I decided to go for the closest to the action for my latest trip. I believe the Primera Hotel has been undergoing upgrades since COVID. The results of these are visible in some areas and in others there is work to be done. All the staff were superb. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. I didn't catch many names, but Njelli??Nellie?? on reception, Clayton night reception, were great. Housekeeping were also polite and very friendly. The room, on the second floor, was quite large and comfortable. The furniture (wardrobes, drawers, bedside cabinets and fridge all looked brand new. The bed was two fairly basic metal frames with relatively poor mattresses, which had very stiff edges so there was no chance of a spread across the two singles to treat as a double bed. The bathroom was again a good size and was clean with what looked like fairly new tiling. The only downside of the bathroom was the ridiculous shower cubicle with doors that don't roll on the runners but must be almost picked up and put into place when showering. The roof terrace again looks as though it has been recently renovated and was a really surprising treat. Wonderfully clean and tidy. Plenty of loungers and a pool that is big enough to have a cooling dip when the sun gets a little hot. A TV plays tranquil music and WC/changing facilities were a nice touch. I would guess there is enough space for a small bar or a pool table up there if the owners were so inclined. I watched the Saturday of the Malta airshow display with a great view over St. Pauls bay. Such a shame that the Sunday was canceled due to the high winds. The location can not be beaten. So many bars and restaurants are within a few minutes (in some cases seconds) walk. Less than a hundred yards to the promenade beach and swimming. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, on the understanding that The Primera is not perfect but I believe they are working to get there. I for one will be back. Many thanks

Well, what a great hotel. We arrived on the opening day after a name change from the last hotel name (same owners, different name) We was meant to go to Las Vegas but it didn't happen so we went to Malta. The Hotel was stll being refurbished but a lot of the rooms was open, We was given room 3124 a gorgeous room, with a really nice view. We was shown to our room by Vikky (Viktoria, the Guest Relations Manager) after being checked in by Natalia (i think) We also got a bottle of wine for our long awaited honeymoon as our honeymooon kept being cancelled including the Las Vegas one. As Hilton Diamond members we get breakfast included in our room rate, Breakfast is an expansive affair with far too much to choose from, i went for Salad, i know, crazy right. but topped it off with a nice omelette. The outdoor pool is small but very good, the indoor pool much larger but far too hot for us. Service is great and fast, they was always out taking orders and bringing drinks quickly so you could enjoy more outdoor time. After a few days of being there we asked if we could upgrade to All Inclusive which turned out to be very good, we'd done everything we wanted to do in St Paul's bay so wanted to hang in or near the hotel. All the food is delicious and drinks, although confusing of what was allowed for AI customers, i made the suggestion of having a drinks menu of what drinks ARE allowed as we got a lot of you 'can't have that' A few members of staff made our stay really fantastic and always took the time to say hi and have a great conversation. These include Vikki (GRM) Lorenzo (bar supervisor) Jason in the same bar, always happy, always friendly and Desislav Juniper bar and other staff that we just didn't get their names. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main Square with a vast amount of shops, bars and restaurants. This used to be the old Dolmen Hotel and they have retained a lot of their staff, it's been nice seeing them adapt to a new system which can be challenging but they will get there in time. At the time of writing this review, there still are building works going on but getting less and less as its all getting finished. The hotel is beautiful, perfect location and overall it was a great stay with amazing views. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. However the down sides were that the pool was ice cold, the bar is only open 6:30pm-10pm - so I was unable to get a drink or snack during the day by the pool. The mattress wasn’t ideal (felt all the springs) and I could hear everything going on in the hotel from my room at night. It’s a shame because everything else was great hence the 4 stars I have given VIU57!

This is the second time I have stayed at this very special boutique hotel. The hotel is run extremely well with the staff being friendly and efficient, the food was absolutely delicious and our bed was extremely comfortable with beautifully soft pillows. My one criticism is that there were far too many people visiting the hotel who were not residents. On the Saturday and Sunday it was impossible to get a sun bed around the swimming pool and the guests were extremely noisy. One woman who brought a group of friends had won a day at the hotel. For two hours the group conducted a very loud three way conversation in the pool shouting at the top of their voices and had no respect for the hotel residents at all. This sort of behaviour in a small boutique hotel is unacceptable and not what we expected. Sadly due to the above we probably won’t be coming back. I thought I had found a quiet little gem in the middle of Malta, but it has become so noisy and crowded that it spoilt our weekend.

첫 몰타여행이라 주요 관광지를 다녀야 했기에 위치가 조금 먼 감은 있었습니다만 코미노섬 접근성과 모래사장 바다 이용에 편리했습니다. 무엇보다 청소해 주시는 분들의 친절도가 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 또한 컨시어측에서 룸 시정 사항들을 빠르게 해결해 주었고 이후 편안하게 지낼수있었습니다. 특히 더블침대에 엑스트라베드는 일반 쇼파베와는 다르게 넓고 쾌적하여 3인 이상의 여행자분들께 추천드립니다. 발코니의 빨래를 널 수 있는 시설이 설치되어 있어 손쉽게 수영복을 말릴수있습니다.

The room was modern and clean. The construction of the room was not very good, in the morning you could hear people coughing and flushing the toilet in the next room. The indoor pool was dirty and the spa was cold- the jets were spraying cold water. In the middle of the day, maintenance decided to demolish something in the room next door which made a lot of noise, had to call them three times before the noise was stopped. In general very noisy hotel for two reasons; no1. constant drafts which made the room doors slam. No2 a big group of youth which were running an talking loudly in the corridors until midnight. Overall the location of the hotel is very good, but if you want to have a quiet relaxing holiday this is not the place.

We always book at gilluru hotel either a weekend break or a day by the pool the food is extremly fresh and very tasty

Everything was excellent. Fantastic place. Very kind staff and helpful. Food was excellent and plenty of choices. We celebrated our birthdays so the receptionist surprised us with extra upgrades. Special thanks to Henrik and the whole team of Ben's. Highly recommended the place and the atmosphere as well.

My friend and I were guests at the Bora Bora hotel from the 16th June 2022 until the 20th June 2022 for the DLT MALTA event. Upon arrival we were greeted by a queue outside that lead onto the street. Once at the desk we were told that we needed to pay an ”echo charge” for the duration of our stay. When they took the payment, we were told that our room was not ready as cleaning was being underdone, but little did we know that our rooms would not be ready for a further 6 hours. We were hot, dehydrated and exhausted. We missed out on over half of our day due to the un-helpful reception staff negligence. I suffer from low blood pressure and I needed to rest for a while, but instead I was completely ignored by the curly, dark haired receptionist despite asking for pain killers for my migraine due to the stress that was caused by the hotel. It took me having to wait outside of our room until the cleaner came to open the door for me. When the cleaner arrived she was livid at the fact that our room had been ready for several hours but the reception staff downstairs were communicating something different. The wait time became so bad that a member of staff from Pollen decided to offer us his room just so that we could lay our heads for a short while. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life on holiday and I will be making a formal complaint on every single platform that I can about my experience at Bora Bora hotel. Please may I add that we were also charged for ice when we requested it at the hotel and when we asked for more tea bags, we were told that we were to use the ones that were given to us on the first day of arrival. Throughout my entire stay at this hotel, I did not feel like I was on holiday.

세인트줄리안 중앙에 위치하고 커카와지역이나 멜리에라 베이, 발레타지역으로 가는 버스정류장이 호텔에서 5분이내에 위치해 있습니다. 룸 사이즈는 다소 작은편이지만 로비나 부대시설이 매우 잘되어있어서 호텔로 돌아온뒤 기분이 항상 좋아집니다. 특히 직원들의 서비스는 매우 훌륭하고 전문적이어서 4성급이라고 할수있고 8층의 pool도 작지만 관리가 잘되어 있어서 밝고 깨끗했어요. 추천합니다.
