Family run. Centrally located. Off road parking. Very quiet B&B. Builth Wells Golf Course just a 2 minute drive away. Nice pub called The Greyhound down the road that also does accommodation and pub food. People very friendly in the area and quite a relaxed atmosphere everywhere. The small shopping centre has a variety of shops if you want the odd thing you require. Not recommended if you have mobility problems.

Amid 18 acres of parkland, surrounded by the River Irfon, Caer Beris Manor House B&B is a beautiful country retreat in Builth Wells, near the A483, on the Breacon Beacons. In the heart of the Welsh Countryside, Caer Beris Manor is perfectly placed for a relaxing weekend break, with tranquil surroundings. And yet all less than 3 hours from Manchester, Birmingham and London. Returning guests say that as you turn in through the gates and start up the long drive, the cares of the world seem to disappear. Set in a commanding position above the parkland as it sweeps down to the river, Caer Beris Manor dominates the landscape. After a warm welcome, relax in one of the comfortably furnished lounges, complete with roaring log fires alight throughout the winter. Dogs are welcome at Caer Beris subject to a small charge, and the grounds are heaven for pups to run and play.

Situated above Beautifully Bonkers, a very quirky local artists gallery. The decor has been styled to create an arty feel, each room individually designed depicting 1 of 5 of my favourite artists. Gustav Klimt adorns the large open plan lounge/kitchen/dinner, Lowry in the king size bedroom & en-suite, Monet in the double bedroom en-suite , Picasso in the hall and Hockney in the minstrel’s gallery.Location:The apartment is situated in the High Street of Builth Wells. A car park is no more than a minute away for guests to park. A drop off luggage facility is available. The apartment is situated above a local artists gallery.Ground Floor: (Artists Picasso & David Hockney)Front Door & Hallway EntranceThere is a private entrance with a key locking system for guests who arrive when the gallery is closed.
