Lokasinya pula sangat strategik; hanya 7-8 minit berjalan kaki ke Tasik Barat. Restoran Haidilao juga terletak di sebelah, menjadikan urusan makan-makan sangat mudah. Untuk ke pusat beli-belah Intime, ia cuma mengambil masa 6-7 minit berjalan kaki, jadi membeli-belah juga sangat senang. Secara keseluruhan, kedudukan geografinya dan kemudahan akses pengangkutan adalah amat baik. Kakitangan kaunter hadapan dan kakitangan kebersihan juga sangat peramah dan memberikan layanan yang penuh perhatian.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The bed was comfortable and had a huge variety of food for breakfast. It is attached to the mall so you can go to the mall for a dinner or the hotel, also a beautiful sky tower on the 65th floor. The service at the could have been better. They ran out of cutlery at breakfast and the cleaning service only replaced one towel, the wifi didn't work in my room despite them sending 2 technicians. For a quality brand of hotel zi expected service excellence. Having said that the hotel did make an effort. Rebecca the hostess at the breakfast buffet was fantastic . The location is why you choose this hotel so its perfect. It was my birthday and the hotel provided me a birthday cake and red wine which was really special. Thank you Shangri La

Mr. Turbo Yu was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. We truly appreciate his support and professionalism.
We had an early morning flight, so we left the hotel very early to call a taxi, but it was quite difficult to arrange one at that hour. Since we were traveling as a family of three with six large suitcases, the situation became very complicated and stressful.
However, Mr. Turbo Yu handled everything quickly, wisely, and efficiently, and thanks to his help, we were able to get to the airport smoothly. We sincerely want to express our heartfelt gratitude to him for his outstanding assistance and kindness.

I had an excellent stay at Nanhu Hotel in Jiaxing. The hotel combines a classic, elegant atmosphere with modern comfort, creating a truly relaxing experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Their hospitality really made the stay memorable. The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful—especially the nearby Nanhu Lake—perfect for a peaceful morning walk.
The breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the overall service level was outstanding.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely choose Nanhu Hotel again on my next trip to Jiaxing!

The hotel has historic and traditional elements combined with the comfort of modern hospitality. The room was spacious and well equipped with a welcoming fruit and tea set. The stuff was attentive, even though they spoke just a little English. They should revise and improve their „room service“ understanding - we ordered some food at the Michelin star rated hotel restaurant and had a long discussion about being delivered to our room. And to our disappointment it was delivered in plastic boxes and with disposable cutlery. Not an enjoyable arrangement for an „in room dinner“.
Besides that experience we think it’s a special place along the Westlake and worth to visit.

On our first morning, the breakfast selection was very limited because a large group of students on a spring outing had checked in, and the hotel didn't replenish the food in a timely manner, which was a poor experience. Things were better the second day. A nice touch is that the hotel offers late-night snacks in the lobby.

GGuest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Giraffe Manor Hotel Huzhou is one of those rare destinations that transcends the definition of a hotel. It is not simply accommodation it is an immersive, carefully curated encounter between nature, wildlife, and refined hospitality.
From arrival, the atmosphere is immediately calming. The resort is set within an extensive natural landscape of bamboo groves, lakes, landscaped gardens and forested walkways. The scale of the environment creates a genuine sense of escape, where the noise of the outside world fades and is replaced by birdsong, greenery, and open space.
The design philosophy of the resort is clearly rooted in harmony with nature. Buildings are low profile and discreet, allowing the surrounding environment to remain the dominant visual experience. Natural materials, open sightlines and soft architectural tones create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.
Our accommodation, the Deluxe Hideaway Room, was outstanding. Spacious, elegantly finished and exceptionally well maintained, it offered both comfort and privacy. The highlight was the view lush greenery directly outside the room, giving the impression of being fully immersed in a private forest retreat. It was quiet, restorative and perfectly suited for a relaxed escape.
The signature experience breakfast with giraffes is genuinely unforgettable.
Watching giraffes move gracefully into view while enjoying breakfast creates a moment that feels almost surreal. There is a calm, unhurried quality to the interaction between guests and animals that makes the experience feel natural rather than staged. It is rare to find a hospitality concept that delivers such emotional impact in such a subtle and respectful way.
The breakfast offering itself was excellent. A generous and thoughtfully prepared selection of dishes ensured both variety and quality, with fresh ingredients and careful presentation. Dining here is not rushed; instead, it encourages guests to slow down and fully absorb the environment around them.
Beyond the giraffe experience, the resort reveals itself as a full-scale nature and leisure destination. Walking routes, landscaped outdoor areas and wildlife encounters create a dynamic environment suitable for families, couples, and travellers seeking restorative time in nature. It is a place where exploration and relaxation coexist effortlessly.
Service throughout the stay was consistently warm, attentive and professional. Staff demonstrated genuine hospitality, with a level of care that felt natural rather than rehearsed. Every interaction contributed to a strong sense of welcome and comfort.

The level of cohesion and consistency across the entire property reflects clear leadership and vision. Under Mr Zhou’s guidance, the resort operates with a strong sense of identity and attention to detail. DDechuanqianxunThis is a hotel I really love. It's an old five-star hotel, and while it might not be as shiny and new as it once was, its location is incredibly convenient. The rooms are huge and come with all the amenities you could ask for. West Lake is just a short walk across the street, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the night market is vibrant and dazzling, offering so much to see. What's really thoughtful is that food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot!
There are two areas I hope can be improved:
1. I booked a non-smoking room, but when I first entered, I could still smell smoke. It might be absorbed into the carpet or walls from previous guests. As a five-star hotel, couldn't they require guests to maintain a smoke-free stay throughout? This would better preserve the room's cleanliness and hygiene, and also prevent safety hazards.
2. Could self-service laundry facilities be provided? Most hotels in China now offer self-service laundry, which we're happy to pay for. Sending individual items for washing is really inconvenient. Plus, the online booking mentioned self-service laundry, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't available. Fortunately, the kind young staff at the front desk saw my predicament and helped resolve the issue.
Overall, the minor flaws don't detract from its greatness, and I will definitely stay here again!

EECNU-My three-day, two-night stay was the perfect introduction to a resort-style hotel. Both the hotel's facilities and services were impeccable! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
✅ First, let's praise the hotel's excellent location: who knew the exclusive access to Xan Shan Peninsula was such a privilege?!

The hotel also boasts a very large garden and surrounding attractions perfect for photoshohoots. It's just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Xan Shan Botanical Garden (honestly, not much to see, but there are daily parent-child activities), Lover's Gorge (great for couples to take photos), the hotel's exclusive lighthouse (Picture 7, very atmospheric), and the hotel's seasonal fruit orchard (high parent-child interaction, with different fruits available for picking in different seasons).
When the weather is good, you can take many beautiful scenic photos. When it's cloudy or rainy, you can experience the unique humidity of the Jiangnan region and the fresh air provided by the lush vegetation.
✅ Next, let's talk about the hotel facilities.
The hotel is divided into three buildings, A, B, and C. Building B offers the best lake views, with a complete panorama of the lake's beauty. The layout is very reasonable, with convenient connections between all areas. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design.
The indoor and outdoor pools are regularly disinfected with chlorine balls, and the water is clear and sparkling, perfect for children to play in. The hotel also has a swim shop with affordable items, which is very convenient for guests who haven't brought all their swimming gear.
Every day, the hotel has an activity schedule listing the names and locations of various parent-child activities at different times throughout the day. There's a wide variety to choose from.
There's also a super large indoor children's playground, which is cleaned very, very thoroughly. I really want to thank the cleaning staff for their hard work here.
✅ Dining (Pictures 18-19)
The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant, offering a rich and diverse selection. Set meals can also be purchased in advance on your phone. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service to nearby farmhouse restaurants (PS: the prices are very, very, very affordable, and the vegetables are freshly grown and incredibly fresh).
The most commendable aspect of the dining is the complimentary breakfast buffet. The variety is incredibly extensive, and they even adjust the dishes daily to better cater to different guests' preferences. Soups, desserts, freshly squeezed juices, freshly made guokui (griddle cakes), mini-hamburgers, and more! You can also scan a QR code to order noodles and freshly made wontons. I always end up eating too much every day, darn it!
❗️They even consider the need for liquid food for infants and provide various flavors of rice cereal.
In addition, whether it's the minibar in the room and the complimentary welcome drinks (Qiandao Lake beer), the incredibly seasonal, crisp, and sweet fruits, or the thoughtful turndown service, every detail showcases the hotel's humanistic care. It's truly commendable (Picture 17).
✅ The absolute most praiseworthy aspect is the high-end, meticulous, and thoughtful service staff. Special thanks to: Ada and Joey at the front desk for check-in, Connor and Cindy from concierge, and our butler Landy.
As soon as we got out of the car, concierge Cindy greeted us warmly and proactively helped with our luggage, leaving a deep impression. The young man at the front desk who handled our check-in was also very enthusiastic in confirming our booking and upgraded our room for free.
Throughout our stay, Connor drove us to and from nearby restaurants, the lighthouse, and Lover's Gorge. He was practically on duty all day until 10 PM, driving steadily and with a truly excellent attitude. He was super cool!
Finally, and most importantly, our very, very responsible butler, Landy. She first introduced us to the locations and functions of the different venues, and informed us of the breakfast times. From the moment we added her as a friend, she consistently upheld her initial message: ”Please contact me anytime with any questions.” Whether it was day or night, she would respond and answer immediately to any query, booking vehicles, and even introducing nearby attractions and routes (with accompanying pictures for us to decide whether to visit).
During our stay, there was a miscommunication during the cleaning staff's shift change. We had requested no cleaning the day before, but someone still entered the room and tidied it thoroughly. This unannounced entry made us a bit anxious when we returned to the room in the evening. Our butler immediately called us to calm us down and quickly contacted housekeeping. Soon after, we learned it was a thoughtful turndown service. We had initially considered contacting the duty manager to investigate, but we declined. This butler Landy truly, truly deserves praise. Her immediate contact and quick resolution smoothed over the issue, and left us with an extremely satisfying three-day, two-night experience.
Her warm and thoughtful greetings every evening and morning made us deeply feel the hotel's excellent staff training and abundant humanistic care! 👏🏻

JJiyi-nihaoThis was my first time visiting Yiwu, and I came specifically for the International Trade City. When booking a hotel, I was torn between the Global Hotel near the Trade City and this one. After looking into it, I found that hotels near the Trade City often had issues with noise. So, I decisively chose this local five-star hotel, which also offered three buffet meals and afternoon tea. The location is excellent, very close to both Yiwu International Trade City and Chaoyangmen. The hotel has been recently renovated; the ground floor has a very stylish design, and the overall aesthetic leans towards understated luxury, which I really appreciate. The elevators are fast, and there are even three panoramic elevators. All meals are served on the 22nd floor, offering great views and delicious food. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and I ended up eating too much. It would be even better if the dinner offered a wider variety of seafood and options. However, for the price on Ctrip, it's very good value for money. My room was on a high floor with city views, and the in-room facilities were new and complete. It would be even better if the minibar was complimentary or more reasonably priced. But, but, but the service truly was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, I received thoughtful, butler-style service. I arrived on the first night and left the next morning. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea could even be packed to go. When checking out, the front desk attendant sweetly gave me a souvenir and some washed fruit to take with me. She was truly beautiful and kind-hearted! Oh, and there's also a Starbucks and a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Yiwu.

The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need.
Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room.
The hotel breakfast is very good.
The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient.
The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi.
Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

GGuest UserAnji has a dense network of hotels and guesthouses, making the choice incredibly difficult before our trip. After comparing many options online, we finally settled on the ”Fulan” room type at this guesthouse, which appears to be on the highest floor. The moment the door opened, my husband and I were overjoyed, praising the room's beauty: lush green bamboo groves and three large floor-to-ceiling windows! It was simply the perfect escape from the city for relaxation!
The receptionists were incredibly nice. They created a service group before our check-in to help with our luggage and direct parking – so thoughtful and attentive! A big thumbs up! The only downside was the lack of an elevator; it felt a little awkward asking them to carry things up the stairs whenever we wanted something.
The room had a Marshall sound system and other amenities. Connecting to Bluetooth and playing soothing music while soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing!
A few minor suggestions: 1. The bathroom could have two floor mats, one for the hot spring area and one for the shower. It's quite slippery after coming out of the hot spring. 2. The bathroom leak wasn't very effective; water would overflow if you showered for too long. 3. For this price and environment, it would be even better if the room had a coffee machine and coffee cups. It would be much more convenient to have coffee in the room or on the terrace in the morning, instead of having to go downstairs and bother the front desk every time.
4. I hope the breakfast could be more varied, with more hot options.
Overall, I was very satisfied with this weekend trip! I will definitely come again!
