This hotel was very affordable and it was absolutely worth it. We have zero complaints about anything at all, everything was up to our expectations. Bed was comfy, staff were helpful, pillows were good, room was clean and they have robots to send your food to the room 😊 would highly recommend this hotel as the location was super central too.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Wuzhen Homestay. The host was very friendly and hospitable, all the amenities were thoughtfully prepared. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. In the late night, we were treated to a bowl of red bean soup. When check-out, we received a lovely little gift as a souvenir. All the sevieces were perfect, and we were very satisfied.

The staff is helpful and friendly. What I really like is the room with the proper size. It’s super clean and there will be all amenities you need. Besides,there is a robot to send the stuff from front counter for you. The location is just right of the metro which is very easy to travel from Railway Station to Hotel. I asked foe non-smoking room and I got what I wanted. Very impressed it here.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

The hotel is right in the Xiaoshan airport. A 5 mins walk to the check in counter. I actually collected my boarding pass and walked back to the hotel for breakfast before going through the customs. Breakfast is served at 6am. Most flights after 8am can make it. Spreads were decent, quality was quite good. The rooms were spacious, clean and neat. Will surely pick it again the next trip to Hangzhou.

Excellent location, near all the main shopping area and lake, plus the side street was also cool, with many shops and restaurants. Room was a nice size, however, I feel the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guest as they were all creased. I showed the woman on the front desk who spoke excellent English, she arranged to get them changed. Breakfast was ok. Gym was very small, so a little disappointing. The location made the stay more enjoyable, overall it wasn’t bad.

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express West Lake East Hangzhou and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect spot, right next to a metro station, making it super easy to get around. It's also close to beautiful spots like West Lake and Lingyin Temple, which are just a short trip away. The rooms are really spacious, bed size are bigger than usual. Plus, they're super comfy, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Hangzhou.

Perkhidmatan: Perkhidmatannya juga sangat baik. Meja penyambut tetamu sangat bersemangat Sebarang masalah diselesaikan tepat pada masanya. Mereka juga memberi kami sarapan pagi ***a Barat. Kualitinya juga sangat bagus. Secara keseluruhan, harga di luar jangkaan Dengan standard dan perkhidmatan hotel lima bintang, saya pasti akan menempah di sini lain kali saya datang ke Hangzhou!

First hotel in China and i can say that the hotel is amazing. The night receptionist 陈先生 did his very best in helping us. The first day we have trouble using the washer and he helped us to figure out what happen. And there was this incident that our taobao parcels went missing, he even put extra effort to contact the delivery guy and handover to the next morning reception to follow up on the case. We received the parcel just before checked out. (P.s. it’s the delivery guy’s fault, he delivered the wrong parcel) A full salute to him!! Hotel is fully equipped with drinking waters to let us stay hydrated. The room and bathroom is clean, location is also good which is just next to Xihu. Once again, thanks to 陈先生 who helped us a lot. Really enjoyed our stay here, will definitely choose this hotel again!

Kami menyukai hotel ini kerana perkhidmatan dan persekitarannya. Kawasan ini tenang, dan hanya mengambil masa 5 minit untuk sampai ke Tasik Barat. Terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah yang besar di sebelah hotel. Anda boleh mendapatkan KFC, Starbucks dan Pizzahut dengan mudah dalam masa 3 minit. Kami akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang melawat Hangzhou.

Hotel location is quite good, walking or riding to the Xi Hu lake both very convenient. The famous silk brand shop is nearby, also shopping street is near, just take the bicycle and go. The staff is very helpful and the room is same as pictures, no windows for city view but have inside windows so still look very comfortable.

Hotel rooms are big enough, especially when you book queen size, breakfast is nice,saves you money, good help from the lady on the desk, Xiao hu,very helpful she understands English, will definitely book again.

r       The hotel service is very good, the breakfast is full, the room is clean and comfortable, the western food in the hotel restaurant is very authentic, there is a food festival recently, unfortunately I don't have enough time... Otherwise, the high and the low will have to enjoy it.

The bed was very comfortable, the room in general was very neat as well as all the different facilities that i used, like the lobby and breakfast restaurant. I often exercise in the gym.I like the fact that the hotel has Syrian chefs to cook Muslim food.My beautiful friend Reina helped me a lot, helped me take a taxi and helped me operate the machine. Very good experience, the front desk, the executive lounge, and the sales team are all professional and considerate. It surprised me that in Yiwu, a city that is not too big, I can enjoy the same business hotel experience as London,”Yiwu of the world” refers to the fact that Yiwu's small commodities are sold all over the world, and the service of Yiwu Marriott also great. I came here with two large pieces of luggage. The front desk staff, Xiao Li Zhao, was very nice to me. He helped bring my luggage from the car to the hotel. He kindly suggested that I could leave the luggage with him. He would bring it to my room after I checked in. I did. Right after I went to my room, he brought my luggage in. This really helped me a lot. The front desk staff was also very nice. I got fruits and food after I checked in. The breakfast food was great. Overall, it was a great experience staying in the hotel.
