Servis: Servis meja depan sangat bagus. Terdapat dua meja depan, satu di tingkat 1 dan satu di tingkat 5, menjadikan proses daftar masuk sangat mudah. Persekitaran: Persekitaran juga sangat baik. Hotel ini terletak di tepi Tasik Barat, hanya 35 minit berjalan kaki ke sana. Kebersihan: Kebersihan juga sangat baik. Saya telah menginap selama dua hari, dan bilik sentiasa dibersihkan oleh kakitangan setiap hari. Kemudahan: Kemudahan hotel juga sangat baik, memandangkan ia adalah hotel yang baru dibuka.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The bed was comfortable and had a huge variety of food for breakfast. It is attached to the mall so you can go to the mall for a dinner or the hotel, also a beautiful sky tower on the 65th floor. The service at the could have been better. They ran out of cutlery at breakfast and the cleaning service only replaced one towel, the wifi didn't work in my room despite them sending 2 technicians. For a quality brand of hotel zi expected service excellence. Having said that the hotel did make an effort. Rebecca the hostess at the breakfast buffet was fantastic . Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, berhampiran sungai dan air pancut muzik, serta bertentangan dengan Hangzhou Grand Theatre. Hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki ke City Balcony di tepi Sungai Qiantang, tempat terbaik untuk menikmati pertunjukan cahaya percuma pada waktu malam. Hotel ini juga hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah outlet yang besar. Bilik-bilik hotel mewah, selesa dan luas. Sarapan bufet pula menawarkan pelbagai pilihan.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

Great location and very convenient area 👍 However, the hotel does feel a bit old, and cleanliness could be improved. Still okay for a short stay because of the strategic location.

Mr. Turbo Yu was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. We truly appreciate his support and professionalism. We had an early morning flight, so we left the hotel very early to call a taxi, but it was quite difficult to arrange one at that hour. Since we were traveling as a family of three with six large suitcases, the situation became very complicated and stressful. However, Mr. Turbo Yu handled everything quickly, wisely, and efficiently, and thanks to his help, we were able to get to the airport smoothly. We sincerely want to express our heartfelt gratitude to him for his outstanding assistance and kindness.

We stayed in Nanhu hotel for two nights. The hotel exceeded all expectations! The breathtaking views from our room were an absolute highlight, every moment felt special. The hotel room is clean and service is good. The breakfast is delicious. It was the ideal way to start our mornings!  We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again. Thank you, service team! 天氣熱了剛好一家三口出來玩，這個房型還是比較驚喜的！出門步行八九分鐘就到山間小溪，水特別清，帶撈魚網就能溯溪摸小魚、踩水玩，小朋友天天惦記往溪邊跑。房間雙陽台對着整片竹海，玩完溪水回房泡私湯，解乏又舒服。兩張床空間很寬裕，床墊睡着軟硬剛好，管家還能免費借溯溪鞋、水槍，帶娃玩水度假首選這間。

Marriott never ceases to impress—it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The cleanliness was unmatched; every corner of the room and facility was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional, making every interaction feel warm and seamless. But what made this stay extra special was that I proposed during this visit—and everything about the experience contributed to making it perfect. Private estate nestled by the side of West Lake, historically and politically significant location for those interested modern history and geopolitics wanting to feel like a diplomat, a stark contrast to the areas other stays that roleplay heritage. Beautifully designed gardens and architecture, be prepared to spend a lot of time exploring the grounds, the walk along the lake might be much more pleasant than public trails without tourists, giving an experience of serenity experienced by statesmen and poets decades and centuries before. We were offered a generous upgrade to Building 08 close to reception and the black pearl tier restaurant, the food there left an impression on the palate and the wallet, more so the latter. All in all a wholesome, pleasant and eventful stay.
