Its central location made it convenient to visit key landmarks and return to the hotel with ease.

Menginap di dalam bandar di salah satu homestay ini sangat bagus! Anda boleh mengambil kereta tarikan secara percuma yang benar-benar menyelamatkan kaki saya dari berjalan jauh. Anda juga boleh berjalan di sekitar bandar tanpa orang ramai yang lain. Penginapan bersih dan selesa, penjaga juga sangat baik. Sila ambil perhatian, jika anda tiba dengan bagasi, daftar masuk di Pusat Pelancong #1 supaya mereka boleh dihantar ke homestay anda. Tidak mustahil untuk membawa mereka ke homestay dari pusat pelancong #2 kerana terdapat terlalu banyak jambatan di bandar ini.

Secara keseluruhannya mempunyai pengalaman yang indah. Kakitangan sangat mengalu-alukan dan menampung sejak saya tiba. Bilik itu bersih dan serba lengkap, menampilkan semua kemudahan yang saya harapkan. Katilnya sangat selesa, dan hiasannya moden lagi selesa. Lokasi hotel ini sempurna, terletak berhampiran dengan tarikan utama, restoran dan pengangkutan awam. Hidangan sarapan pagi setiap pagi adalah lazat dan menawarkan pelbagai pilihan untuk memenuhi setiap citarasa. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat satu isu yang sedikit menjejaskan penginapan yang sempurna: kalis bunyi. Malangnya, bunyi bising dari lorong dan bilik bersebelahan agak ketara, terutamanya pada waktu malam. Ini menjadikannya agak mencabar untuk mendapatkan tidur malam yang lena sepenuhnya. Walaupun kesulitan kecil ini, saya masih sangat mengesyorkan untuk perkhidmatan yang cemerlang, lokasi utama dan keselesaan keseluruhannya. Saya dengan senang hati akan tinggal di sini lagi, berharap kalis bunyi boleh dipertingkatkan pada masa hadapan.

First of all, thank you all for taking such a loving and good care of the animals. The place is so big and absolutely breathtaking, full of well taken care animals who are not in cages. You need a car to go to your room from the reception and also from your room anywhere, but the shuttle is there two minutes after you call them. You can also walk everywhere around, but because we were there with two small children, we used the shuttle service a couple of times. The stuff at the front desk and also all the drivers are very helpful. The rooms are clean and in the middle of the jungle 🤩 The only issue was that the fridge was not working in our room, but that didn't ruin our stay. The highlight of our stay was of course the breakfast with the giraffes 😍😍😍 We had a truly mazing time at the Giraffe Manor hotel and we will definitely come back.

Kami menyukai hotel ini kerana perkhidmatan dan persekitarannya. Kawasan ini tenang, dan hanya mengambil masa 5 minit untuk sampai ke Tasik Barat. Terdapat juga pusat membeli-belah yang besar di sebelah hotel. Anda boleh mendapatkan KFC, Starbucks dan Pizzahut dengan mudah dalam masa 3 minit. Kami akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang melawat Hangzhou.

One word: CLEAN! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was perfect. The location was convenient, so I didn’t have to rush to catch my flight. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m using Hangzhou Airport.. Definitely recommend

這次入住體驗整體很滿意。前台辦理入住效率高，工作人員態度温和有禮貌，有問題諮詢也都耐心解答。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，晚上休息得很好。早餐種類豐富，熱菜、麪點、水果都有，味道中規中矩但勝在新鮮，吃得很舒心。整體性價比不錯，出行方便，下次來這邊還會考慮入住。

這次來龍遊玩，選這家酒店真的選對了！ 位置特別好，出門逛街、吃飯都方便，離大潤發、東方商廈很近，去龍遊石窟、民居苑這些景點也很方便，出行超省心。 房間乾淨整潔，床睡得很舒服，整體裝修很有格調，能看出來是用心設計過的。 設施齊全，住着很舒心，前台服務也熱情周到，辦理入住退房都很快。

We stayed in Nanhu hotel for two nights. The hotel exceeded all expectations! The breathtaking views from our room were an absolute highlight, every moment felt special. The hotel room is clean and service is good. The breakfast is delicious. It was the ideal way to start our mornings!  We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again. Thank you, service team! Perfect stay close to the airport. Staff were very helpful and friendly despite us not speaking Mandarin. Clean, modern hotel with laundry service, gym, and buffet breakfast available. Bed was very big and comfortable. Mini mart next door and night market outside until 5am serving hot street food. Shuttle service available but Didi was only 20 yuan if you have just missed the hourly/half hourly shuttle. The hotel is in the same building as the Holiday Inn. Would stay again. Thanks!
