We stayed one night here . The staff was friendly and room is clean . Easy to access to the hotel.

Pretty nice budget hotel near the SFO airport. They have a shuttle running every 30 mins between the hotel and the airport. Stayed here for a couple of times already.

The room is well maintained with beautiful view of the bay

Hotel is close to airport, only 5 mins drive. Airport shuttle is convenience but don’t run 24 hrs. Room decoration is old but clean. Aircon is dusty. Get what you pay for.

Nice location. Not far from San Fransico airport. But it look old and there are some smell.

Very basic airport hotel with minimal facilities. Room size was OK but I did not like the bathroom. The shower tap was too difficult to use. 

The staff were all excellent. Professional, efficient and pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable if somewhat cramped. All was clean. The lobby area is quite smart, but the decor in the rest of the hotel is gloomy and dull. The carpet in our hallway was noticeably rucked in places. The restaurant is one of the most depressing places I have ever been in. I feel very sorry for the staff working there. Dark, with truck stop vibes at the tables in the main bar. I was not surprised that at both dinner and breakfast it was very quiet. The food was mediocre. The burger at 18 dollars was no better than a fast food place and very greasy. The breakfast was somewhat better but the french toast was solid and had an unpleasant artificial taste. In the UK Crown Plaza has a reputation as somewhat upmarket brand in terms of decor and food. This American one did not even meet my expectations of a budget hotel in terms of food and atmosphere.

The service was great, and the hotel was conveniently located near the airport with adequate rooms and a fantastic shuttle service. The hotel has seen better days, but it's clean and a great place to stay when you need to fly out early

It's a nice place meat the airport. I keep going back here, my friend discovered this place. Check the photos, I took them from my bed.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Clean room and friendly front desk. Only complaint is that I left some ear buds in the room. I live overseas so was unable to call and never received a reply to the message I sent through their contact us form on the website. This feature should be removed if no one is going to respond to these messages.

That was a great place to stay especially if you are going on a flight the day after. Great location, close to the airport, nice staff and good facilities.

Clean, and they provide shuttle service to airport. Their lobster restaurant are just 5 min drive from the hotel. New England lobster market and eatery.

Good hotel for a one night stay and for the price. It is pretty old and would definitely need a refresh but it was clean overall. I’ve waited more than 40mns for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, so be patient. Plus, and like most of the hotels that are close to the airport, it is quite noisy, especially during the night (I believe that the flights stop at 11:30PM).

Very good for overnight for connecting the early morning departure flight
