Hotel berhampiran BÜLENT AVM, Bursa

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, groß und geräumig, und das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels war hervorragend – man konnte alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Ein großer Minuspunkt war jedoch die Minibar und der kostenlose Service, da alle angebotenen Produkte Boykott-Produkte waren. Aus diesem Grund würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Great new hotel in center location of Busra close to many attractions and valet parking available for convenience. Staff were outstanding and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback: - pillows were not comfortable - no coffee/live station at breakfast

Ailecek konakladığımız Bursa şehir manzaralı kapalı çarşı yanında ve Ulucami ye çok yakın olmasına rağmen sakin-sessiz bir oteldi. İlk başta trip advisor da eski fotoğraflar görmeme rağmen arayıp bilgi aldığım başta Tuncay Beyefendi olmak üzere tüm personele teşekkür ederiz.. Otel yenilenme geçirmiş olup eski fotoğraflarını görürseniz sakın aldanmayın.. Yenilenmiş ve gayet güzel olmuş, ailecek kaldığımız temiz bir Oteldir. Tavsiye ederim..

The price is cheap, just EUR75.60 per night for 3 rooms, so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. I would have given the hotel 5 bubbles -- great central location, it has a lift (a novelty in Turkey), breakfast included, towels and bed linens are spotless clean and hot water all day long. However I have to take away one bubble because the AC in our room wasn't working. It was totally dead. We complained to the receptionist, he came to the room and tried in futility to convince us the AC was IN FACT working but it was warm because it was summer. I just laughed it off as I know there was no point arguing further. Just avoid room 404, it would be terribly hot when the real summer arrives.

사용하던 에어비엔비에 문제가 생겨서 당일 아침에 예약하고 1박 이용했흡니다. 매우 깔끔하고 저렴했어요. 다음에 다시 이용할 의향 있습니다.

I booked this hotel because is in the center of Bursa, closed to the Ulu Mosque and the grand pazar, I came to this hotel before with my family, the hotel is clean and the service is very good. The breakfast is ok , I have a good experience with his hotel, I will come again

Yemek ve hizmet her zamanki gibi harika. Otel çalışanları ve ekip güler yüzlü. Bursa ilinde huzurla ve keyifle konakladığım, her zaman öncelikli tercihim Divan otel. Tavsiye ederim. Tek tavsiyem: Bahçenizdeki güzel kedilerin mama ve suyunu sık sık kontrol edelim lütfen :)

Hali hazirda kalmaya devam etigim otel giris aninda dan itibarent calisan arkdaslarin ilgi alakasi gayet hoş odanin temizligi konforu her seyi ile iyi bir otel kalacak olan misafirlerin memnun kalacagini dusunuyorum. Lokasyon acisindan Ulu Camii ve sehir merkesine toplu tasima araclari ,dolmus , taksi gibi araclari kullana bilirsiniz yaklasik 20dk nizi alacaktir. Simdiden tesekkurler . We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

What looks like a lovely hotel as you enter it is plagued by issues. My partner and I were given room 310, we walked in and we're greeted by the stench of smoke. Horrid the whole room stank of it. I called reception and the hotel is apparently fully booked and they couldn't move us the smell made me feel ill and gave my partner a headache. The shower was not cleaned, horrid water and limes ale stains were on it, which could and should have been removed had the room been properly cleaned. The throw for the bed had ugly large stains on it and the toilet seat was loose and crooked. Shocking room. There are a couple plus points however, the downstairs restaurant was pleasant and they even managed to cook up a veggie meal that wasn’t just plain pasta. The decor is also nice overall and had the place been cleaned and maintained properly it could be a lovely hotel to stay in. 4* hotel more like 2 star. I hesitate to think what I would see if I had brought a black light would not recommend even on the cheap.
