Otelin önünden (Uludağ Üniversitesi İstasyonu) şehrin merkezine (Şehreküstü/Ulucami Hanlar Bölgesi İstasyonu) metro hattı ile trafiğe girmeden/park yeri aramanıza gerek kalmadan rahatça gidip gezebilirsiniz. Otel eski Holiday Inn sadece işletmesi/adı değişmiş. Executive odada kaldık, ***et konforlu ve rahattı. Hizmet kalitesi iyiydi bir dediğimiz iki olmadı isteklerimize hemen dönüş yaptılar. Personelin müşteri memnuniyeti ne verdikleri kaliteli önem için teşekkür ederiz...

Merhaba ben Menekşe ABANOZ Samsun'da yerel acentayım öğrenci gezisinde Euro Park oteli tercih ettik. Acentalar müdürü sayın Cansu hanım, Bizlerle yeterli bir şekilde ilgilendi ve grubumuzu bekletmeden odalamaları yapıldı otele geç giriş yapmamıza rağmen akşam yemeği verildi. Kahvaltımız açık büfe ve leziz bir kahvaltı yaptık. Mutfak ekibine bizden 5* Ve yüksek memnuniyetle ayrıldık. Cansu hanım ve kordinesinde bulunan ekibine @tatilden turizm olarak teşekkür ederiz.

Stayed during a family trip to Bursa. Let me first say that I had a excellent experience. Check in was smooth and professional. I appreciated management supporting the check in staff just in case. Room was very clean and well appointed. Check out was very professional and I was made to feel like a valued guest once again. Will always stay here in the future for my travel to Bursa.

Rooms and hotel was very clean. Breakfast has a lot of variety and all was fresh and tasty. Crew is very helpful. Open air swimming pool is very large and surrounded with pine trees. They also have a kids swimming pool. Overall it was an excellent experience.

It was organized group tour from Singapore- nothing bad average hotels - interesting tour packages. Rooms clean and presentable -nothing for a grade above as rooms were meant for tour packages. Don’t remember of coffee tea kettle in the room

Location not bad. AC is good. No one told us where is the resturant while check-in as our package includes the breakfast. The bed comforters were wet ! always wet if they replace it. No toothbrush available though requested many times but received one while we are five. and smelly toilet ..

the high level of professional skills, good attitude from everyone starting front desk staff, waitresses to cleaners, they all smile and ready to help. ıt was a great stay, thank you to all, I will definitely stay here again.
