It was a great stay , pretty new hotel with everything tidy and clean . Very good breakfast that is suitable to kids and adults .Everyone speaks perfect English . Especially Evan . I must say that Evan helped us a lot , he was very professional . Will definitely recommend to my friends and will stay here again ! The view from the room was terrific .

Great hotel, nice staff and nice environment. The fitness gym is good enough with golf simulator. If you’re looking for a cozy hotel, this could be a good fit.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were always present and helpful. The location is so-so, but it’s easy to get around by taxi from there (I think it would have been to take the bus anywhere). When we asked for recommendations for restaurants the staff was ready with a full binder of places! Overall it was pleasant.

Perfect Service, Good Facility. Very clean. 5 Start hotel but reasonable price. But nothing much you can do without car.

Very good service by the Wyndham staff! The hotel is new and up to my expectation. The location is great for self-drive travellers, i like it being quiet. There is not much commercials nearby except for the cable car (that’s why it is not crowded). but we are totally fine because we had a car

Dining is very good, hotel is clean and tidy, all staff and receptionist is very kind and helpful. Lobby receptionist Stella helped me a lot about destinations, hiring taxi, and even helped me carry luggage to put in the taxi, basically tried her best to make guest have a pleasant stay, much appreciated.

Pros: The stay provided excellent value for a five-star hotel. The ocean view was both unforgettable and stunning. The staff were very professional, kind, and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The hotel is also conveniently located near popular sightseeing spots like Nampodong and Songdo Beach. Cons: There is no outdoor swimming pool, and use of the indoor pool is limited to just one hour per stay. The pool has three lanes, but one is reserved exclusively for members. The breakfast restaurant’s interior felt a bit plain and not quite up to five-star standards. Additionally, it was quite warm inside, even though blinds were in place to block the sunlight.

The hotel had amazing views and was just a short walk from the beach. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Grand Busan. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our bathroom was spacious and I loved the little mirror they provide for doing makeup, such a thoughtful detail. The toiletries are also very nice. Two things that can be improved: -The housekeeping staff kept forgetting to replenish bottled water in our room. -The pillows were too soft and lacked support for my neck. I was informed that I had to pay an extra fee just to rent a different type of pillow during my stay. Normally it should be free of charge.

Excellent hotel, location and service. The only problem, common across all Korean hotels, air con cannot be adjusted and is set too hot for comfortable sleeping.

Good newly opened hotel. Design of room and services are good. Neighbourhood has limited cafe / restaurants but decent coffee and food for simple meals. Seems like a newly developed business district. No nearby metro, must take cab.

Clean, new and peaceful! Would love to come back soon. Spectacular attention to detail.

I highly recommend this hotel. Impeccable service, excellent view to the water from your room and great food. I recommend this to anyone that is more looking to relax. Area is under development but I see a bright future for the area.
