這次已經是第二次入住這個酒店了，上次來仰光出差是去年年中，那時候給我的感覺就是酒店很新，因為剛開業的新酒店，但是那時候剛試營業，有些服務不太到位。這次第二次來出差依然選擇這個酒店，設施沒得説，比較綜合，餐廳按摩游泳健身都有，畢竟是4星級酒店。服務也做了很多改變，很滿意的一次住宿。以後來出差依然會選擇這裏。ps~仰光天氣確實很熱

During my travels across 16 countries and living in two, I have to say that Pan Pacific Yangon stands out as the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Its location is ideal, conveniently connected to a mid-sized shopping mall, and the in-room amenities and facilities are top-notch. Unlike some “lazy” five-star hotels, the gym, spa, and swimming pool are exceptionally well-maintained and managed. The breakfast service was a real highlight – each day offered new and varied dishes, and despite having breakfast there four times, I never got bored. However, what truly set this experience apart for me was the people. The staff were always smiling, patient, and consistently went out of their way to help me, making the stay all the more enjoyable. I believe this speaks not only to the hotel’s brand culture but also to the warm and optimistic nature of the Myanmar people themselves. Their kindness left a lasting impression on me. To everyone at Pan Pacific Yangon, I sincerely wish you all the best and hope you stay safe during these challenging times. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, where I can say “Mingalaba” once more!

The location is very good, near shopping mall and lake. The staff is helpful especially the housekeeper named Yee Yee who cleaned during staying. However, there is a point that I dislike, the fragrance that the hotel used at the lobby, the smell is too strong. I would suggest to use mild fragrance that feel more relaxed and fresh.

After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. Overall, I will keep returning to this hotel because ParkRoyal is Perfect for a Staycation! Thank you, ParkRoyal!

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. Mercure Hotel has always been a second to me and my partner. We’d stay here with friends and we even booked them during our wedding day. On our recent stay, it was so nice to be back with my baby and parents. Staff always welcomes us and serve us with smiles. Another thing I like about this hotel is their continuous commitment to improvement, and live and care to Mother Earth. They started eliminating single-use plastics and now uses sustainable packagings and items. I highly recommend Mercure Hitel!

Second stay at Sedona Hotel Yangon within a month. Breakfast at D’Cusine has shown improvement with more varieties. Service level was excellent as usual during the stay. Easy to move around from the hotel to most areas and to airport. Near to Golden Valley (not walking distance) where you could find a must try restaurant Rangoon Tea House.

This hotel seemed brand new. We stayed in a Junior Suite. Everything was sparkling clean, the blue velvet couches in the room looked like no one had sat on them before. Very gutsy of the designer to choose this color/material combination for couches in a hotel room. I’m afraid it’ll take one lousy guest and they won’t look as new anymore :-P Anyway, I enjoyed the elegance of the place through and through.. and for this price! You won’t find anywhere else in the world. I’d say this is Four Seasons quality, for which I’m used to paying 3-4 times more. The air-conditioning is superb. It keeps the temperature and air circulation exactly how you want it without the noise. In too many hotel rooms the AC blows on your face when you’re sleeping, not this one. You don’t see it or hear it, yet it’s chill and effective, which is exactly how you want it. The shower pressure is good, and the temperature is easy to navigate. I prefer the handheld that can be placed on a specific level on the wall, I find rain showers too wasteful, nevertheless it’s there. The toiletries are plentiful and conveniently come in pump containers. There’s shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and a soap bar. The room slippers are comfortable and pillowy, the bathrobes are light cotton fabric. Drinking water is complimentary, and provided in four 500ml glass bottles, replenished daily. There’s a small gym right by the spa, but it has all the essentials: 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, an elliptical trainer, a mat, and a dumbbell set starting at 2kg going to 20kg. I was the only one there all three times that I used it. The breakfast portion is on the smaller size. If you order the eggs Benedict it comes with 2 small eggs on white toast, and small pieces of smoked salmon. The sides include a jar of fruit salad, yogurt, and a bread basket. The cappuccino is really good. If you have a reason to visit Yangon, this is a must-stay.

PPengguna TetamuGood old hotel with antique atmosphere and courteous service, I liked the room but got dissaponted that the bedsheets and towels are too old and not clean, and it has some more caveats. The hotel is situated inward corner from the main street and need to call taxi every time just to get out, which is annoying if you want to go around the nearby area. Inside the hotel building there's one convenient store but the front desk never mentioned that and couldn't find it on the day of arrival. The biggest problem is there are so many noisy and dangerous street dogs nearby the hotel and they are barking at every car going in and out from the hotel, and when you try to walk back to the hotel it is really a big threat as they swarm and try to bite you even in the daytime. Those dogs are seriously damaging the hotel access and make the guests uneasy.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for a night, I had the best experience ever. 1) I was early, reached at 0930. The hotel offered me early check in at no cost! I was shocked. Other hotels always charged even if the room is available. How generous! 2) From front desk to cashier, to restaurant and door man, everyone was all smiles and speaks good English. Genuine smiles and sincerity made me feel so welcome and at home 3) The restaurant staff was very attentive and he speaks good English too and was checking if I needed a coffee or an egg. It wasn't what he said but how he said it 4) The door man is a senior uncle..He is always greeting me with very warm smile. Last night I got back to the hotel at 8.30pn and now at 7am, he is on duty again! I must give him a tip when I depart. 5) The location is fantastic. Near to Shwedagon pagoda and the National Museum. There is also a yummy BBQ restaurant next door, Mr Cow. The room is decent and worth the price. If you don't need a 5-hotel, looking for budget friendly, don't mind it is a little old yet a great experience, come here. I am a very happy guest

The room is great, with comfortable bed/pillows/bedding, etc. The staff in the restaurant where you have the free breakfast are outstanding. The food is great (amazing chefs). The ladies at the reception are beyond great (the guy at the reception isn't so friendly or does not seem to be happy being there so I don't know why he is there, just keep the nice ladies at the front desk who are always welcoming). To the point of this review, I went to the swimming pool today (9 Nov. 2023) and the person who is on duty there did not even care to assist at all and even rudely pointed at me to go and get a towel myself. He is some useless old man that did not even assist me with the pool side mattress for the sunlounger BUT as soon as I get into the pool, here comes a white couple and all of a sudden this useless old man has all the energy in the world and rushes to make sure they are comfortable by not only getting the mattress but also towels for them and even setup their sunlounger. I thought hotels are supposed to treat all guests equally but unfortunately their training from management must tell them otherwise. I have never experienced anything like that and that for me, was the tipping point and I would not recommend anyone to stay there because one fool can mess up an entirely great experience. Whoever was working on that day, should not be anywhere near hospitality. Pathetic customer service but if you want to be treated nicely because of your skin colour then maybe this is the hotel for you.

The rooms are huge, high security for the family, spotless clean, high tech light switch, amazing temperature control (even water for shower), very convenient to access to China Town and with fantastic house keeping team. My favourite activity was having a drink & delicious foods and looking the stunning sun set river view from roof top restaurant that is smashing. On the roof top restaurant, Opposite of the river view, I can even see the Shwe Dagon Pagoda (the greatest landmark of Myanmar), WHAT A GOOD LOCATION IS. All the staff are well trained professional in their rows, very polite and willing to provide their relevant services to the guests at anytime even in the 2:00am. My favourite staff are Patrick (F&B Supervisor) Shine Ko Ko (F&B Captain) Zin Ko Khant (F&B Service) Tin Win Aung (Bartender) Thura Maung ( Operation Manager) Than Naing Lin (Bell Boy) Soe Aung (Night Security) Then, I celebrated my 43rd birthday party at the HOTEL BALMI roof top restaurant. All the decorations, live music, foods & drinks managed by restaurant manager Patrick & team. My birthday party was my best party I have ever had. All my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We strongly recommend to stay at HOTEL BALMI whatever the reason in Yangon, Myanmar.

The staff are friendly though and there’s a free shuttle bus which is about 5 minutes to the airport. The breakfast starts at 6 am. Nothing fancy though but it’s not bad.
