The good: hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious especially since we are in Rome, where that can be challenging. The ugly: they have a huge ant infestation problem, like epic levels. Yes, the cleaned it up but it took two days and I think the problem is still there. I know big and old cities struggle to maintain properties, but pest control should be at the top of the list and also more notice about the hotel being 3 separate buildings away from the reception area.
