Hotel Romantic di Lazio, Italy

This was my second trip to Rome within a month, and again we chose to book this fantastic hotel, given our wonderful first experience. I must say, this time I was a little disappointed with the staff; while professional, they were less friendly than the first time. In the room, which was as clean and lovely as always, the drain for the Jacuzzi tub wasn't working. I pointed this out during check-out, but didn't even receive an 'I'm sorry' from the employee. In my opinion, the whole Jacuzzi system wasn't working!

Все очень понравилось, хорошее месторасположения, метро в 3х минутах, хороший номер, но очень не понравился один момент – так как это как большая квартира, все комнаты расположены в длинном коридоре, и слышимость не просто как в соседних номерах, а как в соседних комнатах в квартире, то есть слышно всё, от включённой воды до скрипучих дверей, если вам не повезёт и соседи будут вставать в 6 утра, соответственно спать вы тоже уже не сможете, поэтому беруши совсем не помешают

This ancient elevator needs to be paid attention to that you need to close the wooden door and the iron door outside after you enter. It is equivalent to two doors. You have to close them and you can press the button.  The English at the front desk is not very good. The room is not big and the sound insulation is not very good. And I booked a room with three beds on Trip.com. After I arrived, I found that there was a bed. Although Ctrip's customer service finally made up a difference for me, how much still affects the travel mood. The room is OK, the balcony I feel is a large public balcony outside, the kind that can pass by people, sleep at night and go out during the day must remember to close the window.

The room is large and has a balcony. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Rooms were tidied every day. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the subway station. Suitable for free travel. You need to pay Rome city government tax when you visit the store.
