Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

I stayed at the Crocus Tashkent Hotel in Uzbekistan from July 31st to August 7th, 2023 for a training course organized by the IIHF. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant experience during my one-week stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were well-maintained, although I changed my room twice because of problems with the ventilation system and bathroom hose problem. The rooms were adequately spacious and had decent amenities. The hotel also had a small pool, which was a useful spot for relaxation, and we had memorable nights there. The hotel's food was average to good and of satisfactory quality. The location of the hotel was not particularly interesting, but with a short walk of at least twenty minutes, one could reach sightseeing and recreational areas, although Tashkent itself doesn't have many tourist attractions. The hotel staff, especially during morning shifts, spoke English well and were helpful in many situations such as obtaining a SIM card and arranging taxis. The people of Uzbekistan are known for their hospitality. If I were to visit Tashkent again, this hotel would likely be among my top choices.

酒店非常棒，飛機晚點了，司機大哥等了我們3個小時，出來還幫我們抬行李，感動。因為這次一行8人行李非常多，酒店還專門安排了商務車來接，給力。從機場到酒店大概5分鐘就到了，據説塔什幹機場就在市中心。最後一天去撒馬爾罕，是聯繫酒店提前在網上幫忙定的高鐵票，走路過去高鐵站不到5分鐘，簡直不要太方便。酒店旁邊有好幾家中餐廳，都在步行5分鐘以內的距離，但是我們還是很喜歡酒店大廚做的大盤雞，實惠正宗，真的好吃😋早餐是住過的烏茲別克所有酒店裡麪最好的，因為每天都是不重樣的小炒，還是自助的，再住下去一定會吃胖。炒麪，炒飯，小米粥，土豆絲，幹鍋花菜，爆炒肚絲，你敢想象這是早餐，太頂了，哈哈。總之就是太值了，位置方便，房間非常乾淨，早餐吃的很舒服。中文服務幹啥都可以微信。叫朋友來談事，大廳也很氣派。我已經推薦給機場認識的朋友了，哈哈。絕對值回票價。

Despite facing language barriers or challenges in communication, they handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring that we received the services we needed without any hitch. the prices were more than reasonable, making it a win-win situation for us as customers. We left feeling satisfied and content with the excellent value we received for our money. Additionally, the location is conveniently accessible. Finding it was a breeze, and it spared us the stress of getting lost in an unfamiliar area. Moreover, the added convenience of a nearby convenient store proved to be a cherry on top, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we required during our visit.

It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Thanks to the GM as well

How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

We took the safer bet by starting our country tour with the Marriott brand we know well. We were not disappointed! This is a well-run, spacious, clean hotel and was an ideal choice to begin with. Predictably, the décor is totally “Marriott!”, so lacks a Central Asian feel to it, but that is as the brand dictates. In the kitchen they make up for that with an excellent range of menu items that spans great local Uzbeki dishes and high-quality international cuisine. There is clearly a lot of pride in the kitchen shown by the attention given to good presentation. The breakfast buffet is good too. It would be good if the hotel made more effort to promote Uzbek wines at the Lobby Bar, rather than focus on the more expensive international ones. In the restaurant, there is only a limited choice of local wine compared to other places and no wine at all in the 8th Floor bar. These are all minor quibbles though. It is the attitude of the staff that makes this hotel work best. Everyone is keen to give a good professional impression in each of their roles. The reception and restaurant staff were without exception universally polite, efficient and friendly. We were ever so thankful to Shuhrat at the front desk who got us well-organised from the start with a local SIM card, dealing with money and making helpful suggestions on how to tackle Tashkent and then organise the rest of our stay not only in Tashkent buy beyond. He is soft-spoken and gracious and a good listener. He could read our preferences quickly. On our return, it was Shuhrat who organised a very good driver/guide to visit the mountains and encouraged us to take a dip to go to the beach on Lake Charvak and enjoy a dip there. A big thank you to everyone at the Tashkent Courtyard for helping to make this one of the best exploratory vacations we ever had.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here 3 separate times in 15 days. The staff throughout were helpful, personable, and always had a smile. There was an exchange machine (Som to dollars and vice versa), and an ATM. The location was good for us; close to the market, shops and several restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but a bit expensive. As others have said, breakfast was second to none! There was everything you could wish for, including freshly cooked eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stays here very much.

MMimijinyu最大問題就是位置不好找，出租車總是找不到這個酒店，谷歌地圖也繞來繞去，反而在烏茲別克斯坦使用百度地圖最靠譜。酒店離機場很近，10分鐘車程，要注意的是如果是T3航站樓的話，距離T1和T2非常遠，不在一個地方，T3一般飛布哈拉。酒店早餐也是住過烏茲別克斯坦酒店裡最好的了，還有音樂表演。房間設施稍微有點兒舊，電視很小，另外就是一直有機器轟鳴聲，對睡眠質量有影響，枕頭也不舒服，沒有梳子。去鐵木兒廣場步行也可以。總的來說在烏茲別克斯坦已經算不錯的選擇了。

I understand the hotel is quite old and has seen better days and whilst no complaints about the bedroom, I saw that basic maintenance issues (mould around bathroom, hinge around taps coming off in bath) which are noticeable if you're staying more than a night...I was there for a week but the hotel was largely occupied by 1-nighter tourists en-masse arriving for a stop-over before heading off to the Silk Route cities. Breakfast decent although the chap at the egg bar hides away until you holler...not a good sign...although on balance the breakfast was decent if not really outstanding. I had dinner twice and once I was the only one and another time there were 2 others - food good and decent value for foreigners but you're better off going to one of several outstanding restaurants outside where the cost is a fraction of the price at the hotel. Internet speed was wayward so best to get a SIM card upon arrival at the airport which I did. Windows locked and I'm not convinced about the heating - it was getting cooler when I left and the heating wasn't really heating...it seemed to only cool. Staff: limited staff numbers and no issues although most seem to be fixated by their phones rather than observing clients. Gym: I used it a few times and was the only one. Very basic - not an issue - but the machines don't work so very dated. Nice sauna. Overall: wouldn't recommend it as there are plenty of other and newer establishments. Overall:

PPengguna TetamuL'hotel ci è stato consigliato dall'agenzia di Samarcanda che ha organizzato il nostro tour, la scelta legata alla posizione vicino alla stazione e all'aeroporto. Si tratta di un vecchio albergone, sulla carta addirittura un 5 Stelle (secondo i canoni del Uzbekistan). Appena entrati troverete metà della hall in ristrutturazione con operai e ponteggi che lavorano… Le nostre camere si trovavano, la prima al sesto piano, abbastanza decente, la seconda al terzo piano, in ristrutturazione. C'è da chiedersi come mai in un albergo così grande allochino stanze in totale rifacimento sia nelle parti interne che nei corridoi (vedete i cartelli appesi alle porte!). Siamo stati solo una notte e per poche ore e, anche per la stanchezza, non abbiamo preteso cambiamenti… ma in un'altra situazione avremmo chiamato l'agenzia e richiesto il cambio di hotel. Ciò premesso: camere tristi, vetuste, mediamente sporche (guardate la foto del divanetto…) e molto rumorose; la camera al sesto piano dava sulla piazza davanti all'hotel, che è trafficatissima di giorno e di notte (e l'insonorizzazione della stanza decisamente scarsa); la stanza al terzo piano dava verso l'interno, una specie di cantiere e di deposito dei materiali di lavoro. Condizionamento rumorosissimo e non utilizzabile. Bagni vecchi e decisamente da ristrutturare. Un poco meglio la colazione, ed è l’unica ragione per cui ho dato due pallini. Il mio consiglio: cercate una sistemazione diversa.
