Excellent location, lovely hosts and superb room with balcony - a total chilling stay walking distance to a beautiful, safe beach and close to a golf course where one evening we counted 60 (yes 60!) large, small, old and young kangaroos feeding. Very near to other locations worth visiting- ask Serge for advice. Many, many thanks and when next we come back to W.Aus, we will be booking once we have confirmed dates. Many, many thanks! Absolutely fantastic accomodation, perfect for our family Christmas. The accomodation was comfortable and clean and spacious. The location was great and the facilities very adequate. Five days just wasn’t enough. The only negative was the internet, it wasn’t even possible to read our digital newspaper or make use of the smart TV’s.

Located in Broadwater in Busselton. A very nice entrance and multiple resort style units. 1 min walk to the beach and a fantastic place to swim or bike across the sea. The unit we had was a massive two bedroom and two bathroom with a kitchen with all the facilities. Car park was in front of the building, however you do need to take stairs to the second level (no lift) In short, a very nice place, but outdated. We have visited this place in winter, and it was a bit cold. (One air con fro the whole floor is available). Overall was a good experience. Nice checkin staff, nice atmosphere and comfortable room.

Would have been 5 stars in all categories, but they failed to service our room on one day. The location is superb, next to Shelter Brewery and the Jetty.

This turned out to be a nice surprise. We booked at the last minute because our other accommodation was cancelled at the last minute. We enjoyed the 1 bedroom beach apartment! Even though we didn’t have a beach view, it felt very private and was so close to the beach that we walked there barefoot many times. We enjoyed beach walks and swims. The apartment was perfect for cooking our own meals, so even though the accommodation is rather pricy, we could offset that by self catering. We had breakfast included in our deal and that was delicious.
