Hotel Pet friendly di Jiangsu, China

I concur with some of the past reviews regarding the musty smell in the basement room. The property was generally quiet, though it highly depends on your neighbours on the same floor. One of the rooms had a window facing the common area, and I was unfortunately placed next to some very vocal neighbours who were chatting loudly until midnight. The floor also felt a little grimy and could probably use a deeper clean, though slippers were provided so it wasn’t a major issue. That said, the staff were helpful, it was easy to order a Didi, and the cats were adorable — especially the friendly Xiaobai (the white one).

Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap kami sangat baik. Kami tiba di Suzhou dari Shanghai pada waktu pagi, jadi kami pergi ke hotel untuk menyimpan beg terlebih dahulu. Selepas melawat Taman Administrator Humble, Muzium Suzhou dan Hutan Singa pada waktu pagi, dan makan tengah hari, barulah kami mendaftar masuk ke hotel. Perkhidmatan daftar masuk sangat baik, gadis di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat sopan, dan sikap perkhidmatan mereka pada tahap tertinggi, lebih baik daripada hotel lima bintang. Reka bentuk dalaman hotel sangat berkonsepkan, dengan kolam terbuka di atrium, dan bilik-bilik terletak di kedua-dua belah. Kami meminta bilik yang menghadap ke luar, di tingkat satu, dengan halaman kecil. Kami duduk di sana pada waktu malam sambil menikmati snek lewat malam, sangat menyenangkan. Kemudahan perkakasan hotel semuanya baru, tandas pintar, dan pengering rambut juga berfungsi dengan baik. Projektor definisi tinggi sangat baik, dan pembantu suara Xiao An juga sangat responsif. Dari daftar masuk hingga daftar keluar, pengalaman kami adalah markah penuh.

The hotel is located within the old street of Suzhou, there are plenty of restaurants, street vendors and shops to fill up your time. Since car is not allowed in the old street, you will need to contact the hotel before your arrival to assist you with your luggage / guide you to the hotel reception for check-in. The hotel receptionists are helpful and friendly, especially Xiao Hua.

Must like~~The enthusiastic service of the ladies has conquered me. I check in quickly and have a habit of booking a standard room. I like to have an extra bed for clothes, which is spacious enough. The TV, air conditioning, lighting, and curtains can all be intelligently controlled. The bathroom shower and bathroom are separate and spacious, larger than previous bookings. I must recommend 100 points

Penginapan Guyunfeng Zhouzhuang... sangat selesa dan menenangkan. Pemilik penginapan sedang berehat di kerusi malas, ditemani anjingnya yang sedang tidur. Puan pemilik pula sangat peramah dan bertimbang rasa, membantu saya merancang jadual perjalanan yang menjimatkan. Pada hari yang panas terik, tuan rumah turut membantu saya menghantar bungkusan dan mengangkat bagasi. Sebelum bertolak pulang, beliau juga menghadiahkan saya cenderahati istimewa dari Zhouzhuang. Dari tingkap, saya dapat melihat sungai dan mendengar makcik pendayung perahu mendendangkan melodi Jiangnan yang merdu dan lembut. Saya sungguh terpukau dengan tempat ini. Pasti akan kembali menginap di sini pada kunjungan saya yang seterusnya.

An amazing experience all around! The entire staff were friendly and helpful! The scenery within the hotel is like something out of a historical novel! You can really tell that the owner put a lot of thought and love into the whole place. The rooms were also relaxing and clean! I really enjoyed the free daily afternoon tea~ The staircase to the 2nd floor was a bit steep but the staff helped carry all of my stuff upstairs! Most importantly, the location is supreme and within walking distance of the main attractions in the historical area. For instance, the hotel was within 8 minutes walking of the Governor’s Garden. If I’m in Suzhou again, I would stay here for sure! 10/10!

Booked 2 rooms and requested for rooms next to each other + smoke free room. One of the rooms had a very strong smoke smell while the other didn't. Staff was generally ok, and kind to help do smoke free treatment by providing air freshner and purifier but it was so bad, I requested a change of room. Note: room511 was the room with smoke smell. Limited washing machine and dryer - 2 each but sufficient if you are willing to wait. Great location though. In the heart of food & shopping area. No main drop off point for cars but if you are a light traveler and don't mind walking to the nearest bigger hotel to catch a didi / your ride, this would work.

忘記拍照了，讓前台小姐姐幫忙拍了幾張！院子很漂亮，房間也很漂亮！前台小姐姐很熱情！一定要給好評！衞生很乾凈，東西好齊全啊，感覺是我來蘇州住的最好的一家酒店！非常推薦！智能語音狠狠愛了，以後出門都得考慮這個了哈哈哈

Out of my expectations as the room and surrounding is real good, with beautiful garden, comfortand ckean room. The location is good as is walking distance to teh Shantang Jie, perfect family stay. Just that it has to pass through a narrow lane where Didi may not able to fund us or refuse to come in.

酒店就坐落在蕭湖公園旁邊，晚飯後出門就可以去公園散步，酒店綠化也蠻好，枇杷樹還結了不少果。公園有一些歷史古蹟--韓侯釣臺、漂母祠、新安小學（抗戰時期陶行知創辦）舊址、某富商私家園林“荻莊”等等。 酒店裝修不錯，外牆石料貼面，大廳等公共區域地坪、牆面也是用大理石，客房盥洗室檯面、牆面也是大理石，開發商下了點血本的，配套泳池水質蠻好，清澈見底。早餐品種蠻多，還有當地特色“油饊子”怕忒油嘸麽喫、“長魚麵”味道鮮美喫了有點撐了。酒店區位優勢，距離“河下古鎮”也不遠，若是抄小路十幾分鐘就可以到了；距離周恩來紀念館步行也衹有十幾分鐘。 一點小小的遺憾是客房地板滿鋪地毯，容易積灰塵，對過敏體質人不是最友好。總體來講非常不錯，以後若有朋友去淮安就推薦“蕭湖國際大酒店”…
