Perfect location, taxi can be dropped off right in front of the hotel, and across the street from the hotel is the famous laomendong area, where you can find the amazing nanjing impression restaurant, this one is the more impressive looking space than other branches. Professional, well organised, rooms are cleaned and tidied, water, tea, and toiletries replenished every day. Plenty common areas to use, convenient, great value for money.

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped and super clean. The hot water supply is ample, and the internet speed is fast – honestly, it's just as good as any chain hotel. While they don't have dining facilities, Pingjiang Road is just a left turn outside, offering tons of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service is incredibly attentive, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. Plus, the hotel itself is so photogenic, every corner is perfect for a snap. Definitely a full five-star rating!

I chose Andu Hotel for my business trip, and the location is absolutely fantastic! It's fully equipped and only a 10-minute walk from where I needed to be, plus there's a subway entrance right outside. The front desk staff were lovely; check-in took literally a minute, and they even upgraded my room. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft – after a long day of work, I fell asleep instantly. I had an early start the next day, and breakfast was ready at 7 AM. There was a huge variety of food, and the coffee was really aromatic. Definitely a perfect score from me!

This is a great Republic of China-era hotel, tucked away in a quiet spot yet still central. The courtyard is very unique, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's about 800 meters from popular attractions like Geyuan Garden, Heyuan Garden, Dongguan Street, Pishi Street, Dongguan Ancient Ferry, and Xing Street – all within easy reach. There are also plenty of dining options; the famous Erchun Fried Rice is right next door, and old brands like Fuchun Teahouse, Maopailou, and Gonghechun are all nearby. It's incredibly convenient for an after-dinner stroll. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Located at the entrance of a small alley, it's wonderfully peaceful and beautiful. If time permits, brewing a pot of tea and sitting in the courtyard to soak in the 'slow Yangzhou' vibe would be truly delightful!

I booked a king-size room, which was very large, with a separate wet and dry bathroom and a balcony. The breakfast was rich in variety, with both Chinese and Western styles. The hotel is garden-style, and the lotus flowers are blooming beautifully in this season, making for great photos. The hotel's outdoor pool is also very beautiful, and you can experience it with your children. The hotel service is also very good, with enough mineral water in the room, and a housekeeper to greet them attentively. When I left, they also gave me a beautiful notebook. The service was very considerate and the price was very affordable. It is worth staying here next time.

The location is very good, the reception is warm, and it will be delivered to the downstairs. There are many houses, the overall decoration is classical, the room is clean and tidy, no smell~(˶╹ꇴ╹˶)~ and the layout is very comfortable, the aunt is also very enthusiastic, and will say hello when meeting. Sound insulation is average, but it is understandable because it is a courtyard. The mattress is very comfortable~ I sleep very well, it is very convenient to go to various attractions from the hotel, and the takeaway is also very easy to find hahaha will come back next time!

The chubby young man at the front desk was incredibly nice and provided excellent service. I was initially worried that the hotel facilities in the old town area might be lacking, but they weren't at all. The room and other amenities were quite new, the shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable, and the pet cleaning fee was very reasonable at 50 baht. The only downside was the small road leading into the hotel, which was a bit difficult to navigate, but it was fine once inside the hotel. Parking was convenient; hotel guests get free parking with a parking voucher, and takeout is delivered to your door by a robot.

What an unique experience! Nothing could be more authentic than that! Our room is on the first floor right by the water. We saw many women rowing the gondola boats and serenading beautiful songs to their passengers. We came in a low season, so there wasn’t that much crowd. We could stroll around leisurely to take in all the beautiful sights that this place offers to us. The home stay is operated by a couples. They are so friendly, kind, and always eager to help out, especially the wife (Ms. Chan). The day when we left, she helped us getting a didi ride which is more cheaper than the one we hailed ourselves. The room we stayed in is very unique, it is not super big, but it is very clean and it has everything we needed for the night. All and all, I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Deciding on a whim to take my family to the Kimpton Bamboo Grove Hotel in Suzhou for a birthday celebration was, without a doubt, the best decision I made all year. The thoughtful service from our butler, Vickey, started right from the booking confirmation call. Upon learning it was for a birthday stay, she meticulously inquired about all our needs. When we checked in, the room was already decorated in a warm and elegant manner – not over-the-top, but clearly done with care. That evening, returning to our room, we found a dessert on the table with “Happy Birthday” written on it; this understated thoughtfulness was truly touching. As we had an afternoon high-speed train, we hoped for a slightly later check-out. After contacting Vickey, she readily agreed and arranged everything, allowing us to leisurely enjoy our final moments at the hotel. The Kimpton Bamboo Grove Hotel not only boasts excellent facilities but, more remarkably, offers service brimming with warmth. Vickey and her team's professionalism and attentiveness made this impromptu birthday celebration a beautiful page in our family album.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything went smoothly, and I felt very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside is the breakfast - most of the dishes were cold and variety was not great.
