Hotel Pet Friendly di Jiangsu, China

Saya menempah hotel untuk bangun awal untuk pergi ke taman seni. Gadis kecil yang baik hati di meja depan melihat bahawa saya sedang dalam perjalanan seorang diri dan memberi saya sarapan pagi, yang sesuai untuk memasuki taman pada pukul 7:30. Saya juga menyediakan cenderahati apabila saya pergi. Percubaan percuma Hanfu hotel berlangsung selama tiga jam, jadi saya tidak dapat menahan diri daripada memakai solek dan mengambil gambar. Gadis solek itu juga membantu saya berkomunikasi dengan jurugambar dan memenuhi hasrat saya pergi ke taman seni untuk mengambil gambar, yang sama dengan memasuki taman seni dua kali dalam satu hari. The location is great, just a 1-minute walk from the metro station. Many places are also within a few minutes walk. The hotel is nice and clean, and the shampoo smells great. The room features smart controls, which I really love. I would recommend staying here and will definitely come back again. However, I would like to highlight an issue with the night shift front desk service. The staff seemed impatient and lacked courtesy when assisting me.

Location and amenities were great but only one big issue I really can't swallow. For the two days that I went out and clicked on the Do Not Disturb tab, both days my room was entered and cleaned up. I called the front desk to clarify if that was routine - the cleaners entering the room even if the DND button was up - and the reply was ”如果旅客不需要打扫卫生可以跟前台说一声我们再通知保洁 (If travellers doesnt require a room makeup, they can inform the front desk and we will inform the cleaners” which I asked then what's the point of installing the DND button and make up room button separately. I am pissed because I trusted that no one was going to enter the room and technically, supposedly could be in contact with my belongings as had my luggage was unpacked and lying around. Now that they breached this trust and while nothing was missing, who can possibly assure that no one touched my things or had strangers entering the room in the process. I will avoid staying here in the future and choose another place that doesn't require me to go that extra step of pressing the DND button AND informing the front desk, which is pure ridiculous.

Setelah jelajah seluruh Zhouzhuang, saya dapat sahkan yang lokasi penginapan ini memang paling strategik. Dari sini, cuma 10 minit berjalan kaki ke pintu masuk kawasan tarikan pelancong. Kalau nak panggil teksi pun, 10 minit awal dah cukup, memang tak perlu risau....👍👍👍👍 Ke dalam pula, ia sangat mudah diakses ke mana-mana terusan. Lagipun, penginapan ini terletak betul-betul di tepi terusan, menawarkan pemandangan indah terusan, perahu, cahaya malam, dan kedai-kedai di seberang sungai tanpa sebarang halangan... 👍👍 Kami memilih bilik katil raja yang menghadap sungai. Biliknya dihiasi dengan perabot bercirikan antik; ada katil kanopi berukiran lama berwarna merah yang terasa seperti katil pengantin 😂😂😂😂; meja solek ***a lama (tak sempat ambil gambar sebab banyak barang atasnya); dan di tepi tingkap pula ada set kerusi klasik (***a topi pegawai) serta meja teh kecil. Sangat sesuai untuk menikmati teh sambil mengagumi keindahan pemandangan malam dari tingkap. Memang indah sungguh pekan kuno Zhouzhuang ini! 👍👍👍👍 Bilik air, bilik tidur, dan cadar katil semuanya sangat bersih. Oh ya, kena ingat ni!!!!! Ada seekor anjing yang sangat jinak dan baik hati kat sini. Bukan baka mahal pun, tapi dia takkan bergerak bila orang lalu, dan tak pernah menyalak sesuka hati. Dia cuma pandang kita dengan mata yang sangat lembut, kelopak mata berganda yang besar, nampak sangat comel dan manja, rasa macam anak anjing betina! 👍👍👍👍👍 Mungkin kami daftar masuk waktu musim sepi, jadi harganya pun tak mahal. 👍👍👍

上次入住時因種種原因寫了差評，後來酒店聯繫我，告知她們也很重視我提的意見，做出了種種改進，當然，我在入住後確實感受到了酒店及酒店工作人員的心意。 在入住前酒店提前聯繫了我，幫我備好了房間，準備好了水果，我的行李提前寄到了酒店前台，前台幫忙保管了好多天，入住時也很貼心的提醒了我。 再去吃早飯時工作人員也很熱情的詢問我要不要替我煮一份細麪，因我的另一半不吃細麪，幫我與另一半的喜好都記住並且煮了兩份不一樣的麪條，這次住的真的很感動也很滿意，不僅僅是因為環境，更是因為工作人員不會講住客的意見忽略，並且會實實在在的去改進，這家酒店依舊是我下次入住的唯一選擇。

Hello, The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is high quality and will satisfy all tastes, including those of Westerners. If you are coming for the pool, however, be aware that it is about 25 m long and very shallow, between 90 cm and 120 cm deep. It is likely that it will not satisfy regulars. The gym is problematic, as it is located next to the pool. The designer must have focused on aesthetics and forgotten about physics. Due to humidity, rust has caused significant damage, and many of the machines are badly damaged. The excessive rust poses safety and health issues that need to be addressed.

Despite the unfriendly reception staff, my overall stay was pleasant enough, the lake view rooms were nice, however the hotel plumbing was substandard in that it can’t cope with toilet paper. The initial house keeping staff did a poor job, but their replacement 李世嬌 was excellent for the duration of my 12 nights stay. The breakfast was greasy and mediocre, but the staff were friendly, especially the dough stick/noodle bar, she always had a smile on her face.

一進酒店大堂，就感覺特別寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約又時尚，讓人心情很舒暢。前台工作人員的服務態度也非常好，辦理入住手續高效又熱情，還詳細地給我介紹了酒店的各種設施和周邊的美食景點。 房間特別乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，枕頭的高低也很合適，能讓人一夜好眠。房間裏的各種設備都很齊全，像空調、電視、熱水壺這些，不僅質量好，使用起來還很方便。衞生間的衞生做得特別到位，沒有一點異味，而且洗漱用品的質量也不錯。 酒店的位置也很便利，周邊交通很方便，附近就有地鐵站和公交站，出行十分便捷。而且距離一

First of all, service was great, from the doorman to the concierge to housekeeping to the breakfast restaurant staff and lastly the super cute robot that brought all our deliveries to the room. Breakfast had good variety and was tasty. Room was very big and spacious but could do with a few more power sockets near the bedside on the left and the sofa. The dressing room has a sliding door which was very private. Location might be in a quieter area but we managed to get didi after a few rejects during peak hours.
