Hotel Pet Friendly di Jiangsu, China

Ketika saya melawat Suzhou kali ini, saya secara kebetulan melihat hotel yang baru dibuka ini pada mulanya saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi dan biliknya juga sangat bagus. Ia sangat bersih, terutamanya wanita di meja penyambut tetamu yang baik dan baik. Dia juga menaik taraf jenis bilik. Saya memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini pada hari berikutnya. This is a sophisticated hotel in a highly strategic location, within walking distance of the museum, gardens, and Suzhou’s old town. The room is superb—every detail is thoughtfully designed and executed to a very high standard. It is quiet, comfortable, and the heating system works perfectly. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and flexible. Notably, this is the only hotel we experienced in China where the staff personally greeted us upon arrival from the taxi, creating a very warm first impression. Complimentary afternoon tea and coffee were also provided, and they were a delightful touch.

Fantastic. Very good hotel. Clean, spacious room with everything we needed. Very friendly and polite staff. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and food taste good. Will definitely stay again if we visit Wuxi again.

Location and amenities were great but only one big issue I really can't swallow. For the two days that I went out and clicked on the Do Not Disturb tab, both days my room was entered and cleaned up. I called the front desk to clarify if that was routine - the cleaners entering the room even if the DND button was up - and the reply was ”如果旅客不需要打扫卫生可以跟前台说一声我们再通知保洁 (If travellers doesnt require a room makeup, they can inform the front desk and we will inform the cleaners” which I asked then what's the point of installing the DND button and make up room button separately. I am pissed because I trusted that no one was going to enter the room and technically, supposedly could be in contact with my belongings as had my luggage was unpacked and lying around. Now that they breached this trust and while nothing was missing, who can possibly assure that no one touched my things or had strangers entering the room in the process. I will avoid staying here in the future and choose another place that doesn't require me to go that extra step of pressing the DND button AND informing the front desk, which is pure ridiculous.

I stayed at ANSHE Hotel in Suzhou for two nights in early April 2026 and left as a very happy camper. The hotel is well-designed and clearly well-run. The hardware and heartware are equally impressive: the staff are warm, hospitable, and quick to resolve any issues, while the in-room technology is modern, intuitive, and easy to operate. The room layout and amenities made it effortless to rest and recharge after a full day of exploring the city. The location is another big plus — just steps from a metro station and an easy walk to the charming Pingjiang Road. This hotel truly ticks all the boxes for design, comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended.

五一返程中途選了這家酒店，整體環境真的超讚，一辦理入住就和家人感慨，下次一定要專門抽空再來慢住幾天，這次行程太匆忙，都沒好好享受。酒店工作人員服務態度也很貼心熱情，整體入住氛圍還是不錯的。 但美中不足的是，硬件設施和細節服務實在配不上酒店的環境檔次。晚上將近11點準備休息，發現房間燈光無法關閉，聯繫客房服務員上門處理沒能解決，又臨時通知工程部，結果工程人員過來既沒帶工具也沒備鑰匙，來回折騰近20分鐘才修好，耽誤了不少休息時間。 我們一共預訂了四個房間，另外一間房特意索要冰塊準備小酌，沒想到服務員直接用普通塑料袋裝了一袋冰塊送來，實在讓人難以接受。這麼大的酒店，在食品安全、用品規範上這麼不注重，實在有點拉低好感。希望酒店能及時檢修客房設施，加強員工服務規範和食品安全意識，不辜負這麼好的地理位置和環境條件。

Setelah jelajah seluruh Zhouzhuang, saya dapat sahkan yang lokasi penginapan ini memang paling strategik. Dari sini, cuma 10 minit berjalan kaki ke pintu masuk kawasan tarikan pelancong. Kalau nak panggil teksi pun, 10 minit awal dah cukup, memang tak perlu risau....👍👍👍👍 Ke dalam pula, ia sangat mudah diakses ke mana-mana terusan. Lagipun, penginapan ini terletak betul-betul di tepi terusan, menawarkan pemandangan indah terusan, perahu, cahaya malam, dan kedai-kedai di seberang sungai tanpa sebarang halangan... 👍👍 Kami memilih bilik katil raja yang menghadap sungai. Biliknya dihiasi dengan perabot bercirikan antik; ada katil kanopi berukiran lama berwarna merah yang terasa seperti katil pengantin 😂😂😂😂; meja solek ***a lama (tak sempat ambil gambar sebab banyak barang atasnya); dan di tepi tingkap pula ada set kerusi klasik (***a topi pegawai) serta meja teh kecil. Sangat sesuai untuk menikmati teh sambil mengagumi keindahan pemandangan malam dari tingkap. Memang indah sungguh pekan kuno Zhouzhuang ini! 👍👍👍👍 Bilik air, bilik tidur, dan cadar katil semuanya sangat bersih. Oh ya, kena ingat ni!!!!! Ada seekor anjing yang sangat jinak dan baik hati kat sini. Bukan baka mahal pun, tapi dia takkan bergerak bila orang lalu, dan tak pernah menyalak sesuka hati. Dia cuma pandang kita dengan mata yang sangat lembut, kelopak mata berganda yang besar, nampak sangat comel dan manja, rasa macam anak anjing betina! 👍👍👍👍👍 Mungkin kami daftar masuk waktu musim sepi, jadi harganya pun tak mahal. 👍👍👍

這家民宿給我留下了深刻印象。環境乾淨整潔，房間一塵不染，住得十分安心。公共區域設有雅緻的茶座，午後小憩品茗，別有一番風味。老闆待人尤為熱情，不僅主動幫忙泊車，還熱心介紹周邊景點，讓旅途倍感温暖。整體體驗遠超預期，是值得推薦的下榻之選。

This hotel is exactly like the other reviews: old, poor soundproof, hard beds, but really well located. However, the room I booked was way too noisy: I think it was next to the street because I could hear people shouting late at night and in the morning. I could hear them way too well, even though there was no window in the room. It was that bad that I asked to change rooms. Fortunately we got upgraded to another room for free. This one was on the second floor, I could finally sleep and get some rest in peace, but if people passed by talking, I could still hear them. At least not a lot of people passed by. The rest is OK, as you can see in the pictures. Beds could be softer for a hotel, but for the price I paid, I won’t complain. The hotel is at first hard to find because its entrance is in a small lane, but conveniently located near Dongguan and Pishi streets, as well as Ge and Ho gardens (approx. 20 mins walking each).

Wonderful hotel. Located inside a cinese garden, very clean all kind of comfort. Outside, but inside the hotel compund, you can find a little shop 24h (i think, we found it open til 23.00 and at 7.00) with everything you can need. And with 5min walk you are in the downtown. Recommended.
