Ketika saya melawat Suzhou kali ini, saya secara kebetulan melihat hotel yang baru dibuka ini pada mulanya saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi dan biliknya juga sangat bagus. Ia sangat bersih, terutamanya wanita di meja penyambut tetamu yang baik dan baik. Dia juga menaik taraf jenis bilik. Saya memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini pada hari berikutnya. Fantastic location. Walkable to a lot of the attractions, yet tucked at a quiet bend along the main road. The hotel receptionists are extremely attentive, even providing warm bottled water when we are waiting for the washing machine. Highly recommended for your stay in suzhou (select rooms on level 2-5 for more privacy)

Perfect location, taxi can be dropped off right in front of the hotel, and across the street from the hotel is the famous laomendong area, where you can find the amazing nanjing impression restaurant, this one is the more impressive looking space than other branches. Professional, well organised, rooms are cleaned and tidied, water, tea, and toiletries replenished every day. Plenty common areas to use, convenient, great value for money.

Sangat berpuas hati dengan homestay ini! Biliknya bersih, kemas dan kemudahan serba lengkap. Penginapan ini terletak di tepi sungai, lokasinya antara gerbang pintu masuk kawasan pelancongan dan Jembatan Kembar (Shuang Qiao), sangat memudahkan pergerakan, untuk membeli-belah dan melawat tempat-tempat menarik. Pada waktu malam, persekitaran di sini juga sangat tenang dan sunyi, sesuai untuk tidur. Pada waktu malam, saya duduk di kerusi santai yang disediakan oleh pemilik (lengkap dengan ubat nyamuk untuk mengelakkan gigitan serangga) di tepi sungai, sambil merokok, menghirup teh, dan menikmati angin malam yang sejuk. (Pemilik wanita berulang kali bertanya sama ada saya memerlukan termos air panas dihantar ke bilik). Sambil memerhatikan bot-bot pelancong berulang-alik (dan pelbagai gelagat penumpang), mendengar nyanyian pendayung perahu, dan sekadar termenung. Sungguh mengasyikkan! Sebelum bertolak pulang, pemilik juga menghulurkan buah tangan berupa snek kecil. Ketika melawat pekan lama, saya telah melihat banyak homestay dan rumah tumpangan lain. Selepas membuat perbandingan menyeluruh, saya pasti akan memilih tempat ini untuk menginap apabila kembali ke Pekan Lama Zhouzhuang lagi.

哇哦，太驚艷了，超出預期，怎麼説呢?首先交通便利，距離市中心也就幾公里，離高鐵站也不算遠，其次從酒店大門進入映入眼簾的就是宿遷的本土文化，看見了牆壁上的駱馬湖，這讓我更加想去駱馬湖遊玩了，中間還有一個泳池，是一道美麗風景，，大堂還有書架，上面全是酒文化的書，宿遷不虧為探索酒文化，在服務上，一下車就有禮賓服務走到前台，前台辦理入住會貼心告知酒店設施和早餐情況，進過酒店公共區域服務員也會熱情打招呼，房間面積比我想象中大，設施也相對於比較完善，早餐廳種類也比較精緻，酒店附近也有商場，適合不想去市中心的懶人，整體上講，非常滿意，下次再來宿遷首選

Fantastic location, but bathroom needs refurbishment. The shower was weak and the water drained slowly, so I had to shower in a pool of water. Amenities could’ve been better, but staff was very friendly.

Lake view room is nice . Room iwas warm when got in when outside was cold. Room cleaning was good . Provided extra bottles of drinking water n soft drink Breakfast is very good .. nearby there is a new shopping mall recently opened on 11.11.23 . Recommended to stay

來南通玩的到中南世紀城離那個狼山很近，離濱江公園很近，酒店衞生很好，很乾凈，性價比也不錯，價格便宜，服務態度很好，設施也很齊全，環境優美

Zhu Hai Ying our housekeeper was friendly, wonderful and helpful. Front desk was mostly helpful and breakfast was good. Hotel is old. One of the marble panels on the outside of the tub fell off injuring my wife's leg. This forced us to relocate to another room. Hilton did not offer and compensation for this incident. Massage was very expensive even with the 200 rmb coupon it was still 680 rmb $100 US. Hilton is a USA chain hotel. They are always more interested in the money than good care of the customer. Our housekeeper was the exception. Unfortunately we won't stay there again

The hotel has a beautiful environment. Boating on the lotus pond and entering the room units felt like stepping into a uniquely charming setting. The family suite, designed with two floors, was a perfect match for our needs. In addition, the hotel’s service was excellent—shuttle cars were available on call. The lobby manager, Mr. Liu, was courteous and friendly, which left a particularly deep impression on me. One thing I really appreciated was that each guest is assigned a dedicated butler who communicates one-on-one via WeChat. It’s very convenient—you can treat them as your personal assistant throughout the stay. Whatever request you have, just let them know and they will help take care of it. My butler was Lisa, and she was very helpful and responsive. One area for improvement is that there were quite a few mosquitoes 🦟 inside the room. My daughter was bitten all over and is still suffering. We had to buy topical medication today to treat the bites. If the hotel could kindly remind guests in advance about the mosquito situation, we might have come prepared and avoided the bites altogether. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this stay.
