Hotel Romantic di Jiangxi, China

We stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need. The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee. The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

The Huazhu Wuyuan Yueyuan Wufei B&B is amazing! 👍 The renovation of the old house was meticulously done. A professional designer designed the courtyard, preserving its ancient charm while maintaining elegance and comfort. The rooms are cozy and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. The meals are authentic Wuyuan cuisine, and the proprietress's cooking is exceptional, making the specialties incredibly delicious. Breakfast and lunch offer a complete selection of Wuyuan specialties (pocket carp, steamed pork with rice flour, steamed fish with rice flour, Qingming fruit, etc.). The dishes are made with all-natural ingredients, including cucumber, cowpea, green pepper, and river chicken. The whole family devours every meal! You can also cycle along the rippling river, amidst the gently swaying blossoms. In the courtyard, you can play pot-to-pot together, creating a truly immersive experience. The attentive service makes it feel like home! 🥰 The proprietress and her family run the B&B as if it were their own home. Every corner of the old house holds history, every visitor has a story, and every dish the proprietress prepares is filled with warmth. It is better to come here by yourself after seeing and hearing it. Feel the inheritance of this history and the love for life.

After a tiring journey, I was so glad I chose this hotel – it was an exceptionally comfortable stay. The moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and fresh everything was; the housekeeping was incredibly thorough, and the towels and sheets were spotless and odorless. The room had great natural light and ventilation, with soft lighting and a simple, cozy decor. The service was attentive throughout my stay, and it was a nice touch that they offered free luggage storage after check-out. The mattress was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any corridor noise at all. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance, and transportation was convenient. All the facilities were complete and worked perfectly, with hot water and air conditioning running smoothly. It offers great value for money, and the staff were gentle and welcoming, making me feel right at home. It was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

This is an excellently located hotel, right on the doorstep of the Longhushan Scenic Area. Maybe not even five minutes walk from the entrance. It was so close that I even arrived too early before the park even opened. There are many places to eat and shop in the vicinity, so the location would deserve even six starts. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Felt I got a great value for my money

This is a very special hotel designed in the Huizhou garden style, where every step offers a picturesque view worth stopping to admire. There's a dedicated lounge at the hotel's main entrance for guests waiting for the shuttle to take them to their rooms. The service attitude is excellent; you truly feel at home. I do have a few suggestions: it would be more convenient to add a box of tissues to the washstand; the soap dish is really impractical – after one use, the soap sticks firmly to it, making it very difficult to pick up the next time; please upgrade the hairdryer, as the current one seems to be from when the hotel first opened years ago, it's old-fashioned, heavy, noisy, and uncomfortable to use; finally, the showerhead is too small, and the water pressure is too strong, making showering uncomfortable. However, putting these points aside, everything else is really fantastic.

Our stay was incredibly heartwarming, definitely a five-star review! When we checked out, we realized my child had accidentally broken the lid of a cup in the room. The hotel staff were incredibly understanding when they learned it was an accident caused by a child and didn't ask us for any compensation at all. Their understanding and tolerance really touched us. Even more heartwarming was when my child got a bamboo splinter in their hand while playing. The front desk staff very carefully helped remove the splinter, staying patient and gentle throughout the whole process, which made my child feel at ease. The service here is genuinely warm, and their attention to detail truly shows their sincerity. This will be our top choice for future trips, and I highly recommend it to families with children!

This room is quite centrally located near Fangtang (Sugar Cube), and we got lucky with our spot this time—it was super convenient for viewing the sun-drying crops scenery (Shaiqiu) and an easy walk to Tianjie Restaurant for meals. The building has two or three floors; we stayed on the second floor, and the one above us seemed to be a king room. The first floor has an eight-immortals table in the lobby area. While the whole mountain is usually very quiet at night, the guests upstairs were very noisy and were walking around really early in the morning, which ruined our sleep. I mentioned this to the front desk, and their attitude was quite good—they said they would look into improving it. Being a wooden building, poor soundproofing is probably just something you have to live with! The hotel provides dedicated staff to pick up and drop off guests, and to handle the luggage. Since the rooms are scattered all over the scenic area, it would be hard to find them on your own. This was a very unique accommodation that gave everyone a different kind of stay experience—quite nice overall.

We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient. We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

I carefully selected this hotel on Trip.com for my trip to Mount Sanqingshan, and I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay. From the moment I arrived, I experienced a high standard of service. Staff helped with our luggage during check-in, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Seeing that we were a family of three, they thoughtfully added an extra breakfast and upgraded us to a Mountain View Balcony Room. They also added us on WeChat and shared a comprehensive guide for visiting Mount Sanqingshan, letting us know we could reach out anytime if we had questions. Located near the Jinsha Cableway, the hotel is a 10 to 15-minute walk to the cableway. If you prefer not to walk, there is a scheduled shuttle service: three trips to the cableway in the morning and three trips back to the hotel in the afternoon (advance reservation required). If the schedule works for you and you don't feel like walking, taking the shuttle is super convenient. As for dining, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around the cableway area. After coming down the mountain in the afternoon, we just had dinner nearby before heading back to the hotel. To top it all off, around 7:00 or 8:00 PM, sitting out on the balcony and watching the light show projected onto Mount Sanqingshan was a delightful surprise—quite a nice view! Of course, the hotel does have its drawbacks; the decor is a bit dated and the room facilities are somewhat old. Even so, considering everything, staying at this hotel when visiting Mount Sanqingshan is definitely worth it.

Nestled within a small scenic area in Wuyuan's northern region, this village sees fewer tourists and boasts numerous old ancestral homes. Staying in one of these historical houses offers a unique opportunity to feel, experience, and touch history, especially when sunlight streams into the courtyard or rain patters down. However, these old homes often have small rooms and narrow staircases, and the floorboards creak with every step, with virtually no soundproofing. A high-end renovation would be quite costly, and a more basic one means lower comfort levels. This guesthouse is pet-friendly, offers excellent service, and serves authentic, value-for-money dishes. At just over 400 yuan, it's definitely worth experiencing. You can explore the old houses in the quiet village, enjoy an afternoon tea, savor authentic Jiangxi cuisine at the guesthouse, and then drive to nearby attractions, all of which are a short distance away.
