Hotel Romantic di Jiangxi, China

Coming to Jingdezhen was a last minute plan from our trip to WangXiangu and we found this hotel on the app. The rooms were really spacious and I loved the amount of shelf space in which to keep out luggage, clothes and other traveling items. The front desk was very helpful in giving us pointers on places to eat and visit, even coming up with a 2 day itinerary. We communicated mainly via WeChat via translation app. Breakfast was quite hearty and the hotel was quite busy given we were off season. The decor of the garden and the opportunity to experiment with clay can be part of the room experience but we were pressed for time and could not fit it in. The location of the hotel was near the river edge which made for a pleasant walk. The street where the hotel is quite charming. I hope it gets more developed over time.

Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are very well maintained. The room was clean and the carpet dry, which is rare to find. The view outside directly overlooks the river and Qiushui Square, which was delightful. Breakfast was also rich and featured local flavors. The only downside was that when I parked my car in front of the hotel, it was blocked by another vehicle for nearly half an hour. Although staff contacted the owner to move it, no apology was given. They really should strengthen management of the parking situation at the entrance. However, if I come to Nanchang again, I would still choose to stay at Shangri-La, as it was a very comfortable stay.

Really liked this room, although one thing I would say is if you’re coming to China in a hot month (I was there in September) and you get a room where the bed is up the stairs, the air conditioning doesn’t really reach up there and it’s still pretty hot while being nice and cool down by the couch tv and bathroom. But the staff were helpful and the cleaners came quite often to empty the bins and change the towels so that was awesome.

I went to Fuzhou on a business trip some time ago and chose to stay at Hilton Fuzhou Poly Huazhang. The overall experience was very good and I must share it. • Convenient transportation: The hotel is located in the High-tech Zone of Fuzhou City, in the commercial center, and is only a 6-minute drive from the railway station. It is very convenient for people like me who travel frequently. • Pleasant environment: As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the 80,000 square meters of outdoor artificial garden landscape. The traditional Chinese architectural design style makes the whole hotel full of elegant charm. Walking in it is comfortable and relaxing. • Intimate service: From the check-in at the front desk, the staff is enthusiastic and professional, quickly handles the formalities, and also introduces the hotel facilities intimately. During the stay, any needs can be responded to in time, which is really worry-free. • Rich dining: The ”Moonlight” buffet restaurant provides a lot of food, high-quality seafood, fresh and delicious, on-site cooking is full of fireworks, and there are various international and local cuisines to meet different tastes. The Cantonese and Gan cuisines in the ”Yugongguan” Chinese restaurant are also quite authentic, and every bite is intoxicating. It is very pleasant to order a cup of coffee in the ”Liuguang” lobby bar and enjoy the outdoor scenery. • Complete facilities: The hotel has a large conference and banquet venue of 4,300 square meters, including conference rooms, banquet halls, boardrooms, and outdoor sunny lawns, which are suitable for both business meetings and social gatherings. In addition, the gym is fully equipped and the swimming pool is clear. It is so comfortable to swim a few laps. Living here, you can work and relax at the same time. This time I stayed at the Fuzhou Poly Huazhang Hilton Hotel, which was impeccable in all aspects. Next time I come to Fuzhou, I will definitely choose this place!

This is a truly unique hotel. Just looking at the hotel entrance felt like arriving at a scenic spot. Under the gatehouse, there's a small lounge area for guests to rest while waiting for the gatekeeper to call for the golf cart. Indeed, without the golf cart, as first-time visitors, we would have had no idea where the check-in desk was. After getting off the golf cart, we walked through a spacious courtyard to the lobby, which is a grand and rustic living room. Deeper into the lobby, in front of a huge relief sculpture, the front desk staff greeted us warmly and attentively. Our luggage was still on the golf cart, which then drove along the garden paths, taking us all the way to our room. We particularly want to thank the restaurant staff. Because it was raining on the day we arrived and the temperature dropped sharply, we felt too cold in the restaurant. The restaurant manager suggested we order our food and return to our room, and they would deliver it. When the food arrived, every dish was covered with plastic wrap, and a candle was lit underneath each one. Our soup was piping hot, and the fish sauce was still gently bubbling. This thoughtful gesture made us feel so warm on a cold autumn day.

An absolutely amazing hotel experience, highly recommend! This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations! The moment I stepped into the lobby, the exquisite and grand decor instantly uplifted my mood. The front desk staff were warm and professional, swiftly handling my check-in. They even upgraded me to a river view room and thoughtfully provided information on all the hotel's facilities. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin; lying down, my fatigue just melted away. The bathroom was well-equipped, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The hotel service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly responsive to every request and very kind. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes. Furthermore, the hotel boasts a beautiful environment and convenient transportation links. Here, I truly enjoyed a high-quality accommodation experience, and I strongly recommend it to everyone! When checking out, I accidentally left something behind, and the hotel's customer service team helped me find it and even mailed it to my home. I'm so grateful!

What a wonderful place! The room was beautifully decorated and full of all comforts, with a beautiful view on the manicured hillside lush with greens and trees, a joy for the eyes. All minibar items were included with a delicious plate of fruit fresh everyday. We were given two coupons per night of stay to use at their restaurant and hence we didn’t spend anything for food on our first day. Delicious food at great price. Nice bar where to have a drink after dinner with good cocktails and vibes. All the staff went beyond their efforts to give us the best experience with a smile and finding all the solutions we needed. You can rent a scooter for 40 RMB a day to go explore the area around. Great pool, beautiful gardens for walks, all was superb will definitely recommend it and return asap. Thank you!

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. The front desk service is good, it is close to the Ferris wheel, and the river view is also good. I am satisfied! The hotel has been open for a short time, and the facilities and equipment are relatively new. The room is connected to the intelligent voice control to control the lights, but some lights cannot be controlled, such as the spotlight above the TV.

The lobby is beautifully designed, very quiet and perfect for unwinding, with soft music playing. The aroma diffuser gives off a woody scent, reminiscent of Hermès Terre d'Hermès. There are also plenty of power outlets in the lobby, making it convenient for work. The bathroom's wet/dry separation is excellent, so the floor stays dry. The bath towels are individually wrapped, which clearly shows how meticulous the cleaning staff are. Breakfast was good. You can head to the adjacent gym for a run before eating. It's a simple Chinese breakfast, offering specialties like Jiaoziba (a type of steamed dumpling), Youtiao (fried dough sticks), noodles, congee, and eggs. During my two-day stay, I had a boiled egg one day and a fried egg the next, so they do vary the options, which is nice. Upon checkout, they even gave my child a few spoons and hair clips. This attention to detail truly shows their thoughtfulness. I'll definitely recommend this place to others.
