Ulasan Tach Madrid Airport

We got 2 single bed. But very nice viwe.

Very friendly staff, restaurant had a good choice. Free soft drinks in the room very welcome. Good location (around 10 EUR to the airport using Uber, Metro also within 10 minutes walking distance). Very quiet at night, clean and comfortable beds. Will happily stay again.

The place is very clean and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. They booked me a taxi to the airport at 3:00 am which was a flat rate of 20 Euros. It’s a bit pricy for being so close but when it’s that early the metro isn’t running. Taking the metro to the hotel ended up being 2.5 Euros but will be 7 just for 1 stop if you don’t have a transport card yet. The hotel walls are a bit thin so if you’re a light sleeper maybe request a higher floor. Overall it was great and I’d stay there again.

Terrible restaurant service !!! I arrived at 23:00. Restaurant service was indicated as available until 23;30. Receptionist said I could still eat. Restaurante manager said service was only until 23:00, but hamburgers only were available for room service. When food was ready, they phoned to say I had to go to réception to pick up food. As i use a cane, I had to insist that they bring up the food to the room. Need less to say, the food was not very warm. They also forgot thé dessert that I ordered. Not friendly either.

整體很乾凈，有一次性牙刷牙膏，還可以免費打印，整體上是一次不錯的體驗，但是資料寫的有貨幣兑換服務，我問了實際是沒有的

挺好的，就在機場附近，但是價格很貴。

酒店很乾凈，離機場近，轉機方便。含雙早是自助的，幾樣麪包、火腿、雞蛋、牛奶、咖啡等餐食，吃的隨意吃的挺飽。前台幫助預約的出租車，送機到T1是20歐費用！
