Friendly staff, decent breakfast, allows us to park front of hotel for loading and unloading.
Some of the pools are closed due to out of service though.

Had a lovely stay at ensana buxton crescent. Spa facility is fantastic. Its nicely scented everywhere at the hotel. Breakfast is delicious, very high quality ingredients. The crescent room is spacious. For this price and the quality of food and facility, i doubt if you can find anything better than this in uk.

酒店位置在鎮中心非常好找，內部環境也不錯，相比很多建在老房子裏的酒店內部十分寬敞，一個人住所以選了最小的閣樓房，相當於單間，但其實閣樓也有其他更大的房型，所以不用怕閣樓。設施很新，很好用，浴室水流特別大，床也很舒服。酒店的工作人員非常友好，幫助很大，早餐是半自助，環境優雅食物新鮮。屋頂泳池雖然小，但是也不錯了，人少的時候體驗更好，位於地下的spa區很大，各種功能的房間很多，有點像國內的洗浴中心，美中不足泳池的温度不算很高，但也不會冷，室內的spa池温度還可以，但也不算高。温泉和早餐含在房費裏非常方便，入住期間spa和泳池也隨便用，這一點非常舒適。

A beautiful, welcoming hotel. Stunning , classical hotel rooms. It must be the best spa hotel in Britain, with natural water pools, an inside / outside swimming pool. The staff are genuinely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. A very special hotel.

This was our first trip to the Buxton Crescent Hotel, but I am sure it won't be our last. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful room with a very comfy bed. The spa facilities are great. We didn't pay for any treatments or extras but easily spent 2 hours just enjoying the different pools, steam room and saunas. We ate in the bar/ lounge area in the evening. It was lovely and quiet and you don't need to book. The surrounding area is great for exploring and walking. The only slight negatives we had was: the women's toilets downstairs in the hotel were dirty, there was no water pressure in our room on the morning we checked out, and we have to wait for quite a while to check out as it was very busy. This was slightly frustrating as we had nothing to pay on our room so only needed to hand in our key card. Had we known check out would be so busy we would have done it earlier to avoid the queues. Overall a great stay and I would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

The building is magnificent. The spa wonderful, and the 3 pools all have something to offer, did have time to book a treatment on this trip however very intrigued for some in the future. the breakfast quality produce. Absolutely will be staying again.

Excellent facilities in a beautiful setting. The beds are super comfy and everything very clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It's a stunning place to stay, rich in history. Breakfast was one of the best I have had with quality produce and served hot. We will definitely return...soon.

Some recent reviews made me apprehensive, though our stay was largely reassuring. The cost of valet parking is now £30 per night, so I put the car on a street about half a mile away. The room was decent and the en suite bathroom good. We weren't kept awake by noise. The bar was quiet and well-decorated; a pleasant place for a drink in the evening. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant well-decorated (as was the rest of the hotel). The place is very central, with the opera house and the main shopping street only a five-minute walk away. I can remember when the crescent was empty and deteriorating; it is marvellous to see the building being put to good use.

Had a fabulous stay, all the staff were so obliging and friendly a real credit to your company. The spa was just amazing and the outdoor pool was just something else very special. We enjoyed our breakfast so very much and lots of choice a great selection. We will definitely stay again we had a great time in Buxton
