De modo geral a pousada é boa, brinquedos para as crianças, café da manhã bom com pães, frios, biscoitos, frutas, bolos, o quarto com hidro é bom, precisa melhorar a limpeza da piscina, fica com areia pq os hóspedes tbm não ajudam, vem direto da praia sem nem entrar no chuveirão antes, o almoço no restaurante é caro, 79 o Kilo, no jantar é a la carte, preços compatíveis com dos restaurantes e lanchonetes.

Gostamos da estadia ,o café da manhã estava tudo.ok,,,o ambiente super agradável, Alguns detalhes desagradáveis foram a água estava com cheiro forte de água de poço,o chuveiro não esquentava muito,, Apesar desses pequenos detalhes o hotel é agradável, bem localizado.. Nota zero pois o hotel não tem estacionamento,

O hotel é relativamente novo, com boas instalações em geral e bons equipamentos nos quartos. Mas para por aí. Ao chegar no hotel fui informada que a lavanderia havia atrasado e por isso estava sem toalhas no meu quarto. E que chegaria em 15 mins. Só chegou a noite. O telefone do quarto estava com mal contato e precisou de manutenção. O colchão da cama.... achei bem mediano, pois ao deitar, ele afundava, e ao longo da noite isso era um pouco desconfortável. O serviço de limpeza do quarto no primeiro dia só passou perto das 17h. A TV do quarto estava com a imagem estourada. O ar condicionado funcionou muito bem (ufa). No café da manhã, tudo muito confuso: a louça acabava toda hora e assim como os alimentos, demoravam muito pra ser reposto. Imagine um hotel lotado com essa logística de café da manhã. O pessoal do hotel até se esforçou bastante, mas falta ainda um pouco para que consigam fazer um atendimento melhor. Um dos motoristas de uber que peguei durante essa minha estadia me disse que o hotel era um dos melhores de Cabo Frio. Acho que para o que o hotel se propõe e cobra, ainda falta bastante evolução de processos e atendimento.

Hotel yang sangat bagus, perkhidmatan standard, perkhidmatan yang mesra, kebersihan OK, satu-satunya perincian yang perlu ditunjukkan adalah kekurangan seterika ... mempunyai satu unit, dan ia masih rosak, ia adalah alat yang murah, tidak boleh hilang saiz hotel ini. Saya cadangkan anda mempunyai pengalaman yang hebat.
