Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Cairo

3 bintang untuk perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu hotel yang tidak mesra dan menegaskan bahawa saya adalah orang Cina semasa saya menyerahkan pasport AS saya kepada mereka, juga AC bocor sepanjang malam kedua dan apabila saya mengetahui bahawa sekitar 5.30 pagi, saya diminta untuk mengalihkan bagasi/barang saya ke bilik lain di tingkat yang sama. Apa yang saya tanyakan hanyalah sebuah troli untuk mengalihkan bagasi saya dan saya diberitahu bahawa tiada satu pun yang tersedia dan saya terpaksa mengalihkan sebahagian besar daripadanya dengan sekeping demi sekeping saya sendiri walaupun kereta itu tersedia di lobi!

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the staff who wearing blue work uniform,they call him Benmen maybe,he was really supportive staff,he is super nice,he taught me how to call the driver on the Uber and not be tricked by the driver.Everything he can help.I felt thankful to him.Also location was quite and safe.They have updated my room,the room was great and big enough,every room have balcony.The design of hotel was excellent.and there are cafe,cinema,shops.It’s very convenient. I felt so comfortable to stayed in AL MASA hotel. I will choose here if i go to Cairo again

Again, Sofitel proved to be the best hotel in Cairo with its luxurious amenities and breathtaking view of the Nile. The food at Kebabgy is delicious (best restaurant on the premise), so don’t miss going there during your stay.

Staying at Novotel was a great experience, the hotel was nice loved my room!! Only few things I was disturbed how I asked for an iron & ironing board they kept taking it out of my room, when I needed it for my whole stay 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🙃!! Secondly the jacuzzi wasn't hot so I can enjoy on my last day of stay. Lastly there was no microwave in the room but a mini fridge??! Usually hotels come with both. Other then that the hotel was great, the food I had to adjust to & the front desk person that checked me in & out was awesome!! Great customer service.

Hotel berhampiran Lapangan Terbang Kaherah. Saiz keseluruhannya tidaklah kecil, tetapi biliknya agak kecil. Kalau sampai awal, tak boleh hidup, kena tunggu masa, walaupun ada kekosongan. Ini adalah logik orang Barat, yang jauh kurang fleksibel daripada orang Cina. Sarapan pagi tidak cukup baik tetapi tidak mengapa. Terdapat burung besar dan anda merebutnya. Saya tidak tahu sama ada ia burung gagak atau murai. Hotel ini tidak mempunyai apa-apa untuk dimakan untuk sarapan pagi, dan kasino mungkin tidak dibuka kerana wabak itu. Pengurus perhubungan tetamu sangat bersemangat, manakala kakitangan yang lain agak sederhana. Restoran Cina sangat mahal dan saya tidak mahu mencubanya. Oh, ya, perkhidmatan ulang-alik lapangan terbang hotel adalah mudah.

Very professional 5-start hotel in the center of Cairo. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have all the information and assistance you need! We had a nice view of the Nile. Restaurants at the hotel are very good. Will come back again!

If we consider Egyptian standards, this hotel in Cairo is probably one of the best. If we refer to the European standards of 5-star Kempinski hotels, there would be a lot to correct. From the fact that the staff should respects privacy (they just walk into the room, while I were naked going to shower and then leave, without apologizing and laughing loudly), to the fact that there is a glass screen in the shower (same in 3 different rooms) leaking water, floods the bathroom or, say, the security service harassing you at 2 in the morning because of a ”suspicious” item in the suitcase, although the same thing was in the suitcase of the previous two arrivals and no one paid attention (it was a steam iron). In general, the staff is forced to be polite and they are very slow. Just a very kind restaurant receptionist and one nice waiter in Osman restaurant. I believe that this is the maximum that Kempinski manages to achieve in terms of its own standards considering the mentality of Egypt.

The staf where as usual more than excalante .. spicialu in the recption at the 29th. Floor . Madam hadeer ( هدير ) was very cooprative and helpfull . Also mr. Akram yosry( اكرم يسري) & Mr. Nabeel ..and all the 29th.+ 30th. Lounge staff . Also the pill capten scrvice spicially mr. Rabe and asraf and mahmoud lolo ( ربيع واشرف يسري ومحمود لولؤ ) and all very very helpful and freindly . Those peopel are superp ? . & from pool cafee ( berrs or perees ) mr. Mohamad aashmawi ( محمد عشماوي ) were very gentelman acerving the gists ..
