I loved staying at this hotel... Location is good and near the airport almost 40 minutes. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the view also was good

Overall good spacious rooms, good breakfast spread and a nice pool area and we would have had a great trip only if it had thinner pillows. Unfortunately the hotel only had one type of pillows and they were quite thick and difficult for us to sleep comfortably and that spoilt a bit of the experience. That's the reason to cut one star from amenities. We had a great city view room and picture shows the view with the cairo tower .

The location was perfect!! Travel desk at the hotel was really helpful in arranging the cab services for Coptic and Islamic Cairo sightseeing.. The hotel upgraded our room from city view to nile view, which was very generous.. Breakfast buffet spread was good and the service was top level.. Cons: Swimming pool timings should be longer atleast till 8pm in the evening..

The hotel has guest laundry, laundry onsite and offsite all listed, but this isn’t true. They only have offsite laundry per item that is expensive compared to the price of the nightly stay. Trip.com and the hotel have yet to update this.

The hotel overall is satisfactory. Staff are nice but not helpful at all, breakfast is okay, the room is spacious but not enough light.

Hotel is nearby to Qasr El Nile. One of the most affordable hotel compared to the rest sitting on Nile River. Room is nice with Cairo Tower view. But the wifi connection in room is very poor, same with room service, no one answered the calls, either it was purposely disconnected (wasnt sure about this) or the phone picked up and left unanswered (you literally could hear the staffs talking and laughing on the background).

Clean hotel, staff very attentive, always smiling and very helpful. Location is perfect away from hustle of Cairo… yet not far from Cairos attractions. Had meal on roof top was ok, alittle pricy thou. Would book again without hesitation.

The hotel is at really good location. We had few issues with the sound proofing of the room since we could hesr music from outside in the night. other than that, evrything was really good

The hotel.is in a good location with the cairo Tower round the corner. A must visit, amazing view from the Tower. Staff are not as friendly. Asked for some space to pray after checkout. The reception lady was very dismissive and not helpful and said No. The swimming pool is a good size and enjoyed a few days of swimming just the two of us. Do not book any excursions or taxi with hotel , over priced. You can use Egyptian Uber called Careem. It's very cheap and easy to travel around without having any worries of being overcharged or ripped off. The rooftop restaurant and shisha was great. Junior suite room was very spacious. Please see pics. Overall our stay at Novotel was pleasant and we would recommend staying at the Novotel.

Staying at Novotel was a great experience, the hotel was nice loved my room!! Only few things I was disturbed how I asked for an iron & ironing board they kept taking it out of my room, when I needed it for my whole stay 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🙃!! Secondly the jacuzzi wasn't hot so I can enjoy on my last day of stay. Lastly there was no microwave in the room but a mini fridge??! Usually hotels come with both. Other then that the hotel was great, the food I had to adjust to & the front desk person that checked me in & out was awesome!! Great customer service.

Pretty old hotel that needs renovation. Service is just ok, nothing special. For these money I would expect much more. Be careful - WiFi doesn't work normally, so better to buy mobile internet if you need it.

The hotel overlooks the Nile and is about a 15 mins walk from the “Old” Egyptian Museum. The wifi in the hotel is very poor, but service across the country is poor even when using my data. The breakfast is good, it’s buffet style so there are plenty of options. Another issue was the key cards would stop working at random. But all in all it’s a decent hotel.
