Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: I had a bad experience with this hotel. I paid for double superior room, but was given standard room instead. The toilet seat wasn’t attached properly to the floor and when flushing, it leaked out and smelled bad. However, when checking out, they admitted that they were wrong by giving me different room category, and promised to compensate when booking with them again. I booked a stay again later on. However, when arriving to check in, they had me waiting for 2 hours due to fixing the LED light. Overall, unorganized and unprofessional service.
