Inturotel Esmeralda Garden

The Esmeralda Gardens Hotel is in a good location in Cala D'or we stayed here in May 2023 for 7 nights . Also the fact they allow you to use the facilities at their sister hotels is excellent. Our room was a great size it was like our own apar**ent and had lots of storage with a small. Kitchenette with hob and sink and fridge. The view from our room was good and was over looking a quiet street and some houses which was nice as it was so quiet and peaceful but plenty to see. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. The issues we had was there was a leak in the ceiling in our bathroom which I have included photos of. As soon as we let the reception know they sent maintenance to fix it but they only could patch it up and twice more during our stay it leaked and they had to come back a second time to fix it the third time it was our going home day so we just left it. I don't think it could have been helped as it was due to poor wet weather that was unexpected that I think caused the issue plus it needed to have roof repaired and we contacted Tui regards our leak and they were great and hotel offered us another room but we were well settled and unpacked at this stage plus like our room otherwise. The only other issue we had in our room was ants near the kitchen but the cleaning lady was lovely and treated it twice for us so no more issues after that. We ate twice at sister hotels cafe by the pool and the food was lovely would definitely recommend lunch there. Also sister hotels pool was beautiful and had an amazing view over the beach. The hotel pool at Esmeralda Gardens was small but nice and sheltered and quiet and relaxing dispite the small street and road behind. We were there in May and pool is not heated so too cold for a swim but pool looked clean and nice. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and cleaning ladies were great. The location of the hotel is great it's near restaurants bars and a nice beach but is a bit of a walk to main centre but I managed and I have Fibromyalgia but everything is a wee bit of a walk away but it is manageable and pavements are good. Also there is a supermarket just up from hotel which is handy . Overall had a great holiday and would definitely like to return. I would also definitely recommend a trip to the beautiful town of Santanyi which is full of character and charm with beautiful shops and restaurants and cafes and you can get the bus from near the sister hotel. The photos I have included are of the bathroom roof leak, a photo of the beautiful view from the hallway outside our room at hotel and of the pool lit up at night and of the food at the cafe in the sister hotel. I couldn't find any actual room photos but rooms are just a classic style with blue upholstery and chairs on Balcony are lovely wicker chairs with marble table top on table. We really enjoyed our stay at the Esmeralda garden hotel in August. The rooms were clean and comfortable, there was a small kitchen with hob and fridge. They don't have a restaurant so as we were half board we had a 4min walk to the big sister hotel for food, which wasn't a problem for us and we had the bonus of self catering facilities in our room to make lunch if we wanted. The pool was a good size and much quieter than the main hotel, no problem getting a sun lounger at any point of the day. There is a karaoke bar opposite which can be noisy until late, although it didn't keep us awake, if you prefer silent evenings ask for a room not overlooking the pool. The staff were helpful and provided free of charge a place for luggage, pool towels and shower facilities after checking out on our last day as we had a late flight. Great value for money, would be more than happy to return.

A beautiful place immaculately clean great size apar**ent we had a garden view lovely.beds were comfy, bath and a fantastic shower loads of hot water.you can use all the facilities of the sister hotels Great location, excellent we will be back.

Lovely hotel. Great staff and rooms cleaned almost every day. Beds comfy. Would have preferred the poolside bar open at night so we didn't have to venture out every night but sadly closed around 5 pm. Pool closed a couple of times due to accidents in pool. Noisy at night with karaoke bar across the road. Otherwise, nice place and within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants.

Travelled 2 adults and a 13 year old boy This Hotel was very clean plenty of sunbeds pools were freezing probably as time of year but we did have a week of 28-29 degrees. Cleaners do a great job staff are friendly but it was to quiet for us nothing much to do here. The pool bar was not busy food was good but expensive as was drink, we used once on first day but went to other restaurants' during the day . We used the Esmerelda Park as only 10 mins away and as same hotel chain we can access through a gate at the side. This hotel was lively and my son was chuffed they allow inflatables in these pools which was great. The entertainment during the day and in evening were also good and no problem getting a sun bed also. Both these hotels are close to all restaurant's / bars and beaches all beaches were amazing as were restaurant's and bars,

Me and my wife have just got home from a week here this hotel is superb tranquil peaceful and relaxing staff from reception to cleaning absolutely fantastic can't do enough for you room 116 we had was just right bed's very comfortable I would like to thank all for an excellent stay

We love Esmeralda Gardens, and have stayed many times. Although the apar**ents are a bit basic they are very clean and the beds are comfortable. They are equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday, and the location is ideal, near some very nice restaurants if you don't want to bother with the short walk to the centre, or the port. We had lunch at the small on site cafe several times and it served very good food. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception staff in particular helped with booking taxis and restaurants. We've already booked again for next year.

nice hotel near the centre with also a very nice pool. Good facilities, some at other locations. Nevertheless we had a great stay at Hotel Esmeralda... The room was clean, neat and tidy an we had a large balcony

It is exactly as advertised, and what you pay for. Quite, clean, plenty of sun beds. Position is fine, near some shops and restaurants. You have to walk to the beach and the busiest areas, but not too far. It is dated and nothing fancy. The pool is not heated, but when we were there it was fine, once in you never felt the need to get out because of the cold.
