Ulasan Seven Zea Chic Hotel

Staff always not friendly and not welcome. Only one key card given, they will not give you additional key card. Hence, A/C always takes sometime to cool up the room and fridge will not functioning once leave the room.

立地はビーチロード沿いからすぐのところにあるのでよかったです！アメニティは歯ブラシとかがなかったので持参する必要がありそうです。また、シャワーのお湯が私の部屋は出づらかったです。

โรงแรมเงียบมากตอนไปคือมีไม่กี่ห้อง ในห้องแอบดูวังเวง นอนไม่หลับๆตื่นๆไม่แน่ใจเหมือนมีโกส ขอไม่กลับไปอีก

ที่พักตรงปกตามรูปคุ้มกับราคาที่จ่ายไปมากๆๆราคาไม่แพงเดินไปนิดเดียวก็เป็นชายหาด ห้องสะอาดมาก การบริการถือว่าโอเคไปถึงก่อนเวลานั่งรอสักแปปนึงพนักงานก็ให้เช็คอินเข้าห้อง สระว่ายน้ำเงียบสงบวิวสวยมาก เดินทางง่ายมีรถสองแถวผ่านตลอดมีร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ใกล้ๆ ทำเลดีสงบมาก มีโอกาสไปพักซ้ำแน่นอน ใครมองหาที่พักอยู่แนะนำที่นี่เลย

ทำเลดี ใกล้หาด แต่ห้องไม่สะอาด มีคราบสกปรกและแอร์ไม่เย็น จอง 2 ห้อง อีกห้องปกติ อีกห้องย้าย 3 รอบ เพราะแอร์ไม่เย็น

จองห้องพักแบบเห็นวิวทะเล แต่ตึกบังไปเกือบครึ่ง แอบผิดหวังนิดหน่อย แต่ใกล้หาด เซ็นทรัลและคาเฟ่ต่างๆ สามารถเดินไปได้

파타야비치 걸어서 3분 정도 10분정도 걸으면 작은 야시장도 있고 위치는 좋습니다

The staff is so rude and pathetic they are so arrogant am i asking them a room for free i have booked my room 20 days prior for 2 days the staff was so arrogant that they didnt smile or help me with the luggage they didnt offer even a single glass of water when i myself asked they charged money they didnt even asked me to sit they were 3 people on the reception they were making fun of me they are just pathetic wont recommend this hotel to anyone

I have attended this hotel on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at the evening time. It was two receptions females at the reception. When I asked the receptionist to check in a female receptionist with a prominent round nose started to pronounce my name in a incorrectly making it seem like my name is a woman's name. Then after I told her my correct name and I asked her to check my personal identification and ask her to pronounce my name correctly, she continued pronouncing my name in a incorrectly with sarcasm making it seem like my name is a woman's and laughing at me even after I told her that her attitude was being rude she continued laughing at my name saying that sounds like a woman’s name. Moreover, afterwards the same receptions female warned me that I should not smoke inside of the room. Then, I replied her that I don’t smoke, and this receptionist told me “well, there are many costumers who says that they don’t smoke but afterwards they smoke in the room” like if I would be lying. That was unacceptable rude behavior from that receptionist making those rude comments to me as client. In addition, on the next day the check out should be at 12pm, however at 11.30am I received a phone call from another receptionist who is bit fatty and she warn with rude manners “you have to check out now, it’s late” and she hung up the phone. That was a rude comment and a horrible behavior from the receptionist and it was not even 12pm. When I went downstairs to check out, there was 2 female receptionists and I explained her that it was not appropriate to call me with that bad manners. One of the receptionist explained my complaint in Thai language to the other fatty receptionist but the fatty receptionist didn’t care at all about that. It was a terrible experience and could not enjoy the hotel at all. And one of the lights in the room didn’t work, but of course I didn’t want to call the reception after the bad treatment that I have received.
