Hotel Can Pastilla dengan Gim

Very good all round hotel. All areas clean & tidy, good selection of food available at breakfast & dinner. Lunches available in bar area & outside pool seating area, reasonable selection of food choices. Wide selection of wines available. Room was very clean & tidy and cleaned daily, nice balcony overlooking sea & pool area. Entertainment on 3 of the nights we stayed and was of a good standard. Good location only a short walk into C'an pastilla, bus stop right outside hotel with regular very cheap service to either Palma or Arenal Would recommend.

Ce n’était pas comme je le pensais, j’ai donc demandée à changer la chambre, sans me demander la raison il m’a directement refusé. A ce prix là, ils essayent même pas de satisfaire ses clients. C’est cool d’avoir une salle de sport, mais plutôt pour faire de la cardio. malheureusement pas assez de machine pour pouvoir faire ces entraînements. Dommage d’avoir des horaires pour les piscines, voir ça ferme trop tôt.

We are currently in the Amfora Beach. Staying here for 10 nights. Booked three rooms. Since we checked in on Saturday in our room we have slept with thick black mould and spores on the partition wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. We have reported this and it was partly wiped off but still several spores and black visible. We reported it again today and explained the cause is due to the bathroom door not closing. We were promised a ”technician” would look at it. We explained myself and my partner suffer asthma and emphysema and this is detrimental to our health. We ard both now wheezing. We returned this evening to find nothing has been done. On asking again at reception thd technician was unavailable and it might be done tomorrow. Explaining again the risk to our breathing, my partner was met with ”si, si”.. It seems the only way we may get a response is through this forum as clearly the reception team do not realise the seriousnes of the situation. We have paid a considerable sum for three very small rooms that do not appear to merit the 4 star tag and the least we would expect t is they would be clean and safe.

On arrival at the hotel I quickly learnt that my bank had (without my knowledge) blocked my card on suspicion of fraudulent activity, this left me unable to pay my 2 night hotel bill and with the contemplation that I could be dossing on the beach for 2 nights! The staff on reception that evening were understanding, patient and very helpful and eventually, after a call to my bank (and trips to the local ATM) I got this sorted and off to my room. In my room I discovered that the AC wasn’t working, within 10-15 minutes this was sorted by the helpful reception team and I was given an alternate room which was bigger and again had the sea view I requested. So, after a stressful start to my mini break I soon settled in, unpacked, and went for a walk to get my bearings of the area. I wasn’t disappointed at all, the hotel has a great position just across the road from the beach and my room overlooked the harbour so very pleased with this. My only disappointment was, that as a big tea drinker, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and that tea was only available via the restaurant at breakfast time (I was half board), I managed to overlook this though as the buffet style food which was excellent, great choice and always fresh and hot (cold with salads etc 😊), staff were very courteous and this matters more to me than not having tea! Great facilities with TV room, games room etc and a gym which I used twice during my 2 day stay, nobody else was in and it had all the equipment that I needed so very pleased with this 😊 Would I recommend the hotel – Absolutely, Would I stay again – Absolutely Plenty of bars, shops, restaurant’s within close proximity of the hotel, I would highly recommend a stay here….Enjoy!

This was our first time in Mallorca! We were very pleased that we chose AluaSoul Hotel for our 5 days! The hotel was very clean and well situated with lots of restaurants, shops and relaxation to suit your needs. The staff were amazing... Firstly, we rented a car for a day. They arranged everything for us. Plus the rental car company they use (Royal Rental) was not only the best price, their service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and definitely left full! We chose to eat dinner twice at the hotel. They have theme nights for the menu of the buffet. This too was very tasty and not overly priced (25Epp). Each night the had live entertainment. This was hit and miss.. Not the best we've experienced. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Just returned from five nights at Las arenas and everything was perfect. My daughter and I found the hotel was fantastic. Cleanliness was brilliant and we were relieved to see how clean it was after some of the reviews. The beds and pillows were so comfy. Lovely rain forest shower. The room was an adequate size for two of us and we had cupboard space each. As for the food I found the selection was the best of any others that I’ve stayed in at Can Pastilla. We are vegetarian and had enough to eat. The choice of desserts was lovely I’ve put on several pounds after five nights of them. Great choice of breakfast I would have liked bigger cups but can refill so no problem. We loved the downstairs pool and always got a sun bed anytime of day. Yes agree upstairs pools the sun beds were taken early but plenty of other seats to enjoy the wonderful view up there. Would we stay again. A definite YES. But would have to be a sea view room.

距離機場很近，坐機場快線A2隻要兩站，再走十分鐘以內就可以到。房間能看到海景，但有限。庭院裏很漂亮，尤其是夜晚。酒店有健身房、室內泳池（但很小，衹有兩條泳道，水裡雜質很多）、餐廳、酒吧、SPA，充分享受度假的悠閑。離海邊也很近，溜達過去，也有很多餐廳可選擇，以及各種酒吧、沖浪店等。推薦度假人士選擇這種衹接待成年人的酒店，少了很多煩惱。

Daftar masuk adalah pantas dan mudah. Meja penyambut tetamu bercakap bahasa Inggeris yang indah dan dia sangat mesra dan mesra. Wanita selepasnya kurang mesra tetapi masih menjawab soalan saya dengan segera. Lokasinya menakjubkan, hanya 150 langkah ke pantai pasir putih yang cantik. Bilik itu sendiri adalah luas, banyak ruang almari, sangat bersih, dan mempunyai pemandangan laut yang sangat baik. Satu-satunya perkara negatif yang perlu saya katakan ialah mencuci badan saya telah keluar walaupun selepas dua hari mereka membersihkan bilik saya, tetapi ia tidak cukup penting untuk mengeluh. Bilik mandi adalah syurga. Saya suka hotel ini dan pasti akan kembali.

Located on the water front this boutique hotel is a must. The staff were great and nothing was a problem for them. Roof top pool and bar was a great way to relax and great views We ate in the restaurant again the staff and food was excellent. Can’t understand why more people don’t eat there We will definitely stay there again

The best breakfast buffet I ever seen in Europe since the beginning of COVID. I was extremely surprised that 3-star hotel had so many pasty and delicious cakes for breakfast.
