Molto deludente nonostsante le recensioni. Intanto le stanze sono su 3 piani senza ascensore. Le camere piccolissime, tanto che non ci sono spazi per appoggiare le valige. Comodini senza luce e ancor peggio fili della 220V scoperti (Vedete foto che documentano quanto detto). Colazione tutt'altro che eccezionale: qualche affettato, uova strapazzate, salsicce e neanche un dolce. Decisamente sconsigliato. Unica nota positiva la doccia. Inoltre, cosa inconsueta e seccante, i receptionist hanno voluto trattenere ”in ostaggio” i documenti per tutta la durata del soggiorno senza restituirli dopo la registrazione.

Excellent Hotel, ideal for families. We are from Greece and we stayed for 5 days. Very kind staff, very nice breakfast and clean rooms. It is in the center of the city and is next to the vrbas river. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend it to you.

Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und modern, auch das Badezimmer. Der Balkon war super und Internet hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Fernseher bietet Programme aus aller Welt, toll! Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab auch eine Klimaanlange. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut, man konnte aus einer Karte auswählen.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel - wahrscheinlich das beste in Banja Luka. Sehr schöne, ruhige, saubere Zimmer, großes, schönes Bad. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet - allerdings fast zu wenige Sitzplätze. Im Restaurantbereich war es am Morgen, aber auch am Abend sehr laut. Sehr gut besucht. Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Late-Check-Out allerdings nur gegen Gebühr (auch als Statuskunde!)
