Lovely hotel with good service. The restaurant at the lobby was fantastic. Had the best chicken briyani there.

Morning buffet was excellent with great hospitality. The staff name Jani, Vihanga and Lasantha were very attentive and good at hospitality. My daughter enjoyed her food .

The room's condition did not meet the expected standards. The walls were in poor condition, and the shower door did not close properly, requiring me to hold it shut while showering. Additionally, the duvet cover was torn. As a five-star establishment, we anticipate a higher level of quality and were disappointed with the current state of the room.

We stayed at this hotel for our first two nights in Sri Lanka. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and gave us great service. Room service was devine and we were hooked on the locally made kottu . Dinner and breakfast the next day was also very good with a variety of foods to choose.

Ramada is not the newest hotel but it is in a good location. 2 minute walk to Galle face green where you can enjoy food trucks and traditional snacks by the bay. Staff are incredibly helpful. Rooms are clean and of a decent size.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Old building for sure but the room was well maintained. Staff were all well trained.
