There was no electric kettle and you also need to pay for the safety box(I was not able to find the explanation and I asked the hotel staff) and the parking lot. we stayed for 5 nights, but we had to had almost the same breakfast everyday. It‘s a 4star hotel as long as I know.

A good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

We really enjoyed our stay at HM Tropical. The rooms were nice and cleaned everyday & towels changed daily. Fridge and safe in the room which were free of charge. Pool area was lovely, clean and quiet. We were bed and breakfast - the breakfast was nice. The staff were very friendly. Brilliant location - €2 bus to Palma, good bars, restaurants and shops near the hotel. I liked the fact that you couldn’t reserve sun beds and therefore was plenty of sun beds for everyone to use in the pool area. The hotel is also right next to the beach which was great. The sky bar is so nice with an amazing view. I don’t have anything bad to say about the hotel at all, it is lovely and would recommend to anyone.

Our stay at the BQ Amfora was very pleasant. Check In was very efficient and quick, the room was clean and the beds comfy. We were on the ground floor, and found that it was perfectly suitable for a few days. My only complaint is that the air conditioning was not the best. It took a while to get up to speed and when it did, in the day it didn't keep the room too cool. We stayed breakfast only and the breakfast was a standard continental that you'd get in hotels all over Europe. Something that is out of their control is that the sun beds didn't actually see sun until 14:00. Not perfect, but for the rest of the afternoon and evening they were baked in sun.

After reading the reviews here, we purposely booked a top floor room with views of the water. The room was great, and the balcony was even better. It had a terrific view! The bed was comfortable. The A/C was weak but eventually worked. The bathroom had weak shower pressure but good hot water. The breakfast was large and diverse. The location is near the marina was helpful since we were catching a boat. One big negative is the rooftop pool closes early! They shut it down at 6p - but for good reason: people start getting drunk and acting out. We saw a group of drunk young men start diving into the shallow pool. Yikes! Note that this is one of the only hotels that will let you stay for one night. Oh, as others have said, the front desk staff isn’t exactly nice, but they aren’t slow or ineffective. Just remember that you’re staying here because of price and location. Don’t expect luxury.

We have been recommended to stay here many times by friends who visit twice a year. We were not disappointed in any way. The buffet was extremely varied and catered for everyone. So much to choose from. The pool (although colder than the sea) was very refreshing in the heat of the day. The location is perfect. Easy to get the bus into Palma for €2 each and buses run every 15 mins until 11 pm. Alternatively the walkway along the sea, all the way into Palma is just great to do. It’s approximately 7/8 km but so much to see and do on the way. We particularly love planes so asked for a seafront superior room as the planes are many! Depending on the wind direction, you might see them landing or taking off. We found this just brilliant. There are a few supermarkets nearby where you can get very reasonably snacks, wine etc to have on your balcony whilst watching the sunset. Just lovely

Upon arrival on the 26/04 after a long journey, we were desperately seeking a nice cold drink. We headed to the rooftop bar however, the bartender was very rude. After waiting to get his attention we asked for 2 drinks. He immediately and without looking up, told us that we would have to wait. He continued to move stuff around the bar and ignored us. We eventually walked off. There were no other customers and it was 11.30 am and the bar was open.This was not a very pleasant first experience.

距離機場很近，坐機場快線A2隻要兩站，再走十分鐘以內就可以到。房間能看到海景，但有限。庭院裏很漂亮，尤其是夜晚。酒店有健身房、室內泳池（但很小，衹有兩條泳道，水裡雜質很多）、餐廳、酒吧、SPA，充分享受度假的悠閑。離海邊也很近，溜達過去，也有很多餐廳可選擇，以及各種酒吧、沖浪店等。推薦度假人士選擇這種衹接待成年人的酒店，少了很多煩惱。

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Super nettes Personal. Wlan erstaunlicherweise auch sehr gut. Das Essen war lecker. Fisch und Ähnliches wurde frisch gebraten für einen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und würden gerne nochmal kommen. Wenn ihr zum Ballermann wollt und feiern wollt empfehle ich das Hotel jedoch nicht. Es ist eine Stunde Fußweg bis dahin die sich sehr zieht. Habe mal ein paar Beispiele gepostet: der Blick aus einem Innenhof Blick, Beispiel essen (was wir uns geholt/zubereitet haben) manches davon ist Abendessen, anderes vom frühstück. Ein Bild vom Gang habe ich auch mal mit rein genommen. Auf einem Bild sieht man auch wo man sich unter anderem was zu essen holen konnte, es gab aber noch andere Optionen.

공항에서 10분 거리, 팔마 시티에서도 가까워서 위치적으로 아주 훌륭했습니다. 바로 앞에 바다라서 조식도 바다를 보며 먹을 수 있어요. 아침마다 테라스에서 해 뜨는 걸 보며 요가를 했는데 너무 행복했고 저녁에도 테라스에서 파도 소리를 들으며 와인을 마실 수 있어서 좋았어요. 수영장은 아주 작은데다가 주변에 해변이 워낙 아름답기 때문에 사용하지는 않았습니다. 오래된 건물 같았지만 깨끗했고 음식도 맛있었습니다. 침대, 침구 다 훌륭했고 무엇보다 넓고 옷장도 두개가 마련되어 있어서 친구와 함께 쓰기에 충분했습니다. 침대에 누워 바다를 바로 볼 수 있었어요. 하지만 옆방과 테라스가 정말 가깝고 서로 다 싑게 보여서 조심해야합니다. 주차장은 없지만 프론트 직원이 친절하게 안내해주어 무료 주차 구역에 잘 주차할 수 있었어요. 구글 네비게이션으로 이동하면 엉뚱한 길(차가 다니면 안되는 해변 길)을 알려주니 꼭 해변에서 한 블록 바깥에 있는 길로 들어가야 합니다. 무료 주차 구역은 호텔 주변에서 쉽게 찾을 수 있어요. 여행 직전에 급하게 찾은 호텔이었는데 너무 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

Stunning location and very modern, clean and minimalistic rooms. You can easily reach the hotel by buss from Palma and it is a short walk from the busstation to the hotel. We felt very welcomed when we arrived and there is a lot of nice restaurants and bars in different priceranges with the sea in front of you. The bathroom was spacious and also included a nice basket of schampoo, conditioner, soaps etc which gives and extra touch. The beds were very comfortable, even the extra third one. Would like the AC to be fully working even though it is november since the room was very hot due to it's location with facing the sun all day. We didn't try breakfast or the menu in the restaurant but the pizzas looked amazing. Will definatly return!

Отличный отель! Аэропорт не далеко. У меня рейс был с пересадкой 36 часов, поэтому расположение отеля было важным. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации - отлично, так как самолет задержали и в отель я попал уже далеко после полуночи. Завтрак хороший, овощи, фрукты в разнообразии. На территории бассейн, и пляж тоже был не далеко. Номер большой, просторный, чистый!
